The staff is extremely friendly and they will bring you your order to your table when you dine in. This location seems to be VERY busy as they have 2 drive throughs and on top of that they have multiple people taking orders in person in the drive on iPads. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich as well as a grilled chicken club sandwich. Only difference is one has bacon on it. They come with honey roasted BBQ sauce in a packet on the side which is amazing. This place is located 3 minutes from my house so you can bet I will be coming here ALOT!!! read more

Cons: Drive-Thru - Second time they forgot the dipping sauce in the drive thru. - Gave me a hard time about 1 Chocolate Chunk Cookie via Yelp for check in - only 1 Lane open most of the time at the drive thru Pro: If you go inside the venue, it's like a 180. You get good service, they bring out your food (at least the ice cream), and you just worry about yourself and where you sit. All in all, the drive thru experience was what made me gave 3 stars. One of the best fast food places around for taste and nutrition. The grilled nuggets are packed with protein and low on carbs and fat. Be careful because most of the calories come from the sauces although they are tasty! I also really liked the intense flavors of the spicy southwest salad with grilled chicken (10/10 would eat again). Both the diet and original lemonades are amazing and fresh squeezed. This is my home location of Chicken Fillet and every time I go there I have a good laugh. Just about all hours of the day, especially at breakfast, there is a line out the drive through with a fairly long wait. However, when I pull up and walk inside, I have my food in literally 30 seconds, and walk out while the suckers haven't moved an inch in the drive through. This location is way better than the other Fairfax location. The parking lot isn't huge, but I've never not found a spot. Man that other location is the worst, lol. Service is typical Chick-Fil-A, good stuff. They don't mess up your order like they do at every other fast food place. They have free Wi-Fi. I usually pick up drive-thru, but we decided to eat inside this time. Surprisingly there was no line and we were greeted immediately upon arrival. My chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich was crispy and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken tasted more seasoned than usual. I was sitting in the passenger side of my friend's car and I was handing her my credit card. The manager saw this and was impatient and then reached across the driver side to get my card from me. Y'all are horrible! How do u give CFA 3.5 stars?! Smh! I don't get it. I've been through the drive-through, eaten inside, and ordered my food to-go from inside and have never had an issue. There are 2 lanes for the drive-thru and when it's backed up, they have someone outside taking orders. Ordering inside is always better than the drive-thru here though, because of those 2 lanes converging into one. BUT somehow they always give me the right order despite the lanes becoming one, I have no clue how they do this. I always get free food to email through the app from this location and that's always a win. When u way inside, they deliver your food to the table and I've also had them come pick up my trash. Any time I've eaten inside, it was calm and quiet. It's low key my go-to spot when I just want to enjoy some good food by myself. During my last visit I had a free kid's meal, as I was giving the toy back to the worked he said "would u like a free cone instead". I had no clue that was possible. read more

The owner operator gets to set her own policies. I find it less friendly here than with other locations of the same chain. It's a new place, maybe the kinks will work out. Since it is brand new, the place is clean. The food is tasty. But this particular location just doesn't have the signature Chick-fil-A best in class feeling that I get at most locations. I was there early one morning and wanted to use a coupon at breakfast. Most locations are liberal in the way they allow coupons to be applied. This owner declared that you got exactly what was specified on the coupons and no substitutions were allowed. I live 11 miles from this location. While I spend more of my time near here than other Chick-fil-A locations, I practically have to drive past 3 other Chick-fil-As to get to this one. I'll try again in a few weeks, but I plan to go elsewhere. I went to check-in to this place on FaceBook and noticed the name was misspelled. On Yelp here the name is different from the way corporate lists the name of the company, so I submitted a correction. I also noticed the category is wrong, this is a fast food restaurant, but the owner has the categories locked so I can not correct it for her. I guess she does not need our advice. I love Chick-Fil-A in general! My kids love Chick-Fil-A....a lot! I am much more happy feeding this to my kids verses other fast food locations! This one opened not too long ago in Fairfax and decided to give it a try! I feel there are a few things they need to do to bring it up to par with other chick-fil-as in the NOVA area. We went no a busy lunchtime hour when school was out. I felt they could have used more staff...because doesn't EVERYONE hit Chick-Fil-A when school is out? Pros: -The food was delicious and very consistent with other Chick-Fil-As. -The parking lot outside was spacious so there was room to park (unlike the Fairfax Circle location which is very cramped during busy times). Cons: -Very cramped! When you enter the doors people were forming one long line which made a lot of wasted space in the lobby. They were blocking the doors so it wasn't easy to walk in and out! Also people were blocking the area where condiments and straws were. I think had people formed lines behind registers it would have helped some. Not easy to navigate in order to get in and out or to get to condiments...especially when you have a little old lady and two small children with you! -Tables are very close together and once again cramped as the line wrapped right near our table at times. -Service-not as strong as other chick-fil-as where I have dined in. For example no one helping to take large orders to table...you have to balance it all on your own. In other chick-fil-as they will help you to your table. There was no one coming around to help clear tables or make sure you didn't need anything. They could have used some "runners" who helped bring things to tables so it wasn't so crowded up front or to help clear tables or to even offer refills! -Service was slower than other Chick-fil-a's. It took a while to get up to the front of the line. -The kids play area felt cramped and small. My 78 year old mother even said she would rather go back to the Fairfax Circle Location (even though the parking lot is crammed) so not sure if I will be back to this location as I only hit the Fairfax locations when visiting with her! read more

