Rather disappointed in this Chick-Fil-A location. This is one of my only fast food options being gluten free and I'll definitely drive down to the Vacaville location. Honestly the workers just aren't very nice and don't have the typical "Chick-Fil-A" friendly attitude. I also was extremely disappointed in the manager on duty. I order my gluten free bun and mentioned that the menu says $1.10 for a bun and then the register was $1.70. I know this is a small difference but the manager just walked away without caring at all. Not so great customer service in my opinion. Also crazy to pay $30 for two fast food meals. I think I'll stick with Vacaville and other fast food places before coming back here. read more

My first time having chick-fil-a and it didn't disappoint too much. I love the waffle fries actually. They weren't super salty and they were crunchy yet fluffy. So good! I got a chicken sandwich and it was alright. It was a little dry. I think next time I would try their chicken tenders since you can try out all the sauces they have. This place is right off the freeway, so it's perfect if you're just passing through, or if you live in the area. They have two drove through lanes, a large parking lot that is shared with other restaurants, as well as parking right out front. There are a few handicap parking spots, as well as regular. It is wheelchair accessible with a ramp off to the left side of the building where your chair can go up, or if you just have trouble getting up a curb. The inside area has a play place for children, as well as a ton of seating area, which is always kept clean and free from garbage or dirty tables. The workers clean regularly after customers, even if it's busy. Every time I come, I get the chicken sandwich, with Mac and cheese for a side. The Mac and cheese is always made that day, and has the cheese on top that crisps up (my favorite part). They have a pretty good array of sauces to choose from. I usually go for honey mustard or the Polynesian. They don't freak out if you want extra sauce or get stingy like other places do. The customer service is always excellent. I was told that breakfast wasn't available after 10:30 (It was 10:34). I was told he would go check to see if they could still make my order. Came back and said the "product wasn't available". Review #111 - 2020 While we were making our drive out to Sacramento, traffic got pretty bad so I decided to find the nearest drive thru restaurant. Luckily, Chick-Fil-A was only a few exits away so we made our way over. We showed up at around 1 PM on Friday, June 26th, and the line was pretty long, but it moved quickly. It took less than 10 minutes to get our orders so we decided to sit in the car & eat at their parking lot while waiting for traffic to die down. My 15-year old niece and I got an order of our usual, the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. My 11-year old niece is a very picky eater, so she only got an order of the large fries while my 4-year old daughter got the 8-piece chicken nugget meal. Surprisingly, my niece finished all her fries and even asked me if she could have mine, which I was more than happy to give her since she rarely eats. I ordered my same fave, #1 chicken meal with the inclusion of crunch kale and unsweetened tea.. I would have given this 5 stars but i have minor comments.. 1. Half of the cup of the tea was small ice cubes making the unsweetened teA worse than the normal unsweetened.. Next time we probably will request for a no-ice 2. After a day full of emotional challenges at work, I decided I deserved Chick-Fil-A. Not only did I deserve it, but I deserved a large fry too. I ordered my food and rushed home, excited to indulge in a well deserved treat. When I got home, it was clear that Chick-Fil-A did not share the same sentiment. I opened my bag to see my "large" fry struggling to hit the half way mark. When you order a large fry it's because you want "extra" and you're willing to pay for such. I in no way was expecting a red carton of crisp waffle fries spilling in the bag, but common y'all could have met me half way, literally . I did call to voice my displeasure, something I rarely do. I just couldn't believe old faithful would do this to me. When I'm let down at other fast food places I usually say "Chick-Fil-A" would never, but actually Chick-Fil-A would! The manger on duty was nice, helpful, and offered a solution for a later date. I appreciated that. I say all of that to say this: check your fries before heading home lol. read more

I always take my niece and nephews here to play and eat when I'm in town. I'm appalled with the employees here. This young African American kid looks to be in high school or recently graduated came into the play area and told my niece as she was coming off the slide she was too big to play there. My niece is very sensitive. The level of embarrassment for her was extreme. My niece is ONE INCH SHORTER THAN THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT. We measured her again after he left the room to confirm. Was hired on to work at this store. Mentioned twice (in email and in person) that I was going to have to start after I got back in state for a family wedding. It was said twice that it wouldn't be a problem on their end. Prior to my trip, I completed 2 out of 3 hiring/intake things. After my trip, I found I couldn't log in to complete the final task. Checked email and found I was emailed by management while I was out of state with an ultimatum of completing the third task before a date (while I was still out of state) or be fired. So they had fired me while I was gone on my previously discussed trip, and had not bothered to reach out once via phone. I I went through the drive-thru and ordered $72 worth of food. Before leaving, I specifically asked the girl at the window to make sure the sauces were in the bag. She assured me they were, so I didn't check since there were too many bags. When I got home, I found there were no sauces or napkins in the bag. I called to complain, and the manager told me that the staff said they had put the sauces in. I told her I wasn't driving back, and she offered coupons for free food, but I don't want more food. I'd rather they just DoorDash me the missing sauces. The food here is excellent and there are lots of choices. My favorite is the egg white muffin or bacon and egg biscuit in the morning, the club or strips in the afternoon. The Cobb salad and unsweetened iced tea are good, and the cross cut French fries are the best. But what makes this place my favorite in town is the people. They are diverse but uniformly friendly, efficient, and super organized. I always leave feeling respected, and their smile and courtesy makes me smile. I ordered through the drive thru their Grilled Spicy Chicken