Pretty standard taco bell. My boyfriend and I have only been here twice since we've lived in the area. Food is usually hot and accurate, my only complaint is that they don't mark which chicken quesadilla is light jalapeño sauce. My boyfriend likes the sauce, i do too but not as much so I order it with light sauce. It's a guessing game as to which is which. I ordered online for pickup through the app. When I got to the drive-thru window, the lady told me "is there anything else you want? were sold out of nuggets." i specifically only come to taco bell for pepsi and nuggets. when i said no and asked her to cancel the order so i could be refunded through the app, she said no because she doesnt have that option. said i have to cancel through the app but the app doesnt give us that option. she literally said i cant do anything for you, and wouldnt give me the rest of my order. I guess they hired an new manager (short, young guy, in glasses), because lately the service sucks. Last time I visited, they asked me to pull around and they would bring my food out (two tacos and nacho fries). After waiting 10 mins and watching car after car leave with their food, I went inside to see why it was taking so long. They literally forgot I was out front waiting. Food STILL not ready. This particular Taco Bell always delivers and I have yet to have a bad experience. I visited last night and ordered a few items and decided to get fancy with the Mexican Pizza. Definitely my favorite item, but I'm usually hesitant to order it during drive thru because too many times I have opened the box to see the sauce and toppings only covering about 60% of the surface area of the tostada. On the rare occasion I dine in its not an issue because I can walk right back up to the counter and show them. I went for it last night and shared my concerns with the girl working the drive thru and she assured me it would be one of the best I've had. Not used to experiences like this from TB but when I got home and opened the box, a glorious Mexican Pizza was before my eyes with only a tiny rim of tostada visible. I went in to grab food for dinner tonight. I ordered from the little kiosk machine and got an emailed receipt did the same thing about a week ago and was able to get a printed receipt from the registers. This time around the person I believe is the "manager" said yeah you can't get one it doesn't print receipts, I let him know I was able to do it last time I was here and he began to say "yeah I don't know how to do that shit, yeah I don't know how to do that shit." I always come to this Taco Bell but after my experience tonight I will never go back. We are vegan and there are limited menu items that we are able to get. We ordered two spicy tostadas and add potatoes - they reply we don't serve potatoes at this location anymore then they say they no longer serve spicy tostadas. So we order bean and rice burritos no cheese no dairy. They get are order wrong in the drive thru. We park and I went inside to have them remake. I told the guy these have cheese we just want it plain beans and rice that's it. 5 girls were working that night and proceed to make the order then he comes to ask no creamy jalapeño sauce right? I say no sauce!!! No dairy just plain! Then he yells to the girls "no cheese and no creamy jalapeño sauce" one of the girls says out loud for me to clearly hear "OMG" with the biggest attitude. Basically complaining that she had to remake my food yet again. Mind you that is what she is getting paid to do! All the girls were snickering and you could tell were young and unprofessional. We frequent this location and they NEVER get an order right.. disappointing. I've held back from writing a review until now.. it's not a difficult order. This Taco Bell is always clean and efficient, what else do you want in a Taco Bell? You already know what the food tastes like and it's cheap. I came here 20 minutes before the drive thru closed. I saw 2 employees inside on my way to the drive thru yet no one took my order while i waited. Then I made my way to the window where you receive the food to see if I could talk to an employee to at least ask if they were closed already. Both of the employers hid from me.
