As far as my grilled cheese with all the veggies, it was good and filling. The sauce is tasty. My cheese fries were good (it is American cheese slices on top and they melt it is an oven). While the service wasn't rude, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee just by ordering, which added to the frustration. Now for the good -- because there was good. I stopped in after spending time at a recovery business two doors down, and the food absolutely delivered. The chicken pot pie soup was made very well and tasted amazing. The Reuben sandwich with chips was also done right. Quality-wise, the kitchen clearly still knows what it's doing. When I called, the employee said he didn't know what to do but would inform the manager. I requested a refund and he said they would process it. That said, I don't think this should be let go. Delivery drivers should be held accountable. The employee said he didn't know who the driver was but you can't tell me they can't find out and they should find out and hold that person accountable for NOT delivering the food. Even if they give me a full refund, the restaurant is out of the tip money paid to this person, so they get rewarded for stealing? What is the world coming to? I will never order from this subway again.

It tasted like a standard fast food burger and was lacking flavor so I ended up adding honey mustard since I did not like their Shack sauce. I would much rather have an In-N-Out burger than this. Chicken Bites ($5.49): Came with 6 pieces of crispy chicken bites that were better than the burger, though that is not saying much.
