Went to this location last night, ordered 4 of the number 5 sandwhiches, 2 of them meals, with 2 ice cream cones. When I get to the window the cashier was just talking with his buddies, wasn't sure what my order was, asked my name twice, then asked if I had gotten my ice cream cones when I clearly didn't have any in my hands and asked me 2 more times after I had already said no. got me 1 of my ice cream cones then continued doing something else, then another person came up and asked if we got our ice cream cones, I said 1. Then they continued talking among each other and at one point it took 2 of them to get 1 ice cream cone. Now I have both of my ice cream cones. Then they asked me; did you get your order or your drinks? To which I responded again, no. They hand me my drinks in the drink carrier, along with my food, then the same guy who handed me my food a minute later said to the other guy did they get their food? Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and that's the least of it. While on the way home I realized the lids to my drinks were not put on correctly and had spilt over onto my entire order. I tried calling the store to inform them and see if I can return but I had to clean out my car that was now full of soda and food everywhere. So I was out $50, my dinner, and a messy car. The lady who helped us from ordering all the way to receiving our food was all very nice! I appreciated when I get smiles on employees! I had the most unprofessional and truly dissappointing experience at this location today. I spent $50 worth of food, waited 30 minutes after going through the drive thru for it (mind you there wasnt even line/wait) for it to be delivered to my car in an abrasive manner; but this is the least of my worries. Upon arriving home, all three of the breakfast bagels were burnt to the point that it was like biting into brick. The chicken was also soggy inside. The hashbrowns were all mushy, and the coffee bitter. I called this location immediately asking for my order to be remade. I spoke to an idiot and incompetent "manager" named Maddie, who laughed at my complaint and refused to remake my order or refund me my money. I drove back immediately with all the food and spoke to the actual general manager named David, who was so inept in understanding the gravity of the situation. came here when they first opened in 2008 and ive been a loyal fan ever since. great customer service employees are so friendly and polite. place was clean but thats because they just opened. what set chick fil a apart from the rest are their specialty sauces which are so good they should bottle it and sell it. love the waffle fries than again i love fries/potatoes in general. tater tots too. chicken sandwich was a little dry though. This is our go to place to eat after the movies at Harkins. My son loves the playground here although he was bitten by a boy here in the play area awhile back. We went on a a hunt for the boys parents and we found the father nearby , he asked if my son had injuries. Well let me bite you in the arm and see how you feel. Usually these guys are on point but tonight was a strike out. We go probably once a week and they are always fast and accurate. Tonight they had the lanes split once you place your order. I pulled up behind a car in each lane and placed my order. I was done with my order and it was submitted. The problem was the person in front of me took forever to order. I counted as five other cars on the other lane ordered and pulled through. By the time we got our food the fries where freezing cold and the nuggets where cold and dry. They also messed up the kids meal by giving fries instead of a fruit cup. I feel like our order sat in the window and got cold while other orders behind us where served first. Get their lemonade. So tasty but a bit too tart for some. I usually get the spicy chicken or the chicken strips with their waffle fries. There's also the honey roasted bbq sauce that's pretty yummy but it's behind the counter and you need to ask to get it. If you have the coupon in the mail, you can get a free meal when you buy one or get a free 8 piece nugget or a free kids meal when you buy a regular meal. So look for the coupon. Also, if you Like them on facebook (Chino Hills location only), some days they'll give you a secret word and you can get a free chicken sandwich. Chick-Fil-A, the one in Chino Hills, opened up wow... I wanna say back in 2004 in the Henry's Plaza. They sent out flyers in the local mail and we slowly made our way to CFA. Didn't really come too too much, but still dropped by every once in a while. Now 2016. Since April 2016, the Chick Fil A here at Chino Hills has done the "Free Surprise Breakfast", with posts on Facebook saying to come in on Tuesday morning for a free breakfast entree that THEY choose. At first, it was chick-n-minis, which are alright. It's their chicken on rolls and it's small and not all too filling. The chicken is great. Lately, they've up their game and they've rolled out more expensive stuff. Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit: Their chicken is the high part. It comes out warm, it comes out tasty, and IT CAN STAND ALONE. It does not depend on the biscuit to add flavor to it (or the CFA sauces, which you can add optionally). The biscuit is a bit dry (which is b/c it's a biscuit, not b/c it's CFA) in the mouth but I sometimes finish it :p Chicken, Egg, Cheese on Bagel: Wow. I never expected them to push this out there. They put a little bit more cheese (I think Kraft singles?) than necessary and if you don't like cheese, it might be too much for you. Chicken is same as previous chicken in biscuit. Egg is folded over so you can have layers of egg in there. Lately, they've been giving out an egg white + cheese chicken biscuit which is so much more healthier and I love the fact that they're giving this out for a change. Am a total fan of this! Their iced coffee is good (have gotten iced/hazelnut) and I love drinking it. It's not too much (think 85C coffee or McDonalds) but for around $2, the price isn't too bad for it. They also have High School/College Night, where if you show up with an ID + sign up for their text club, you get a free #1. [Deal ended 6/2016] They have random deals, so PLEASE check their Facebook (idk about twitter!). They've done BOGO #1-8 meals drive thru only on random days as well. Now, before 2016, I went here for their #1 because I love eating their chicken sandwich with CFA sauce all over it. It's expensive and doesn't really fill you up but get it with a meal (waffle fries + soda) and you definitely will. Came here to have a bite before the drive back to Vegas. There was a long line of at least 15 people but they processed everyone super quickly. I placed my order in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and iced vanilla coffee. The food came out super fast, by the time I placed my cone down and had gone to get napkins the waiter already came over with my food. The spicy chicken sandwich was huge and more salty than spicy, I couldn't finish it because it was way too salty. I haven't been eating that much fast food lately so I'm not used to the salt. The waffle fries tasted great dipped into the chik fil a sauce. The iced coffee here was surprisingly good. It was creamier than McDonalds and had a stronger coffee flavor. There is always enough staff on to politely handle guest service. You see other companies starting to copy some of their saying like "my pleasure" but the problem is they just don't believe what they are saying or doing and it shows. At Chick-fil-A their actions backup what they say. Wife and I both ordered the Chicken sandwich combo and is was excellent. The sandwich and fries we served quickly, hot and fresh. The other amazing magical thing I order during summer is the Peach Shake. Good thing this thing is only available during summer or I would weigh a ton. I absolutely love this joint! My old town didn't have a chick fil a so when I moved out here, my family insisted I try it. Boy I wish I tried it sooner! I got a spicy chicken deluxe meal and it was amazing and super juicy. The spice was almost too much for me (I'm a sissy for heat) but the flavor was amazing and worth the pain!
