Not sure if I've been at this Chick-fil-A more than once or not. I stopped at this location cause it was literally five minutes from where I was located. The drive thru wasn't busy at all when I arrived around 11:15ish in the morning. Every one was so friendly, and bubbly. Lupita was very friendly, beautiful personality she's definitely got what it takes to make it when it comes to people skills. Especially as a young person. You Rock Lupita. I used my free rewards offer. They gotta have a better way to know ( as a customer) when there's FREE rewards. I had a cone as reward from one general manager and when I saw pop up it was Gone!! I could not even find it in my rewards history which is crazy. Overall my sandwich hot, and good not my bread seemed a tad bit on the dry side as if it was getting stale soon. No real complaints though. I'll order from this location again. read more

I love Chick Fil A, it's my favorite restaurant, but this one is a disappointment to the brand. I come here solely due to proximity and often have some sort of issue. This latest visit, prompting the review is forgetting both fries in the order. I've had insane lanes, wrong items given, forgotten items, condiments, and utensils. Issues with the payment method and using my app. Just truly not a fan of this location. Unfortunately will probably still have to go do to proximity. read more

Went through drive thru and they forgot to give me an 8 piece chicken nuggets. Had to go back and get the nuggets which they gave but was lectured on how they put the nuggets in the bag on the side. Why would I come back after driving away if my kids had their food. Terrible way to treat your customers. read more

The service here is just terrible. I understand that mistakes happen but this place has made me late for work multiple times; making me wait 25mins for simple things such as a FRUIT CUP or SOUP. I was told it'll be 5-10 mins and to pull around to the front. I never even ended up getting the soup, I had to go inside and ask them what was happening, only for them to tell me it would be another 30 mins. When I told the employee Olivia that I was told 5-10 mins originally, she proceeded to tell me that that was wrong, and it would be another 20 min wait. Disappointed. read more

It's not a huge deal but I'm just really annoyed by it. I ordered through Uber eats and got zero of my sauces. I just called to ask if it was ubers responsibility to ask for them or if they were supposed to put them in the bag before sealing it so I'd know for future reference more so than anything. I used to be a great fan of chick-fil-a until today. I ordered a Cobb salad and 5 pc nuggets with chick fil a sauce and they didn't put any fork, napkins or sauce. Curb side pick up using the mobile is slow to respond versus going thru the drive thru. I placed an order of two entrees and two meals, took roughly 6 min to come out. I have placed other orders for 3 entrees and two meals and felt the response time was quicker in the drive thru. I gave it a try and didn't like it. Think next time I will try to pick up inside and see if the response time is any better. The inside vibe of the staff everyone looked overwhelmed. When I walked in there was 7 folks waiting on a corner of the place waiting for meals. Maybe that explains why there was a delay for my order. read more

The person taking my order added fries when I didn't ask for any and when I picked up my order at the drive thru window and realized there were extras added I went back into the store and the lady kept talking to me in circles about how I had everything I ordered while I had to repeatedly tell her I didn't order fries. With everyone looking the manager finally came over to take the fries off and give me a refund but they were about to pass it off like I had ordered it. No apology and a bit rudely. I would be careful coming here because they will add items to your order without you placing it just to make a little more money. read more

This is a family friendly place to grab lunch or dinner. The play area is intended for children 54" and under. It has tunnels, a slide, many extras, is enclosed in glass and is extremely tidy. Although we live further away from this location, it is worth the extra drive. I do not eat anything here because they do not have a non-GMO/ organic menu. Be warned that this is an extremely busy location and you will wait in line if you are here to eat. The staff is incredibly patient and professional! This is a phenomenal location! We'll make it as close to 10:30 as possible so your order is fresh." This is a dreadful chick fil a if you have kids. Three times in a row they have messed up our order. They miss the drinks or the ice cream or the fruit and seem to find it impossible to include the book. It is always something. I get things aren't easy right now but even during COVId you should be able to take an order correctly but they cannot. Even when we are extremely specific about the order and we confirm it they get it wrong again and again. Do yourself a favor and drive on to the next one. read more

I'm beginning to see Chick Fil A has been slacking in their customer service department. I don't want to be the Debbie Downer for this location but they are horrible! I politely told the guy on 12/12 around 12:24 at the drive thru window to charge me extra for dressing and he was still upset because I offered. He is short white/Hispanic w has a blue and white checker shirt on and about 35-40 in age. When I left the window he didn't know I overheard his smart remark and I called corporate because every time I go there he is on the rude side. He has never been nice at all. This is by far my favorite Chick-fil-a in Dallas. Before COVID this was the cleanest and well maintained chick-fil-a that I had eaten at. The managers and staff are friendly and brought you food and other items directly to your tables. Post-COVID, they continue to offer exceptional service while maintaining their distance, while wearing masks and gloves, which I appreciate. Food is always great, hot and fresh. I will continue to go out of my way to support this location when I need my fix! read more

When I walked into this CFA today there was a guy taking orders and approached the woman in front of me. After he took her order he turned to me and said to my family and said to wait till we get to the cashiers, which there were still about eight people in front of us. He walked to his manager pointed at us then walked to the family behind us, this made me feel I comfortable. Once we got to the register we ordered and I showed the man my phone to get points for my order, he said NO & that I had to call or go online. Every time I visit this location he has consistently showed me outstanding respect and customer service. Today I went in there there was a Hispanic girl with honey blonde and black hair slender that was handling to go. I ordered breakfast. First she wanted to argue about the mobile order then she went over to the counter leaning over the counter gossiping instead of getting the order. I went back to get the phone out the car- she brings the order outside. I get home my order is wrong. I then returned to the store the same girl is sitting there leaning laughing and whispering to the peers behind the mangers head looking at me laughing. Even the doordasher had food before me. To me for you to not only be unprofessional not working laughing and playing in front of customers and then to laugh at your mistake in a disrespectful way. I am appalled by this behavior. I should've been offered I refund from the second incident however I ended up back at the store requesting a refund with the manager and she is clearly very unaware as well- the same disrespectful girl is still leaning on the counter looking making jokes.
