Good food, friendly and fast service, clean interior. Can't ask for more from a chick fil a.

Every time I go through their drive thru, they are exceptional in the service and their orders. I like extra pickles on everything and they always get it right. Yesterday, while going through the drive thru, I noticed the flag was at half mast. I asked the manager why, and he said it was in support of the victims of the terrorist Brussel attacks. The place has gotten much better since they're grand opening. I don't see much of the same staff that was here day one. The drive thru moves quickly and while it can get very busy inside, they still move things along pretty well. The staff is now much friendlier as well. read more

Although it's not Sunday, I decided to pay a visit to the lord's temple. I immediately felt warmth from both hunger, and the Lord's love. I redeemed my free 8ct nuggets from the Chick-Fil-a app and ordered some fries and a drink to go with it. The fries were hot as hell but something was off. They tasted like Satan replaced the contents of the salt shaker with sugar. I will blame satan for this mistake. However if this was the employees fault, the lord forgives and so do I. read more

This place never disappoints. The food is too good, and the service is fantastic. I have the mobile app which makes ordering and pick up SO MUCH easier. I highly recommend it. I'm at this CFA probably weekly, if not 3-4 times a month. I haven't gone in yet, just drive thru. I have had no problems with order accuracy or food being less than desirable. I will say, since they have double line capability here, they need to use it more. I've been in a long line with just one being open when they really should have opened the second. That's the only reason I give it 4/5 stars. I haven't experienced any rudeness or unprofessionalism from the staff here...quite the opposite. Appreciate them not skimping on the sauce as I can't deal without drowning my fries and chicken in them. read more

I love Chick fil A. I come here weekly and have never had a bad experience. They are consistent, customer oriented and always a clean facility. Where else do you get family nights at fast food places? Where else do the staff come around refilling your beverages at a fast food place? I felt compelled to leave a review because apparently I've checked in here 47 TIMES (dat chocolate chip cookie "dough" heheh....yeah). Service is pretty efficient - during busy times they'll have employees take orders outside. People are friendlier than your typical fast food place. Also they're much better at getting my order correct than other fast food places - out of the 47+ times I've been here, they've only gotten my order wrong one time. read more

I visited this CFA location Wednesday for breakfast and last Saturday for lunch. On both occasions, I found hair on my food. I very upset as I frequent this specific location 2-3 times a month. I did carryout so I was not aware of both instances until I arrived at my destination. I ignores it the first time and decided to give them another chance because of the close proximity to my home and work but for it to happen a second time is a bit absurd. read more

Food was good (as expected from any CFA) and the service was exceptional, and that's why they get 3 stars from me. Now for the bad part; THEY CHARGE FOR SAUCES! Never have I been to a Chick-Fil-A restaurant that charges for their sauces, and my kids love to literally drown their nuggets and fries in sauce. When I asked for my usual 6 Chick-Fil-A sauces, the employee of this place, who had otherwise been extremely kind and respectful towards me, informed me that with my one meal I could only get s maximum of 3 sauces, and any more I would need to pay $0.10 per sauce for. WHAT??? 3 sauces is barely enough for the nuggets, much less the fries! Needless to say, I unwillingly paid the extra $0.30 and left. I'm not sure what's up with this Chick-Fil-A, but they need to get their act together or they will suffer. I was told that charging for sauces is "store policy"...not at any other Chick-Fil-A that I have ever been to though! Employees, keep up the good work, because your service seems great. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the CFA store near my home (Sudley Manor Dr in Manassas), but I compare other CFAs to that one. This store in Fair Lakes however (speaking of drive thru only) disappoints every time. I only go for breakfast since it's on my way to work (the one near my home isn't on my route to work but I have gone there on occasion for better service/food). Whoever is making/baking the biscuits needs to be removed or the oven needs to be calibrated. Y'all are over baking the biscuits. They shouldn't be crunchy. The older gentleman (older as in not a college or high school student) that wears glasses with the utility/pocket knife on the hip. I'm going to assume he's the manager? He never seems too thrilled to provide service. No good morning. No thank you for coming. No have a good day. No nothing. Quiet exchange. My CFA in Manassas...Sudley Manor Drive someone always says what a pleasure it is to serve you. And that store doesn't even have two order lines. They fixed that by having their staff take your order at your car personally. It's the best! So to the Fair Lakes CFA...2 stars for drive thru service and biscuits. I ordered a muffin sandwich this morning because I didn't want to chance it with the biscuit. But when their biscuits are baked properly they are fantastic. read more

This location, like all Chick-Fil-A locations, has a fantastic, gracious, delightful staff and food that is better than expected. It is a favorite place of our son who LOVES the playground after he eats his dinner. It's great that it's right around the corner and is so convenient that we get to avoid McDonald's and Burger King forever. read more

I took my kids to Chick fill-a today and this place will be in our go to list from now on. Very convenient to me, close to my house and the people serve here are very nice, clean restaurant, and the play area is a wow, my son didn't want to leave for more than an hour. It was just great for me to rest a little while my son takes his energy off. Great fast food place for family! read more

The food here is good, but the staff is soooooooooooooo stingy and unfriendly. I order about 4 meals and when I ask for some sauce they give me one. They always give you less than HALF full fries. I seriously got a box with like 5 fries and some crumbs.(not even joking) And this happens all the time. They always give you empty fries. Just go to another Chick-Fil-A. read more

I love chick-fil-a there food is amazing!!:D but the staff is stingy with there sauces and food:( I ordered large fries on the drive thro and they gave me it less then half way filled but this is not my first time this has happened it has happened multiple times. Also I sometimes order 4 meals or more for friends ect I ask for sauces and they only give like 2 and I ask them to give me 5 every time but they always give me less!:( overall I would and not recommend would recommend because the food is amazing but I would not recommend because the service is bad and they always give you less food then what you should get. read more

Chic-fil-A is quality and has the best chicken sandwiches when comparing to other fast food places. I loved my spicy chicken and the waffle fries were great. The service was amazing; the staff is trained so well. I just wish there were more Chick fil A spots opening in Northern VA. read more

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE experience every time I go here. Save yourself the BS and just go to the chick fil a 2 miles away in Fair Oaks Mall. The male manager has been extremely rude to me the last two times. Ellie hasn't even had the decency to get back to me so I took the issue straight up to corporate and she STILL has no gotten back to me. First time the QR code wasn't reading on the iPad and the manager said "you know what? I just don't have the time for this." Got chick fil a today from there and I was asked what sauces and how many I wanted. I asked for 3 chick fil a (I got a large grill chicken sandwich meal) and I only got 1 sauce. When I asked for 2 more the manager gave a dirty look, held off, and told me I was asking for way too many sauces and one should be enough....horrible customer service. When the manager is that you can't expect anything less from the employees!! Might as well go to McDonalds! read more
