A drive thru Chick-Fil-A close to home and off the freeway of I-80 gets 5 stars just for that alone. This location is where Marie Calendar's use to be, right next to Blue Frog. Can't wait for it to be open so I don't have to go into the mall to get my Chick-fil-A fix. Hopefully this location will serve breakfast because I know the one inside the mall does not. It tasted like if not better than a fried chicken breast burger you would get at a gourmet burger place. Not too dry and the flavor was just right. Probably the best spot to eat some fast food (that's somewhat healthier than other choices). The young staff here are always cheerful and have an overall nice demeanor. My girlfriend just about only eats chicken, so we've frequented this spot quite a few times. The place is well run and always clean. I find it hard to try and remember the last time I was disappointed during a visit here. A lady will usually come by and even ask to take your trash away, or give you a refill! CHECK your order! I don't know how many times I've been here and give them the benefit of a doubt my order will be right. I've gone back numerous times when an item was missing on my pick up orders. I usually order huge orders so it's tough to go through every thing when I arrive, but looks like you will need to. They need to double check what goes out. I understand it's busy, but after numerous times, it's not right. Especially if you go home already and realize your stuff isn't all there. I really enjoy this place... the food is always good and hot/fresh... drive through is fast. While doing dine in the customer service is good and everyone is so helpful. They have a play area for the kids so your able to eat in peace while your kids run out their energy. Drinks you get one free refill all you have to do is take the lid off and bring the cup to the counter and say what drink you had. For the fries... always fresh waffle fries. I have had the southwest salad, the wrap with the avocado ranch dressing...mmmm chicken deluxe sandwich and the nuggets... everything is so yummy just depends on your taste buds that day... keep in mind they are closed on Sunday but should definitely come and visit this brand new location. read more

I'm 26 and had my first Chik-fil-a experience a couple weeks ago. I've been back five times since then and I'm so happy there's one near my house now. Their spicy chicken sandwich is pretty amazing for a fast food sandwich - the chicken was juicy and not at all greasy. Add some of their Chik-fil-a sauce to it and that's all you need. And oh my goodness, the customer service here... I thought the memes were exaggerating - the staff is super polite, very attentive and quick. Great service from the register to finishing my meal. The cashier explained all the sauce options and provided a recommendation. The spicy chicken deluxe was juicy and thick. The waffle fries were crispy and tasty with their signature sauce. 1 employee came around to clean tables and check on us just like at a restaurant; she even took my empty tray and refilled my soda without me even asking! I ordered the Regular chicken sandwich and the boyfriend ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Both were hefty in size and fresh. I forgot how greasy these things are though. But that doesn't matter in Chick-Fil-A land. The Regular chicken sammy was delicious sans pickle. The bread was fresh and the filet was piping hot. My boyfriend really liked his Spicy Chicken Deluxe, although he said it wasn't really that spicy, but had a nice heat. It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and pepper jack cheese. Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in years! I've been missing out. Their deluxe sandwich is bomb. Pretty simple (chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles), but the ingredients are fresh and the chicken is delicious! Moist, flavorful, and prefect texture. The waffle fries here are amazing as well. Texture is just right and I've never found them to be too salty. Prices are reasonable and food comes out super fast. The workers here are all very friendly and they kept checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a fast food restaurant! So that was a pleasant surprise :) Need to start going to Chick-fil-A's more often. read more

Wow I've been going to this location since I moved here two years ago and have usually never had any problems. Today for whatever reason the Uber eats drivers failed miserably in getting my order to me not once, not twice, but three times. This caused me to order through Grubhub and that driver managed to do their job. However, when I took the food in to start eating, the fries were ice cold. I looked at the bag and saw that it was my previous order made from an hour prior. The reason I knew this was a previous order is because I use two different names on both the Uber Eats app and Grubhub app. As I mentioned earlier the final order came through Grubhub so this should have been fresh and with the correct name. Also the time on the receipt was from an hour prior as well. I called and spoke to a manager who apparently told me that they don't make food twice but didn't have an answer as to why they gave a Grubhub driver my previous Uber eats order. They are probably under the impression that I am trying to get over on them however, I have ordered food from both apps and going in person to this location for two years now. I don't know why I would magically decide to one day begin placing random orders to get more food now. It also implies that upon seeing the same order type, they'll just hand whichever order to the driver. This is highly disappointing because I've been penalized all day by the failure of the drivers to do their jobs. When I finally got a driver who managed to do their job, I get cold food through no fault of their own. Probably won't return to this location for a while. This is an extreme let down to just hand drivers whatever order seems to match up. PS: I don't need free food from you chick fil a, but I do need you to remember to give my drivers my drink with my order because that's also a thing that has been happening. ALSO, for whatever reason the right side of your drive through is extremely slow. It has become a little faster in the past weeks but I'm not sure if that's a lasting change. The fact that I can place a mobile order in the parking lot and have my food ready within 5 minutes of walking in is terrifyingly amazing. The workers are always happy to help with whatever you need too. You've gotta admit, the service at Chick-fil-a is bar-none! The food here is great. Chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are made fresh and never end up soggy. I recently tried the tortilla soup and was pleasantly surprised! I also like their salad, which comes with a tasty green goddess dressing. I'm not too keen to try their grilled chicken simply because their original sandwiches are already so good, but I'm sure they're just as tasty.
