I see this place all the time and I'm so glad I finally tried it! I got a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries! I've gotta say the ranch was top tier, so definitely get a side of it! Visited here for the first time with friends the other day. I ordered the chillerno burger and fries. Overall it had nice presentation but i dont feel that the burger was worth $8.50. 5 guys and in and out are better. The fries were priced fine but i just am not a fan of skinny fries. Service was fine but nothing exceptional. This is not a place that i would ever go out of my way to eat at, but if youre here the food is ok, nothing special. We came in right before the crowd. Just finished our workout and decided to eat. So we headed to the left and ran right to Liberty Burger. The atmosphere reminds you of another restaurant( no need to name names), the menu is on the wall as you walk towards the register (they have another menu at the register). I ordered the sturdy salad, honey mustard and no cheese. It was good, I would love to try it with some hard boiled eggs. That real lemonade quenched my thirst, great drink of the summer I don't know if someone just cleaned the floor in the women's bathroom, the floor was slippery. We ordered 2 burgers. We were in a hotel and ordered online. The Liberty folks know how and when these orders arrive, and you would think that they would package the food in a manner that would survive a 10-to-15-minute delivery drive. Nope - Our food arrived STONE COLD. Even better, the Root Beer that I ordered was nothing other than then slop that exists at the very bottom of the tank. I have eaten here several times and it's always good. The burgers are delicious and they come out fast. There's a full bar with seating and also some tables outside. I recommend the Chillerno Burger ( poblano and queso) and the Napa Burger (Gorgonzola cheese, arugula and green olives). This location is in Lakewood right by the Balcony Club. read more

Liked my Bella Baby Burger add Bacon- had it cooked medium and it was extremely juicy and flavorful. Patty had standing flavor so the bacon may be unnecessary. Good stuff. Fries must be served hot and my order of sweet potato fries were almost too hot to eat- perfect. Worth a stop here if you like burgers and fries. I was in town for a quick visit and had a hankering to come back to a chain that gave so many positive culinary memories. I used to go to the Keller Springs location but Lakewood was the closest this time. Some things had changed in the 4-5 years since I'd been back - or maybe this location is set up differently - but I have mixed feelings about the experience. First, instead of servers I was directed to a counter to order my food. Not the biggest deal but I liked being able to sit down for my order. Also, I recall a few different choices of buns. I was never asked and I found the default to be rather sad and flat. One intriguing change was the self-serve soft drink machines that featured offerings from a local supplier. The mandarin and lemon-lime I sampled wasn't bad although I would have also like some national brand options. The Wild West burger I got was okay. The meat and fixings were good but were brought down by the mediocre bun. My skinny fries were still pretty good. Like many businesses during these extraordinary times, it seems that Liberty Burger has had to make some pivots to save money. Unfortunately for me, a lot of it detracted from the previous experience I remembered fondly. At the very least, they should bring back the bun variety or have the counter staff be clearer that there are still options available. read more

This is more of a specialty burger place where the fries are extra. Ordered the Napoli burger and fries. Me and my friends love eating their food, however we HATE their customer service. The last two times we've been there, our food has taken 30 minutes to come out. The most recent time, after waiting 30 minutes for our food, we were given dirty plates, and our food was made wrong. Yet I am constantly frustrated at how often they get orders wrong, leave off food, or just plain cook the food exactly how you DIDN'T order it. Recently, we ordered a crunchy salad with chicken on the side (for which we were charged) and it was sent with no chicken! Tonight I order a "red" (i.e., rare) bison burger and it was cooked to an unappealing brown color and was covered in congealed cheese. Liberty Burger has some of the best burgers around! I recently had the Give Back Burger which was stuffed with blue cheese cooked medium and soooo goood! They have huge onion rings that are great and excellent sweet potato fries (a bit overpriced for the serving size)! They have regular ketchup at the tables but a pump of chipotle ketchup that's much better! You can also order any burger bunless in a lettuce wrap! The Wild West is also good! Seems like they think my job is to make the sodas that's not my job if people order food through DoorDash app and your job is to fulfill the food order my jobs to pick it up and deliver. Been eating here since they opened as they are just down the street from our neighborhood. Food and service have always been good for the most part and the Natural Cane Sugar soda they serve is delicious. Had no issues regarding masks or anything until today. 3 of us walked in to treat my buddy today since he's about to move and after we were already all the way in at the register, what appeared to be the manager, walked up and aggressively said we had to put masks on. (Keep in mind I've been in here at least twice in the past couple months with my wife with no mask). Apparently he felt the need to look cool and aggressive in front of his team. He said that indoor diners are required to wear masks, offered nothing outside and no masks either. We politely said "I guess we won't be dining here then" and walked out. I respect a business's right to require masks and they can also respect our right to take our business elsewhere. So that's what we did.
