They got the market cornered with their chicken breading. You just can't beat their soft, tasty, and amazingly succulent chicken. Breakfast? I love their chicken biscuits and multigrain oatmeal. Lunch/Dinner? If I'm feeling semi-healthy, I get their grilled market salad (I love the strawberries, blueberries, and blue cheese they put in it). If I'm feeling more like a fatty, I splurge and get a chicken strip meal with a chicken noodle soup (substituted for the fries) and an orange juice (substituted for the fountain drink). We placed an order online and when we went to pick up the order she couldn't scan my app because it was placed online. She did not do anything beyond saying cannot be done. The service at this location is exceptional. Well, at least in the lobby - I can't speak for the drive-thru. People come around often to ask if you need anything (and they mean anything - more condiments, silverware, napkins, even your drink refilled), so you can sit and enjoy your lunch without having to get up once. They also have a play area for the kids that's basically soundproof, and there are complimentary mints out on the counter for you to grab on your way out. Great location, great food. read more

One of the nicest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. This is Chick-fil-A's first "green" franchise and it is going for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building certification. One of only a few restaurants in all of Texas to get this designation. The building itself is very nice and the outdoor seating is great. They also have two bike racks! I normally love going to chic fila. This location is horrible, all the food taste as if it has been sitting all day then warmed up. The lemonade was horrible so I returned it to get sprite and that tasted like carbonated water. The floors are filthy and the bathroom was dirty and smelled. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at s chic fila. There seems to be only teenagers working in this location which could be the root of the problem. This location went above and beyond for our cheerleader this past weekend. We were in Ft Worth gor a state wide cheer competition and only had a sma window to get the girls a meal before finals. If I could give no stars I would. I work down the street and 9/10 times my to go order is wrong. I just order the chicken bowl meal and didn't receive the hash browns. This happens way to often. This location needs new management. When I've called in regards to their miss up before they were rude and unhelpful. I don't not recommend this chick fil a. I have never been in the lobby of this location but I have used the drive thru numerous times. The service is always quick (even with a line that stacks up quickly) with pleasant employees. When they take your order they are efficient and quick without making you feel rushed. My orders are always correct and the food never disappoints. I have ate at this location one before and it was a really fast and friendly service. I went to the wrong location for an interview and got mixed up between the Arlington heights location and this one. The employees working the registers were really sweet, but i noticed that a few of their other employees who were sitting around at an empty table and eating i guess were being rude and making fun of my appearance. I do not even know these employees or said anything to them. From the moment i came in to the moment i left that's all i could hear them talk about. Just went through drive up today (8/13/20) at 1:45 pm and our meal was wrong ordered two cokes and only got one. Told them nicely we had ordered two cokes and there were three woman giving out orders. One lady had a yellow vest on one had dark hair college age and one blonde with a ponytail college or high school age. The blonde girl with ponytail was put out I wanted a coke that I had ordered and told me I would have to pay for it and I said no problem and then she handed me the drink and I asked for a straw and if looks could kill I would be dead. Food is always super good and never wrong! Wait time is understandable but honestly the lines go by pretty fast! The only downside that I really see is sometimes people try and cut in line where the workers aren't looking. I work in the area and always go there for lunch! read more

This location is crazy busy! People will drive through to get chicken and then pull over and park wonky so they can stuff their faces with chicken. So watch out for idiots with the chicken crazies. This may be the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. It's dirty-- I keep sliding trying to walk across the floor. The "clean" table is super sticky-- I wiped it down since my toddler tends to dip his food on things, and it picked up so much filth. The chicken is soggy- it tastes like it was cooked in really old grease. On top of that, it took almost 20 minutes to get my order despite being relatively empty for a Thursday night. Ugh! Best bet is to park, walk 25 feet and dine in or get it to go. Chicken minis and the #1 sandwich are your best bets. I have been to this location multiple times before and have been treated with respect. My friend and I went to this location for lunch after class and ordered food separately through the drive through, they were slammed as usual. Because everyone know Chick-fil-A is amazing and always busy. However this locations staff were extremely rude to us today. They scanned my order for the free 8 COUNT GRILLED NUGGETS AND A UNSWEETENED TEA and swiped my card for the tea didn't ask me for sauce then continue to get my friends order and scanned everything rung her up and asked her for her type of sauce. As we pulled forward to the window they gave my friend her order and then said have a great day. I had politely told the cashier that we had another order under Cheyenne (my order of two things.) and she said okay one moment. She then proceeded to ask her manager what do to. Long story short the manager took my card and phone rung me up said it was my fault for giving them the scan code. Which I don't understand how I was in the wrong when they missed my order and it was shown on my friends receipt that we had two separate orders. But I called the restaurant to speak to a manger. A woman answered the phone and said she was sorry for the inconvenience and she would speak to the employees. I love Chick-fil-A and I think so does everyone else at lunch time on a weekday. We were there around 12:45pm today and the lines were long not only inside but out by the drive through too. However Chick-fil-A proved to me that a busy restaurant can have good service too. The whole place is very organized and clean. While visiting this CFA the young lady behind the counter took our order with anything but enthusiasm. Not a smile or even a welcome greeting. My husband and I received our order and the fries had gotten cold while waiting for out strips so I asked the young lady for some fresh fries and explained that these were cold. She took them and came back and told me the manager needed my receipt. That's when I noticed the young lady that took our order didn't give it to me. I told her I didn't have it and she walked away. When she came back she told me that without my receipt she wasn't able to help me. I was less than pleased and the manager came over and replaced the fries but I have never been treated like that in any CFA. I went with my 4 kids right around 11:45a. There was a line about 10 people deep inside the store. Outside the drive thru line was seriously wrapped around the building. If this were any other fast food restaurant it would've been chaos. But the way the customer service handles the rush is amazing. None of the employees were panicked or looked rushed. I'm a loyal Chick-Fil-A customer and I usually go to the one at Westworth but every time i'm bear Montgomery I tend to stop at this location. I'm always happy to go to Chick-Fil-A for their great customer service and how easy it is to order online. Unfortunately I was really disappointed when two weeks ago I placed an order online and chose to the drive-thru pick up which I always chose at this location. When arriving and checking in my order could not be found and I was question is I was at the right location several times and i assured I was. After not finding my order they told me to just continue to the window which I did and when arriving my order was still not found and I was instructed to park on the parking lot until it was ready. After a few minutes I received my order and the employee that brought me my order told me that online pick up was only inside the store in a not so nice tone. Like I said before I have placed online orders MULTIPLE times at this location and picked it up through the drive-thru because that is an option on the app and I have NEVER had a problem and never been told that online pick up is only inside the store. I would understand that mistakes happen, but when blaming the establishment's mistake on the customers is not only petty but disrespectful. Definitely not returning to this location ever again I would have never expected this kind of treatment at Chick-Fil-A a company that is often praise for their amazing customer service. read more
