This place always have a packed drive thru so we walked in for a to go order. We ordered three sandwiches and fries and expected to wait at least 10-15 minutes based on the volume of people inside the restaurant and drive thru. The cashier was friendly and took our order quickly and gave us our food within 5 minutes. The person who gave us our order was also very friendly. We took the food home and I was I impressed that the food was just made, hot and fresh. The worst situation is when you have to go onto Yelp JUST because of how AWFUL an experience was. So bad.... the following is not exaggerated: I come in with two kids and my husband and we sit down. Hubby goes up to order... mind you we live two minutes from fair oaks, we are regulars here and the chick fil a down the street for quick meals after classes or practices... so he orders my usual, southwest salad but replace the cold chicken with hot chicken. The cashier tells him "sorry we don't do that".... ........ yes you do. You've done it at least 20 times this year, you don't just suddenly stop doing it. He insists he cannot do it but will charge me extra for another side order of chicken. What? Whatever... I'm in a rush to feed these kids so we order it and go sit. My food comes out, and my salad is incomplete. I ask the guy who brought my food if maybe he forgot the salad toppings? He says he doesn't know what I'm talking about. WHAT? Lol. Now I feel like it's April fools. I go up and the man behind the counter tells me that it doesn't come on the salad, it comes on the side.... obviously I know this... what I'm asking is to get them because I didn't get them. He sits there to ponder a it before finally realizing he was wrong (he had to look at the menu). He gives them to me and I go sit. The other guy comes back halfway through my salad to tell me he will bring my toppings in a second. Lol. I give up. My friend had also ordered a wrap that she paid for and went down to sit and wait for it.... only for them to come 5 min later to let her know they're sold out. Let me start by saying I love chick-fil-a and eat it usually at least once a week. I love their dedication to customer service and good food. Now for this place. I know it is new so I have given it several tries. Each and every time though they seem to mess something up. First off they are probably the least friendly Chick-fil-a I have been too. Their customer service is terrible. Out of the 10-12 times I have been there they have messed my order up probably 8. I don't know if they are trying to save money of what but I constantly have half filled fries. This one is closer to my house and isn't located in a mall but I force myself to go to the one in Fair Oaks Mall now cause they have far and beyond better service and employees. If I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible this is the closest location near my home, but I'd rather go to a further location than to deal with this kind of service. I have had more negative than positive experiences - overcooked food, given someone else's food, missing food that I paid for, and the list goes on. But you know what? Having been inspired by the late S. Truett Cathy to forgive, forget, and turn the other cheek, I have given this Chickfila many chances. But today was the last, red Chickfila straw. As I entered the drive-thru this morning to pick up my go-to Chicken Breakfast Burrito + small coffee w/ 2 creamers & 2 sugars, I was greeted by a reluctant employee via the intercom with a pressuring tone to hurry my order. I spoke at a slower-than-usual pace just to make sure that the order was taken correctly - no cheese, egg white substitute, with jalapeno salsa on the side. Pretty simple, right? Well, so I thought, until I got home to see that my burrito did have cheese (no, this is not me being pretentious but rather I actually have a dairy allergy). Then they also forgot to throw in the jalapeno salsa. Sadness. Lastly, not as critical but still noticeable - they didn't provide any creamers for my coffee. The compounding effect of one mistake after another in addition to the historically repeated offenses and disservice has led me to decide that this will be my absolute last time at this location. I will be taking my business to most likely the Chantilly location, where the service and food are most in line with what Chickfila stands for. read more

Super excited for this location to finally be open! Chicken minis within reasonable driving distance - score!! I arrived on the morning of their grand opening, before 7am. I love this Chick Fil A! Whatever service issues they had are now resolved. The people working are extremely polite, the service is great. They even were handing out free samples of their chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich with your order. I usually get one or two sauces if I ask, and they gave me four. They're still getting settled and have a number of kinks to work out. First is that the management isn't well trained to handle the crowds they've been getting. Second is that their double drive-through line, which merges into one, moves too slowly. Third is that the drive-through staff haven't gotten used to figuring out which order belongs to which car. Chickflia is Chickflia, difficult to find anything to complain about. The service is everything you want as a customer. In fact, I feel awful when they have to stand outside in the blazing heat or freezing cold to take an order, and hope that they receive sufficient breaks for that, but that's a different story. This location is close to my current home, so I've been there enough since they've opened to notice that whomever makes their fries does not salt them appropriately. In fact on more than one occasion I've gotten fries with no salt at all on them. This should be corrected, as I go out of my way to avoid Chickflia often enough, so that when I do experience eating here the last thing I want are unseasoned greasy potatoes, or some weird variation of what's supposed to be a healthy french fry. Not that there's an inherent health issue with salt in the first place for someone absent some preexisting condition. read more

I was happy when it first opened. People were very friendly and it was a beautiful restaurant. After crew repeated same error with my order over a dozen times, I tried to elevate and the management was THE worst I've ever encountered in my entire life and i say that as someone who's been managing for 35 years. Owner of the restaurant is the most elitist, unprofessional snob who was ignorant enough to put her unprofessional notes in writing to me. I visited this particular location to get my usual order, a 4 count mini, a medium fry and a medium sweet tea, and the cashier suddenly tells me "you can't have fries since it's breakfast time", to which I reply "SINCE WHEN?!?!". Makes me so sad :( I didn't bother to order extra because it would have been too much food for my visit. WORD OF ADVICE: Train your cashiers to verify customer's order before asking them to pay. Here's the thing - I love Chick-fil-A, but I dread any play-places where kids who are way too old to be inside are terrorizing the little kids who are supposed to be able to have fun. "Kids 3 and Under" says the sign at this location, yet during our visit this week, there was a 9yo perched at the top of the playhouse, waving a cap gun and screaming, "I'll kill your face!" You've got to be kidding me. I pulled my 2yo out of there faster than you can say chicken nugget, warned nearby parents and reported it to the manager. He was young, and while sympathetic, did nothing to remedy the situation the next 5 minutes we were packing up our stuff. I came through the drive thru and while the food was correct, my burrito was not made according to standard and my iced coffees were made wrong. They didn't give us our sauces, or straws and the team members must not be trained well because these people did not follow the ChickFilA Way at all. This chick-fil-a is AMAZING. They have the two lane drive thru on lock. I feel as though no mater what time I go they have the exact perfect number of people working. I work nearby at the kohls and don't have much time on my breaks. But this location (weather it be one, two, or two lanes plus two people, plus credit card scanner person) always has the right amount of people for the customer traffic and I as a customer in a "hurry" really appreciate it. So I should first say I really like Chick fil A food in general. Service is good, the place appears clean and staff is friendly. That said I will never come back to this location again. Two months ago I stopped in for lunch and got to Spicy Chicken Deluxes (I think that's what they are called). They were delicious. But about 6 hours later my stomach started grumbling and I started feeling sick. Things progressed and while I never puked I did have problems at the other end for two days. I had to call in sick for work. The first time in 24 years. It was almost uncontrollable. I was not willing to blame it on Chick fil A at that point because there was a stomach flu going around but I wasn't positive there was not a connection. Today I thought - hell, let's give it a try again. I'm betting it was the flu and damn, Chick fil A is right there as I was coming off 66. I ordered the same spicy chicken sandwich and again it tasted great! But I'm here to tell you that I am writing this from the toilet again! I'm afraid to wander off to far. I drove to 7-11 with a roll of toilet paper. I'm never going back. Something is wrong there. Just sayin. read more
