We had a large order on Wednesday night.... a 5 person large order. So maybe that can explain why we were shorted a chicken sandwich, and the Polynesian sauce.... but all I wanted with my chicken nuggets was my poly sauce.. I'm very pleased with this location of chick-fil-A for the most part. Really love the staff, the food, the cleanliness and again, the staff. Don't know how they remain chipper and positive at all times but they're awesome. I would've given another star but for an incident today where I wanted to do curbside delivery and vented to them including a very nice training director that there was an unoccupied truck parked in one of the spots. I had to come in. I have plantar fasciitis, it's just a little uncomfortable to walk and wait in line so I like to do curbside. I don't even know if she could do anything but wanted to point it out. Imagine my surprise when she pointed out it was one of their own chick fil a trucks! She walked away after pointing that out and it was rather like a cliffhanger lol. I thought she was gonna follow up? Give a spiel about talking to them? I don't know, something. I'd take a lip service. Instead I just stood there waiting for my order. By far the absolute worst. I literally come here all the time but it's twice in a row already they made me wait for 20 to 30 minutes for food in curbside. I kept watching people get their food before me OK here after me when I have a simple chicken nugget that's it nothing else no drinks nothing that's it and I have to wait a curbside for a long time and twice already this happened to me before and I'm not over exaggerating on the time I've literally waited 30 minutes and I even have the receipts to prove it and it's ridiculous the amount of time I keep having to wait I don't know if they're targeting me like or my car like that this is happened to me twice in a row already and it's really frustrating and it makes me not wanna come here. Whoever the girl was that was working Thursday Dec. 19th at closing, with dark,drawn on eyebrows and named Katrina or something with a K; you have such a bad attitude. Didn't take our order and ignored your co-worker when he asked you out loud to help us and you walked away. He even sighed because he was trying to fix something else and apologized on behalf of you. Great service always!! Even with long lines, don't be intimidated because they still work quick to get you your order, and the right way. Also, get the App. Every so often, they offer free items to their customers as a "thank you". The toys are usually great for the kids meals... things to build, books to read, etc. not just a figurine that will eventually get dumped, but something to engage their little minds! Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I pulled up on a princess party and immediately inserted my little girl into the mix thinking it was a chick filet function. Turned out it was a private party. The managers never said a word. They gave my daughter props and everything. This made her whole little life. Out's too. That was incredibly kind and tolerant of the staff. Especially Ashley who really laid out the welcome mat. The staff could have easily resisted our attempt to join the party. As a matter of fact they had every right to. But the staff wanted my little girl to matter. I was embarrassed when I realized I crashed a private event but to see how those managers and staff went above and beyond to welcome us into the party, one would never even know. This to me, was the greatest show of customer appreciation ever. We've always had good experiences here, but this time they set a record and sealed it. I wish I could give them 10 stars. read more

Chick-Fil-A's food is very delicious. I like everything on the menu. It's hard to decide from the tasty chick-file sandwich to the crispy salad and everything in between. They have the greatest shakes. I love the peppermint shake they have in Christmas. Yum!! read more

I cringe everytime my family wants to go to the Eastlake Chic Fil a. The staff always always gets our order wrong. Tonight was no different. They wrote the wrong name on our order so we were waiting a very long time for our food. Supervisor then lied to us and said "the food is hot, it just came out"Cold food, poor service, dirty dining room. DisappoinTed every time at the Eastlake location. I'm done.
