If I could post a picture of the slimy, huge brown area (not a small spot) on my lettuce, you would probably gag. I would not feed this garbage to my chickens. They got my order wrong. I ordered fruit; I got fries. Ok, I'll just take those, instead. They weren't crisp. The chicken tenders were not crisp on the outside and were not cooked completely through. The chicken sandwich - O.M.G. That lettuce was unbelievably bad! Good thing I opened it up to put the chicken on the bun, instead of 1/2 off and 1/2 on. Eeek! Can't say enough about how delicious the food was, I ordered breakfast and although it was crowded the food came out quick and hot. I have been here many times since it's opened and honestly it's my least favorite chick fil a. They are always soooo slow especially the drive through. My order has been messed up so many times. Every time I go I have brought my nephew, who has celiac disease so he can't have any gluten, and I've made sure to tell them it has to be gluten free. After a few times of him getting sick after eating their fries, I found out today that they don't do gluten free fries. So every person that I've asked has pretty much lied to me. Well. After ordering my breakfast way before they stopped serving it. I show up there before 10:30 to pick it up and have to wait in the line which takes me past 10:30. So they won't honor my breakfast order and give me a coupon for a free plain chicken sandwich? So whatever right. I order strips and they're burnt. Good place to get anything with chicken. As a Christian establishment, the people there are very nice. The lines are always long as expected. The food is excellent. It's also healthy. The drive thru is very quick and nutritional information is easy to find and access. The chain is also dog friendly as they have dog treats adjacent to the drive through window. The only downside, being a Christian community, they are very strict about being closed on Sundays. Also I might add that the best part of the menu is breakfast... which is available only around breakfast time. The food at Chick-fil-A is average at best and I went there this morning because I just had my daughter a few days ago and I was hungry and I didn't feel like cooking let's be honest. So I go through the drive-through I ordered, my total was $26 for two breakfast sandwiches two of those little hash brown things two orange juice and two fruit parfaits. Not a lot of food for $26 if you ask me once I looked at it but when I got home which is not close to Chick-fil-A I realized that there were no hash browns.. So I called and told them they left out my hash browns and I don't live close so I didn't want to come back today. The lady told me they would put me down for two hash browns and she said that I have a week to get them. I asked why only a week I don't live that close and I didn't intend to be back anytime soon and I paid for them so why would it have an expiration? She told me it was their policy.. I cannot believe that I just paid money for this and then get told because they made a mistake now I have a time limit of when I need to get my food.. I will not be going back to Chick-fil-A for a while if at all like I said their food is just OK it's nothing amazing and there are plenty of other options out there.. chick-fil-A if that's your policy that's horrible.. read more

I am very disappointed with the management at this holy eating sanctuary, my favorite restaurant in the state. I was very upset with the manager, Nicole, for she did not reply to my thank you and hadn't greeted me with a smile. I felt sad for the rest of the day and have set up an appointment with my counselor and have sought out a diagnosed depression. This is by far the worst Chik-fil-a. The employees are rude. Every time I come through my order is messed up. They don't give you the dipping sauces you ask for or the correct amount. My food is almost always cold. They are extremely slow, I spent 20 minutes in the drive through waiting tonight. Their curbside pickup option is even worse, half the time they don't even come out to your car with your order at all. And if you call them their phone just keeps ringing, when asking them why they don't answer the phone they advise the "phone is in the back so we don't answer it" what kind of winkadink place is this?? I know they just opened and I understand they are still training. However, I was very disappointed with my service yesterday. I'm not sure if I should feel discriminated or just not valued? I am sure that I won't go back to the Covington location for any future orders for sure. They just lost a customer who spends way more on big orders than a customer who orders just one item because of their poor customer service. Grand opening or not, they shouldn't have taken so long nor should I have been ignored. Before I placed a big order to go, I asked if it was possible to place an order for dine in and a big order over $220 worth of food for pick up an hour later. Multiple trainers/supervisors reassured me yes. I waited for over 10 minutes for my dine in items and still nothing. Workers were walking around asking other patrons, mainly a lot of them that they knew personally how everything was, but just ignored me and my order. A couple workers finally made small talk, but never checked in on my order. I had to ask several people to check on my dine in order and finally someone came by and gave me my order with missing items. They did correct their mistake after I told them. As I was waiting for my order, I saw a Lady holding bags with free grand opening coffee mugs and cow toys giving free breakfast voucher cards out to customers. I also saw some of the staff behind the counter also giving these free voucher cards for just visiting or if their order was a few minutes late. I thought to myself, that's good customer service to take care of your customers. However, that wasn't the case for me. They did not take care of me who is a fan and constantly places big orders for lunch meetings at multiple locations. When it came down to my big order to go, I was reassured by multiple trainers and workers that they were working on it. Pick up time came and went and still no sign of my order being complete. They didn't even have my receipt to fill my order and had to ask me for it. Ten minutes passed after my original order pickup time. Being once again reassured by multiple people that my order is being worked on, 20 minutes passed still nothing. I told them I was running late for my meeting and checked with them on the status again. Still nothing! Finally, after 30 minutes, my order was complete. This was also before the lunch crowd busy time. I was surprised multiple people apologized for being late, but not one of them, trainers, regular workers, supervisors, lady with bags giving out the toy cows, not a single one of them offered me a voucher for free item card for coming back next time or asked how they can do better next time. I think the lady with the bags giving out the toy cows was the worst because she saw how long I was waiting the whole time. I am in the service industry and believe in excellent customer service. I am not upset just because they didn't give me a voucher card for free item because I waited for so long for my order, but with how they handled this whole situation and not being fair to all customers or simply taking care of me. They didn't do the right thing. I hope they will learn from this mistake. read more

What an utter waste of time. Walking in at 5:15 pm I expected it to have a decent meal with my three children in tow after a long day. Unfortunately we waited and waited and waited until I finally came up with my receipt with a timestamp and asked what the issue was and they just said they had a large order that they had to fill so I could wait. Along with about five other customers we waited... finally getting our food my entire order was wrong after being clear on our gluten allergy. After asking how long it would take to remake the food they said it would take longer than 20 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous after already waiting 38 minuets. I did receive a refund because I could not wait that long for bloody fast food. Actually I believe I could've, caught slaughtered, and dressed one of my own chicken and roasted it in my own oven faster than they could throw their premade food together. I'm out almost an hour of my life,have 3 starving children, and honestly sad that the manager couldn't have put a better apology together than having a big order ahead of me. Got there and they didn't even have my order so I had to place it again and pay again. Food never disappoints. Love this place. BUT this location... the worst customer service I've ever gotten. It was a slow hour that I was here and from my order I was missing two fries. I had two meals and 1 kids meal. I only received the kid fries so I had gone up to front and told them. The first girl I talked too who took my order said it was fine and went on the side to tell the fryer girl (tall girl with black long wavy hair). She looked at me and rolled her eyes and told the girl I wasn't missing any fries because she gave me a kid fries, which I told her I had two meals and a kids meals. I had the receipt with me in my hand to show them. She went back and told her again I'm still missing fries and the fryer girl made her tell me that actually she gave me ONE small fry. Which in my head I'm like "okay? Still I'm missing two fries then a small and a kids". I'm checking receipt the whole time to make sure I'm not loosing my mind. And I wasn't. The front counter girl really has to look at my receipt and argue with the fryer girl and I almost had to bring my whole tray back up just to show the fryer girl all the food I received.
