Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. I put an order in online, went to pick it up, and was told they were out of half of the items so I asked for a refund. I was told the manager wasn't there to give one so I had to call customer support. I did, they told me each location is franchised so the manager was the only one who could give the refund. So I called to talk to the manager, was told they still weren't there and then THEY CALLED ME BACK wanting to know why I called for a manager. After I explained I was told again to call customer services and when I told them that I was told only the manager could give me the refund they said that wasn't true and there wouldn't be a manager in store for a week and a half. Were I suspicious I would think they were just hoping I would give up and not get my money back. If you can't be good at your job you should at least be polite. read more

Unpopular opinion- Schlotzsky's is the most underrated fast food chain ever. It's not pretentious like Panera Bread, it has every item expected from a cafe and more (sandwiches, salads, pizzas, soups, etc.), portions are filling, price is very affordable, and ingredients are fresh. I have tried most if not all of the sandwiches, salads, and soups from this chain and I'm a fan. This particular location of Schlotzsky's has been very consistent in their food and efficient in their service. Some of my favorites are fiesta sandwich, chicken Greek salad, and loaded baked potato soup. I am especially happy with the large portion of their salads and the freshness of the vegetables. Even if you order the "pick 2" option, the portion of all items are ample. I highly recommend people give it a try! read more

I walked in and immediately noticed that I had trouble seeing the menu board. The colors were some sort of light orange color and of I remember correctly also light green. I asked for a paper menu and was pretty much laughed at. I figured since I knew they had an app, I could sit and look at the order options so that's exactly what I did. I went up to the counter to order but no one came up. Most of the employees were inside a room on the back-right side of the counter and they were just talking and laughing. One person was cleaning and she didn't say anything nor did she alert her coworkers. I said "hello" loudly and kept trying to get their attention but nothing. After about 5 or 7 minutes, I realized how ridiculous it was of me to keek trying to get their attention and walked began to walk away. This is when the guy that laughed at my menu question came out and was laughing and asking what I could be helped with. I simply kept walking out the door because if that's how they treated me as a person, I don't want to know how they treat the food. I was staying at the hotel next door and thought this would be a good place to get food from but ended up just getting UberEATS from other places instead. I do not recommend this location at all. I ate at this location on 5/9/2024 @ 4:05 P.M. I really enjoyed my Turkey & bacon club along with Loaded Potato Soup (pick any two)! The sandwich was so flavorable, I'll be back soon for another one! BUT, the highlight of my trip was the employee that helped me order; she was so kind, so helpful, so very sweet. My receipt for $9.73 shows that HOST #11 was the lady that helped me (I assume that is her employee #). She told me her name was LAURA or LORI (I couldn't hear very well since the restaurant was very busy). I sure hope that this sweet Hispanic lady is there to help me the next time I visit. I can't speak negatively on the chain of restaurants just because of one restaurant mess up. Its really a shame this is my first Schlotzsky's review as Ive been/eaten from this restaurant countless times. In a few words: it does the job. Schlotzsky's is good not great. Each time I eat a sandwich, I always get the feeling that something is missing. In this particular instance, I got the roast beef. Not the best tasting beef and the sandwich/meat was a little dry but you will be full and satisfied with your meal. Despite this experience, I have had the Tuscan chicken which was pretty tasty and their pizzas are good to. Decent prices. Its fast food plain and simple. Great stop for a quick bite to eat. I grabbed the turkey medium fiesta sandwich. You can choose from smoked turkey, ham, roasted chicken breast or roast beef! I had not been to a Schlotzsky's in quite some time so when I found one on my way back to work I figured it was worth a try! There was no line even though it was very busy inside and around 12:30PM on a Wednesday. The seating was quickly wiped off and made ready for new guests and the ordering area was clean. I decided to try the new Kale and Chicken Salad. This salad features pecans, cran-raisins, goat cheese, hard boiled egg, kale and chicken and looks delicious on the picture so I went with it. After all I am a lover of all things goat cheese and kale has been growing on me lately. This salad was life changing - not kidding - amazingly delicious. I think I said "wow this is really good" about 5 times while eating it. The portion sizes are huge as well. I feel like I ate a ton and still have enough for a second meal. The crunch of the pecan with the sweetness of the cran-raisins compliments the smooth texture of the goat cheese really well. The crunch of the kale and warm chicken breast really make this salad a winner. I think I really could eat this about once a week and be completely content with that. Also, they sell Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls which are amazing but alas I am trying to be fit so I had to skip it this time but next time I may just go for a mini. :) This Schlotzky's has very friendly staff, clean environment, quick food and delicious flavors. Tried to order online but it wouldn't take my "free sandwich coupon for checking in on YELP" so I called in an order. The lunch hour here makes this location packed!! Do yourself a favor and order early online or by phone!! They have a drive thru that was buzzing along, so if you are in a pinch and there are 5 for fewer cars in the line, use the drive thru! I ordered the small classic cheese sandwich (since that's what my check-in coupon was for). I also had the cracked pepper potato chips and a medium soda in order to fulfill the requirement of the coupon. My mom ordered the chicken pesto pizza. And lunch was set. We were 15 minutes away when we called them and they had it ready when we showed up. We had to fill our cups, pay and out the door we were!
