After waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes; my food was cold. I ate in the parking lot so it's not because the served it hot and it cooled off. Nuggets were cold and dry, like they had been sitting out for a day and the reheated them in the microwave. Also, since the store front is closed I could not ask for them to be remade unless I wanted to stand in the drive thru line for another 30 minutes. I called the store multiple times as well and no one picked up. If people are willing to wait that long for food- at least have it be up to the chick-fil-a standards. I through my food in the trash. Chick-fil-A will be the same usually anywhere since it's a chain. But what stands out sometimes is the consistency of food, the standards or service. Right away I was greeted when I walked in here. I had ordered the Chick Fil A sandwich with wheat bun and a Spicy Deluxe Combo on wheat bun as well. Kelvin was the gentleman serving me and he is the reason for the higher rating here. The buns that came out were slightly dry and hard, probably because not many people order wheat bun. The Chick Fil A Sandwich was sleep missing the pickles that usually come on it. There fore a few things were missed on consistency of food here. But again Kelvin's service was so good that I had to give a 4 stars here. He brought the food out to my table and went above and beyond bringing things over to my table that I felt bad. For a minute while eating, I had forgotten I was at Chick-Fil-A. This is my local Chik-Fil-A & they've never let me down! Never has my order been incorrectly fulfilled (squints at McDonald's) & they are so generous with the sauce & amount of napkins they give you when you ask for extra! Food: I always order the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich combo which comes with delicious waffle-cut fries & a fountain drink. I like Chik-Fil-A a lot since their chicken is always cooked so well, so fresh, & isn't too salty. Their chicken is also always so juicy to eat & it's the right amount of crunch on the outside. Their fries are also yummy as well as waffle-cut is my second favorite style of cut fries (1st being curly). Service: Chik-Fil-A is known for their amazing customer service & this location in particular doesn't fail to meet that expectation. Every drive-thru experience starts with, "It's a great day here at Chik-Fil-A! How may I help you?" & ends with a "My pleasure serving you! Have a great day!" & it doesn't matter who's at the window when I order because they're all so friendly. Either they're genuinely happy to be there or they're all exceptional actors! Service is always fast as expected from a drive-thru & I've never been asked to wait out in the parking lot for my order to come out (squints at McDonald's again)! I am very disappointed in this chick fil a. They were always so nice and had great service, but recently they changed owners and are extremely slow and have messed up every order of mine. Tonight we waited in the drive thru line and when we got to the window we're told we needed to park in the parking lot JUST to wait for our drinks. When we pulled up we saw many people parked as well just waiting for drinks. Once we got our drinks they were messed up and poorly made. Worst service ever by older grumpy rude stuff. I rather want to give zero star. I couldn't believe how he was treating customers like that. He was looking at customers or even kids one of the criminal. My 2 year old daughter didn't know anything so she went to close to that rude staff and friendly to hello to greeted him, he just ignored her, then my daughter tried few more times to say hi and he just glanced at her and ignored her.... I couldn't believe it! And after we ate we had play date here so my kid and her friends played kids space for a little bit, it was 3 or 4 at afternoon so their place was much less crowded than usual, that unhappy staff came to us and if you guys finished eating clear the table like he was yelling at us. I usually get pretty good service at all chic fil a location. I made a mobile order and only to find out they missed one of my breakfast sandwich when I got home and drove back right since I'm craving a breakfast sandwich. By the time I got back and told them they missed one of my breakfast sandwich and right at the window the manager asked to see my receipt as if I was lying. No apologies whatsoever. I really don't enjoy sitting at the drive thru line for 10 minutes again to cheat a sandwich. I'm sure they can tell I never received the sandwich as I had my biscuit sandwich with no cheese on it. Nice location, friendly service and a very young staff. This is my go to Chick-fil-A in the area. My chicken sandwiches are always made well and the chicken is crispy and not over cooked. I usually order their plain crispy chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese. Their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is also pretty good but I don't like the lettuce and tomato in my sandwich because it can make it soggy at times. Their crinkle waffle fries are good but not amazing. What I do love is the number of really good sauces they offer. My favorite is their zesty buffalo and garlic herb ranch. This location has started to go downhill recently. The last 4 trips here resulted in missing and/or incorrect items. I have tried this location 3 times since moving here and that's plenty, quite enough. I'd advise to try another location. I noticed today that my sandwich boxes weren't warm and when I got home (9 min away) all sandwiches were disgustingly cold. Thankfully the fries were warm as I asked for no salt. The last time I ordered fries and the box was almost empty so they had to bring another. Maybe it's because I'm from Texas but definitely the most subpar Chick-fil-A I've ever encountered. Great food, fast service, clean restaurant, courteous staff. Awesome chicken sandwiches and fries. My favorite place for lunch in Foothills Ranch. Kudos the owner Erik who is there every day to keep this place awesome. This is popular restaurant so sometimes the drive thru gets backed up. This happens at almost all Chick-fil-A's. The alternative is to go some place that is empty because of the food quality. They do their best by putting people outside to take orders in the car line. I think its worth a 5 minute wait to get may favorite chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I also admire the fact they are willing to forgo profits by closing on Sundays so all their staff gets the day off. Not many companies walk the talk. I'm a weekly casual who enjoys waffle fries and chick-fil-a sauce. I usually arrive at the scene during their busiest hours. This experience I just had drew me to writing this review. Even with a packed house, the staff was very under control and thorough with their service. They even came over to my table, who have already been served, and struck conversation and ended with refilling my soda; creating such a roomy environment even in the chaos of the rush. One staff member in particular, Yvan Sinlao, was especially kind to me. He took my order with gratuity to my concerns and took special care to my order. I never take the time to write reviews but honestly I have just continuously wasted my money here just to be disappointed. Two occasions in a row I was given nuggets instead of strips, and unfortunately I just don't like the nuggets, so I had to stand outside waiting for someone to see me and meet me at the door to get it swapped since the dining room is still closed. The last 5-6 times my chicken has been cold, absolutely cold as if it had been sitting out for 15+ minutes, and on one occasion they were totally wet, probably from the condensation of sitting in the box so long. That time, I turned around and went back hoping for new chicken, but they just tossed them in the fryer for a couple minutes which yes, solved the issue of them being cold, but they were then almost burnt. I also get the smallest pieces, while this has NEVER been the case at any other location. Fries have continuously been cold as well, and some staff has been super kind while others were honestly just rude. I'm 22, I understand the pressure of being in customer service and food because I have done both, but I don't think I have ever sounded irritated to be at my job when talking to a customer. This really sucks because I love Chick-Fil-A and this is the closest location to my house, but I feel like I'm just done with this location. read more

I rolled up to the drive in for a chicken sandwich. I requested Mayo with my sandwich. The young lady said that they would give me some Mayo packets and I could put the Mayo on myself. I told her if I have put Mayo on my sandwich that it would defeat the purpose of eating out. She was not persuaded. I drove away without a chicken sandwich. Yesterday my son and I were at this location in the drive thru and my car decides to break down. Feeling stressed out and feeling terrible for the people behind me, the chick fil a employees came out and pushed my car into the parking lot. I am so very grateful for their help!