The water in the women's bathroom is very, very hot and you can not adjust the temperature. I did not feel comfortable washing my two year olds hands it in as it was too hot even for me. I reported it to someone at the front and they said they were aware of the issue but unable to correct it. That sounds like a lazy answer to me. They really need to make it safe for their patrons. read more

Everything is as expected, no surprises, no disappointments! I am, however, very impressed with the facility. I love that they have two lanes for the drive-thru lane, and they were able to get orders from both lanes in a fairly good speed. Even though there was only one operator taking both orders! They honored the free chocolate chip cookie deal that you get from checking in, so kudos! The operator didn't know about the deal, but they were open with checking out the coupon that you get from Yelp and honored it. I took a peek inside the restaurant and it was CLEAN. I mean, shiny and sparkling everywhere. I think next time I might take the time to eat inside when I'm not in a hurry. The food was good, as always. Everything is cooked correctly, and my order was also correct. The service staff were courteous and friendly. Went for lunch today 11/6 with my 7 yr old son. The service was great and food was fast food but my son liked it. We went to leave and the Loom truck was parked behind us in the no parking area so I was not able to get out of the parking space. It is only a one way parking lot so I had no way to get out. I went inside to tell the manager and the loom guy came out, but did not move the truck. At this point my 7 yr old (severely autistic) is having a meltdown and I can't move due to the Loom truck in the no parking behind me. Why does he have the right to park there blocking guests. Stopped in for lunch here while out shopping in the Fair Lakes area and had a good experience like I always do at Chick Fil A. This location is convenient and has plenty of parking. The interior is styled just like any other one in the chain with clean tables and plenty of space. What makes Chick Fil A a win is the uber friendly and helpful staff that always go above and beyond to provide the exceptional service that they're known for. The food was fresh and tasty like it always is, so no complaints there. I did try the diet frozen lemonade and was very surprised at how good it was. I will definitely be getting that again. Oh and by the way, notice that when you check in on Yelp you can get a free chocolate chunk cookie. BONUS!!! I normally dine in but decided on drive thru since I had to get to work. I ordered sweet tea got charged and given an oj?? Also ordered egg and cheese on my biscuit,, wow I get to work no egg and cheese. I drive back hey I'll pardon the on tea mixup but they didn't even say sorry we messed up?? This Chick-fil-A offers the best service that I have ever had. My car battery died after I got food. Yikes!! It was unfortunate. My friend brought the portable car jumper to help me but I didn't work... The manager came out and offered me help. He pulled his car over to jump start my car and another employee came to help as well. My car came back alive. The manager offered me some hot coffee afterward since it was freezing cold. I didn't even ask but they initiated their help to save me from the struggle. I usually get my food from this Chick-fil-A since it's close to me. I love this CFA. I'm there everyday. The employees at this location are exceptionally sweet, go out of their way to make my visit great & take pride in their restaurant. It's surprising how knowledgeable most of them are about the company. Ask any of the "shift leaders" something about CFA ok any given day, and they'll have an earful for you. This location is always fast at getting food out. They are friendly and smiles the whole time. The owner/manager comes around and asks if anyone wants refills.