combo. The person who took my order was attentive and excellent. When I reached the cashier for my order and to pay, he was great I want to give 5 stars for customer service, But I just can't because of the food. I did not wait more than 5 mins to reach the top and get my order and I was wondering why my food was as cold as a corpse. When I got my order, I left and in just few mins I pulled aside to eat it, it was just only about under 2 mins and the food including the soda drink was warm like it doesn't have ice and was returned. The chicken and the buns (ordered 2 of it) were so cold like it was cooked for hours and served. Always a great stop on the way to or back from Tahoe! The only Chick-Fil-A in the Bay is in South Bay so a lot of people are out of luck but can get their fill when traveling to Tahoe! The location is clean, the staff is friendly and the chicken is bomb! I'd recommend the Spicy Deluxe. Chick-Fil-A did not fail to disappoint me again today. Let's start by saying that, prior to today, I have not visited a Chick-Fil-A since 1987. Just about every Saturday, my friend's Mom would take us and my favorite cousin, across the river and go into the city to visit the mall. They were determined to throw out my favorite ragged tennis and dress me like our favorite local celebrity, Faith Ford, who literally walked off a page in Teen magazine. So these Saturdays were already a weekly torture. After 3 hours shopping for some high-waisted, pleated, Z. Cavariici's and a new Jessica McClintock for church on Sunday (usually a floral, curtain looking, puffy-sleeved thing with lace, ruffles, and shoulder pads that would rub your earlobes raw), we would finally make it to the food court. At the food court there was Hot Dogs on Stick, giant lemonade, Orange Julius, Sbarro's, and the DREADED Chick-Fil-A. Dreaded why? Well, my friend and her Mom didn't want to waste too much time or money on food, because there was still hours left of shopping for Jellies, acid wash jean skirts, and most likely a pastel shade of Keds. Anyway, let's get to the DREADED part. Chick-Fil-A always had the shortest line at the food court, and it was the "Home of the $1 chicken sandwich." I called it the Home of the DRY chicken sandwich, and would argue that the line is short because IT SUCKS. But the overall consensus and dreaded decision every Saturday was that we went to the shortest line in the food court. Chick-Fil-A, Home of the DRY chicken sandwich. Now I don't know if it was teenagers pulling a prank, people getting heavy handed with the condiments (because their sandwiches were DRY), or just that Chick-Fil-A was short staffed, but by the time we got there, the condiment bar was ALWAYS empty. There was never any ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. NEVER!!! In addition to no condiments, they gave you a 3 ounce water cup, which was really only 2 ounces if you put an ice cube in it. So every Saturday, I was stuck in the food court, eating a DRY chicken sandwich with no condiments and 2 ounces of water. Okay now, fast forward 34 years to July 15, 2021. Chick-Fil-A has made its way to California. I hear people raving about it all the time, but was never impressed with their DRY chicken sandwich before. So, never bothered to try it out, until today. This afternoon, I walked out of an electronics store across the street from Chick-Fil-A. It's close to dinner time about 430pm. I'm tired, I'm hungry, and about an hour and 20 minutes from home. The breeze hits my face, and....what's that? Fried chicken? (Don't judge. I used to live in the South.) Smells delicious! So I said to myself, "You know what? People do swear it's the best. My previous experience was 34 years ago and I could be mixing my sour feelings of Chick-Fil-A with mall torture and bad fashion sense. I think I'll give them another chance." I went through the drive thru, no line (what's new? Lol) The employee standing at the menu board instructed me to pull up to the girl holding the menu by the drive thru window. So I pulled up to the employee holding the menu. I asked her, "What comes on the chicken sandwich?" I was told, "Two pickles." (Well, that's new. Maybe Chick-Fil-A has gotten better over the years.) I asked if it has any condiments on the sandwich. She says, "You can order them on the side." So I order a chicken sandwich, with mustard, mayonnaise, and a water. I laughed when I got to the window. I was handed a 6 ounce glass of water, filled with about 4 ounces of ice. I thought to myself, "So they still only serve 2 ounces of water." Next I was handed the bag with my chicken sandwich and the employee says, "Your straw and condiments are in the bag." I thanked her, then pulled over into a parking spot. Let me tell you, first of all, there was so much ice, I could only jam the straw about an inch into the cup. And guess what? No condiments in the bag! So 34 years later, I'm at Chick-Fil-A again, with a DRY chicken sandwich, no condiments, and 2 ounces of water! To all of you who swear that Chick-Fil-A is the best, I don't get it. I've never been a chicken sandwich type of gal, but this place changed me. I always go for their spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries (got to have their waffle fries, LARGE!) with their signature Chick-fil-A sauce. I've tried their other sauces just to mix it up but I always run back to this sauce. All the workers here are super friendly. They definitely know how to hire and pick their staff. Inside is clean and organized too. The line outside in drive thru can build up pretty long even with 2 lanes open. Hate that they close on Sundays , but I understand. I haven't been to chick-fil-a since I moved back from Arizona in July. The girl who took my order last did not fully understand me or even confirmed I wanted fries. In a normal era you'd think by now when I customer is ordering a number 1 and number large with blah blah. She'd know by now in dang age that met I want meal. Obviously not. I got zero fries with my meal. When she said my order back you want chicken deluxe yes I want a number 1 large. I clearly can't get large chicken sandwich but I can get large fries and a large drink. Nope I was left with medium drink and chicken sandwich. I was driving from Chico to Santa Rosa happy I can get my chick-fil-a fixing after 8 months. So I happened to be in the area and decided their breakfast since I've never had it before. I immediately had my eye on the #3 egg white grill meal with a chicken biscuit on the side and orange juice to wash it all down. I finished everything because I was hungry and didn't have breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are small and filling. The egg white grill has 25 grams of protein which is an excellent choice if you like to get your daily protein intake.
