First time ever at a Chick fil a. A friend gave me a gift card before we moved here. She told me I HAD TO GO because it's so good and that I would be addicted. I admit, the food was good. The food was hot and the chicken was not dry! I wish we were offered some of their famous sauces but ketchup will do for today. We weren't asked if we wanted any. With the cashier being so mean we also forgot to ask. Everyone was super nice except TERI. My gosh she hates her job. She doesn't smile, doesn't say hi or even a thanks. She just glares at you until you order. We didnt take a long time to order we waited until we knew exactly what we wanted and then ordered quickly. She still was rude...I'll memorize the menu next time. Maybe she'll be nicer. I would've went to someone else but she was the only one working the cashier. Look..Chick Fil A needs another good review from me less than Meg Ryan needs another bad Face Lift.....everyone already knows they do one thing(Chicken) and they do it right...that their stores are spotless...that their customer service is legendary and their employees are the only ones in Fast Food that don't look like they want to kill you and/or themselves when taking your order...all of those positive traits have been talked about ad nauseum, so lets show Chick-Fil-A's greatness in numbers against KFC For Fiscal Year 2013 KFC had 4491 stores open every day of the week...those stores did 4.2 Billion in Sales for an average of 938,000 a store Chick-Fil A with only 1775 stores and only open 6 Days a week had 5 Billion in Sales for an average of 3.2 Million a store.. staggering when you think about it...to quote D-Day in Animal House..'War's over man..Chick-Fil-A dropped the big one" I'm not sure why other fast food chains can't operate like Chick-Fil-A does, because it's clear how the customers feel about this chain..I don't think it's a coincidence that the two best run fast food chains(Chick-Fil-A and In N Out) are both family owned as opposed to being corporately run like most of the nasty fast food operations littering the landscape The only negative about this store is the parking lot is a nightmare ,because it's horribly designed for traffic flow and always packed to the gills...if you get blocked in by the Drive Thru line you may be able to back out by next Tuesday..other than that it's a great store to get your sandwich and nugget fix at..like all Chick-Fil-A's..5 stars read more

Food and service is okay and pretty standard for Chick- Fil-a, which is a cut above the rest. The reason for the bad review is the play area for kids smells absolutely awful. Moldy and musty and like no other play area I have been in. I normally have fond memories of the cleanliness of chick-Fil-a play areas as they normally set the standard. This place smells like a place not safe for kids to play in. I complained to management who indicated that they couldn't smell anything but still sprayed some cleaner and wiped the place down. It didn't help. There is something that seriously needs to be addressed. Likely a mold problem, maybe I'm the ventilation or some other problem. read more

I love Chick-fil-a. My family eats at this restaurant quite frequently. It's conveniently located near our home and they have an indoor playground for children. My biggest complaint is the the wifi here is terrible. Last year they experienced an outage that lasted several weeks. Since their fixed the system, the wifi service has been incredibly slow and almost unusable. The staff is usually really friendly and prompt. I typically only experience issues with new employees, but nothing that is ever serious. Regarding the Chick-fil-a One app. I would recommend that staff put condiments, napkins, straws, etc in the bag before handing it to the customer. It's supposed to be a grab and go service. Also if breakfast items are ordered close to the cut off time, staff should set those items aside for pick up and not offer them to customers going through the drive-thru or in the store. Those are the only issues I have experienced with it so far! read more

I can sum up this place in one word, Leadership. Obviously Chic-Fil-A has awesome food and customer service and I highly doubt that anyone could argue that except in a few rare cases. What I noticed today though was that the owner (Matt) was outside directing traffic in the heat to facilitate customers convenience. This not only negated traffic jams, but it also made the flow in and out of the restaurant easier. That right there shows leadership, but the part that got me is that the owner is the one out there directing traffic. He doesn't have a lower level employee out there directing traffic. He takes it upon himself to go out there so that his people don't have to sweat their butts off. read more

Service is always 11/10. Food has been better recently - more consistent. Always packed at lunch so you know they're doing something right.

This restaurant was very together. Very clean and low pricing. During lunch hours they help people get back to business by going down the line and taking order in the takeout so that when they pulled up all they had to do was pay. This location is conveniently located across the street from my work so I have made may visits here. This is truly one of the most well run fast food establishments I have ever been too. No matter how busy they are, you never seem to have to wait too long and they use their modern technology to help speed up drive thru lines to keep things moving at a great pace.
