They were friendly on the phone, and we were able to get an update on the pick-up time. However, we thought we were scheduled to pick up at 12:40, but the food ended up not being ready until 1:30, and there's not much to do in the immediate vicinity when doing pick-up at Food Lab, so we ended up leaving and coming back later.
