Love their spicy chicken sandwiches. When I go this is usually what I get. I don't usually eat fast food, but I do frequent chick-fil-a when I'm at the airport. I like to enjoy a good heavy meal before a flight. These sandwiches keep me full for awhile and are always tasty! They also have some decent breakfast options. I ordered using Yelp Grubhub. When I got the store they charged me and I used my business card. Then I looked up my other credit later and Grubhub/yelp also charged me. I raised a ticket and they said they didn't charge me twice. I replied back that I can provide them pictures of both credit card transactions and no response yet. In the meantime I have paid twice. When I got there, I went to the counter to get my drink. This is what made me mad, she apologized to customer because she had to stop with his order to remake my drink. They are constantly messing up orders and my last experience took the cake. Jamie is one of the managers and I doubt her customer service approaches could've been any worse. My order was completely wrong and she snapped at me as if I'm the one working in the kitchen. I politely called back to avoid leaving a paper trail but was motivated to leave a review after being yelled at by a CFA manager. My entire office heard how Jamie treated me and I WISH I could've captured this moment on video. It takes a lot for me to go out my way and leave a bad review, especially as a business owner myself. I love Chick-fil-A! It's my favorite chicken place. I don't have one in my hometown so I when I travel, I always stop by!

I have had breakfast here a few times and it's always the same thing. Either my chicken or my biscuit are over cooked. And the workers who are hanging out on break or not I don't know, and are sooo loud and annoying. They all talk in Spanish and fight to talk over each other. It's like having a Mexican soap opera. Which is fine if you want to choose to listen to that but not having a choice really messes with your eating. I know this is getting more common at chick-fil-as but I feel like this location takes it to the next level. That being said, the tables were clean and parking is decent. We usually come through to the drive-thru with our dog and everyone says hello and always gives a treat (if still available). Literally just created this account just to leave this review roughly around 11:10 ish during lunch time had great service from outsider people and all around nice place all in general but I am a health inspector from Forth Worth at FW Consumer Heath Division passing by to get food and let me say I very disturbed and disgusted to see how my food was handled when I got to the window the 2 employees that were giving food out were doing well my problem was the window person that kept putting some type of substance on their hands and face and cross contamination bacteria itself with food and touching it then when my food was given my bag was greases up with this substance smelt like Carmax or Bee I think which im allergic too very minor but still irritating and that is food contamination within the allergenic guidelines section so I will be talking to CDC personally to check this place out and was very disappointed on that aspect once again very hopeful next time better service and will definitely have a talk next time with a manger about a lady think her names was Char or Shar idk also indeed Shout out to Josh and Catherine I think for taking my order once again definitely they are the only reason why I would return here read more

Guess what folks? The order cheater struck again today. This time they almost robbed me of a cookie. Good thing I'm on to their tricks. So I went inside to bring it to their attention. I asked them for it and I brought up my missing sandwich. The manager asked my name and pulled out a list filled front and back with names. Really!? That bad huh? He scanned the list and asked who I talked to. I told him it was a lady and I didn't remember her name. He continued to turn his paper looking for my name. At that point I told him "forget it" and to just bring my cookie so that I can go. Obviously this list was new and my name had probably been taken off. Maybe my sandwich was escheated? Should I go to the state and claim it? If I sign up for that "claim your money" scam, will my sandwich be there? Brand-new place and excellent location. Always busy but super fast and friendly service. They even gave away free homemade buttermilk biscuits as I walked in the door. This is a great chick fil a, I've been here at least 8 times now. In the morning around 8:00am the drive thru line takes about a total of 5 minutes to order, pay, and get your food. Even when the line at the drive thru is long it's still a fast moving line. The food is good and the employees are friendly and happy. Great location! read more

Surprisingly there was a short line, and so I was disappointed by the hurry up customer service even though there was no wait. I felt no personal connection from any of the staff members, and was treated like they were just rushing me to place my order, pay and move on so they could make another dollar from the next car. After several negative experience at the Chick fil A off Collins I started coming to this location exclusively. It's a little bit longer drive for me but well worth it! The food is always super fresh, lines move super fast (or there aren't any at all -- even during peak lunch hour), and the staff is genuinely kind, courteous and helpful. This chick fil a was sub standard at best. The dining room set up is inoperable, not enough seats for a group larger than two (we had three in our party) had to put two tables together to fashion a space for just three of us. Right in the middle of the dining room causing quite the obstruction for the traffic flow that was having to go around us, but we did it to the best of our abilities to be out of the way. However there were many booths around the border of the dining area, but SINGLE bodies were taking up the whole booth... there was one man who sat there the entire time just charging his phone. He had clearly finished eating and was not meeting anyone else as he was there before we arrived and well after we ate. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed with the number of patrons that were coming in, and it took forever to simply get an ice cream cone. read more
