For the first time ever I'm super disappointed in this Chick-fil-A :( I just ordered 3 meals with 4 large drinks and one of each sauce. I got medium sized drinks and no sauce. And my fries were so stale I could hardly chew them. And my drinks were 80% ice. I had about 5 sips of tea before it was gone. Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes even "free" is not a good choice. The Cheyenne Chik-fil-a is running a "free breakfast" promotion every Wednesday in June, July, and August. They have different "loss leaders" each week. This week the "free breakfast" was "a buttered biscuit and honey with a vanilla iced coffee." I tried it and also ordered a"Sunflower Seed Bagel with egg and Pepper Jack cheese". The "free breakfast" was not particularly good nor the least bit nutritionally balanced. It's right there with "donuts and coffee". The iced coffee was okay, at least not sickenly oversweet. The biscuit achieved being oily and gummy. Other than to satisfy curiosity or not having other options, I'd recommend skipping this even if offered for free. The "bagel" is a squishy, not chewy, not crusty, bun with a hole in the center. While it was cheap at $2.39, there are much better options elsewhere for a little bit more, and those places have better coffee too. While a vegetarian can find food here, I recommend going elsewhere, spending a little more, and getting much better food. read more

I went in recently to redeem my gift cards that i had gotten for Christmas, and i was met with terrible service to this behavior. The assistant manager was very rude and condescending and refused to accept the gift cards claiming they were expired or had no balance. I had just opened the gift cards that day. I ordered the chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries. The sandwich was hot and juicy, lightly breaded, but very flavorful. The pickles add a nice touch. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection, lightly salted, which brings out their flavor. All the employees were working together seamlessly and efficiently. They are extremely slow. Every time we have gone there we have waited over 30 minutes in the drive through.

I understand the team is busy but when placing a mobile order and your phone says that a member is on his way didn't think I'd have to wait 10 min. This is fast food chain at its finest. They treat their customers here with restaurant quality service. Its pretty charming when all the employees are trained to respond with "my pleasure" when you say "thank you". They bring the food to you and many of the employees check in on you to see how you're doing. As for the chicken sandwiches: They're tender, moist, and straight to the point. Sometimes the bread can be soggy, but hey...... I can forgive that considering its fast food. This place is also a great and affordable catering option for business, which I regularly use. I tried again a couple weeks later (just the other day) and maureen was also so very rude my card had declined I didn't realized it had been locked, she made me feel uncomfortable about it and feel low about myself i then unlocked my card after realizing and she acted like she just didn't want to give me the food at that point. This is a newer Chick-fil-A in Cheyenne, and the first stand alone building. (the other is inside the mall). Usually Chick-fil-A restaurants are well run, clean, and have super friendly service. This one is no different. The double drive-thru helps to pump an awful lot of cars through quickly. Lobby is clean and decent sized. Every time I go here I get exactly what I've ordered and am served with a smile and a thank you for my business. I wish more places were run this way. If I had one complaint it would be the parking lot. It's too small for their volume but I suppose that's a good problem to have from a business perspective. read more

The place was all decorated due to an event coming up and looked a lot nicer than most fast food restaurants. I got the spicy deluxe and traded in the fries for a super food salad.
