It started out so innocent, a chicken sandwich with a pickle on it. A coke and some waffle fries. Then I found myself at Chick-fil-A yet again only after a couple of days. Again another chicken sandwich. This went on until I was standing on the corner of a Wal Mart holding a "Veteran. Please Help. I don't know what a VA Hospital is. Anything Helps God Bless!" sign begging for money to support my Chick-fil-A habit. My wife left me, the dog ran away, and I sold the kids for a couple of chicken sandwiches. What's not to love! Despite having heavy traffic in the drive thru they got through everyone fast. Our food was perfection, as usual and the staff is always super friendly. They also packed the food neatly and made it easy to hand out in the car. We love Chick-fil-A and this location lives up to their reputation. read more

We went thru drive-thru at the Windmill location in Cheyenne Wy. Way too many employees trying to take orders in the double line. We had ordered 2 cups of ice-dream, simple enough, but when we got to the window, we were asked to pull ahead to the waiting area. We waited 10 min, while we watched cars that were behind us getting there order and driving out. Will never go back to this Chick-fil-A again. No apology from employee about having to wait. read more

I don't know a single person who doesn't love Chick-Fil-a. Friendly service and great food. I am a big fan of the classic chicken sandwiches. They always taste fresh and delicious. The only thing I have been disappointed in is the grilled market salad and the selection of dressings. I noticed that they switched to using shredded chicken instead of the grilled chicken strips. One of the workers did tell us that I could order it with grilled chicken nuggets instead. I really miss the berry basalmic dressing, but I was willing to settle for ranch. All they have now is garlic and herb ranch though. Bummer. I no longer order the salad. Everything else though is great and I really can not complain. read more

Used there catering services for a company meal. The manager contacted me to confirm order. I ordered nuggets, tossed salad, sandwiches and wraps. Order was ready on time for pick up despite the huge lunch crowd. All the food was fresh, delicious and good quality. read more

We go here frequently. It's my son's favorite restaurant. We went last night and service was 4/5. There was one young man working the counter and others looks occupied and unable to help. We waited a bit longer than I'd like to expect. Food was hot and fresh however which I is why I gave 5/5. The restaurant and parking lot was very clean. I look forward to going here because the it is consistent. The customer service is a breath of fresh air compared to most fast food places who take little pride in their work. I don't need check my bag in the drive through because I know it's made how I want it. read more

I wondered why this restaurant chain would be situated in the Frontier shopping mall since it limits traffic. Now that they are on Windmill, the access is a bit better, but still awkward. Frankly, I don't get the appeal of this restaurant chain. I've ordered the mainstay meal and its spicier variant, but neither impresses me. The cross cut fries are different but not that great. Similarly, the sandwich is OK, but not fantastic. I guess I will have to wait until a Zaxby's opens in the area - theirs is a really fantastic chicken menu, and their offerings are by comparison, fantastic. read more

This is probably the most overrated place I ate at I got the 3 piece chicken strips and they gave me 4! Like what the hay also the chicken strips were lumpy and saggy with breading that would fall off. read more

My family and I love this place it reminds us of home and they are always nice and fast service the food is always hot and fresh no complaints on our end, and they are always on top of throngs they even come and talk with you when they are walking around cleaning up. The restaurant is always clean and friendly, my favorite part is where Jesus has his own table!!! read more

Came here on a Monday night, very few customers, but I counted about 12 employees and out of the 12 maybe 3 or 4 of them actually doing some kind of work. Had to wait close to 10 mins for a kids meal and a sandwich. Not a difficult order and instead of the children's book that comes with the meal, I asked for a kids ice cream cone. The employee taking my order, Jacklyn, flatly told me that they don't do that. I asked why not because every other store does it. She then tells me that I need to bring the book back after purchase to get the cone. Say what? I told her to let's cut out the middle man and try to think outside of the box for a minute. Another employee over heard our conversation and immediately gave me a cone. I had also requested extra ice in my drink and got very little ice. I asked another employee that was standing around if she could add more ice to my drink which she did and when I thanked her, she said, "my pleasure." Apparently, a phrase that Jacklyn doesn't know either because I barely got a "thank you" from her. After about 10 mins and watching all these workers hanging around, I asked Jacklyn if she could check on my order. She turns and looks towards the prep area and said that someone is working on it. Um, who and which worker? I just looked in the same direction and that's what warranted my question as to where my food was. I was so inclined to take a video of all the workers they had upfront and in the dining room and send it to management (how many workers does it take to clear tables in a near empty dining room? Apparently, three or more.) Instead I got out of there quick and ate my sandwich in the car as I watched the couple that came in after me (9:11 pm) wait. They waited so long that the man went out to get his companion a coat out of his truck. They finally left the restaurant at 9:38 pm with their food. So much for fast food. Hopefully, management will step in and rectify the circus that they have running here. We won't be back to this location. read more
