You would think I would have learned my lesson about going to this chick-fil-a. I placed another mobile order. The order came out correct and the employee who delivered my food was very nice. The quality of the food however was poor. I ordered a small fry, nugget happy meal, 2 Cobb salads and and a milkshake. The fries were absolutely disgusting. There was no way I could eat them. Not even with sauce. They were undercooked and smelled like old grease. I'm very disappointed. Especially since I passed the chick fil a on the pike to come here. Spoiler alert: This location is extremely busy. Lol. There is no Drive thru, so the lines sometimes are out the door. Bonus points for having someone take orders while waiting in line to pay at register. Unfortunately, at times, waiting for drinks/milkshakes takes longer than the time it takes to receive prepared food. Worse Chick-fil-A in Maryland hands down. First of all, I don't like the breakfast chicken biscuit here nor their burritos. It just doesn't taste like the other locations I've tried. I think they're using different ingredients or something. I can't even explain how nasty it is. This location is also beyond dirty. For example: Dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, dirty area to grab napkins and milk for coffee (which is always empty) because the workers here 'hide' free condiments. They need to fire the entire morning staff and hire workers that actually care. Not to mention, the evening staff is rude and never smiles. The best chick Fil a! If you have a family, come Tuesday nights where kids get free kids meal with an adult meal. Love the fact that they offer soup as a side for adults instead of fries. Great playground. Staff is fabulous - always courteous, always on top of things, and keeping an eye on everything! Brian Summers is the owner operator and the staff are a great reflection of him. Day crew is an absolute nightmare. They belong to the breed of youngish employees that think customer service is simply tolerating the customer, and that the kindness should really be from the consumer to the employee. Insanely bad customer service across the board from the manager on duty to the cashier to the angry milkshake lady who has just the most difficult and stressful job in the world, doling out milkshakes. I can't imagine the daily duress she must be under. Night crew is generally pretty awesome, the day crew is a joke. read more

I always love coming to this location. The employees are always nice and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. It is located in the heart of Kentlands shopping center and there is plenty of parking available. During my most recent visit, it was a very busy Saturday afternoon and the line was long. However, they were well prepared and had a few servers taking orders on an iPad while people waited in line. I found it to be efficient and time-saving! By the time I got to the register which only took a few minutes, all I had to do was pay for my meal. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Breakfast is served until 10:30am on a daily basis and the weekends are always packed, but the wait is never long. There are always attendants coming by to check on you; everyone is friendly! This location is always busy but the staff are friendly and helpful often taking your order on an iPad while your in line so when you step up to the counter just give your name and pay. I've been to Chick-Fil-A's everywhere and have always gotten top notch service... that is until I came to this location. I have never received such superb service at any restaurant (not just fast food, any restaurant) than I received at this Chick-Fil-A. I had went to eat with a friend of mine and we got into talking for about an hour. We were done eat but the manager, Ryan, came around to every table asking if people wanted refills and handing out mints. Another hour passed and my friend and I were still there and normally, employees would give you a dirty look if you seem to be overstaying your welcome, but Ryan came back to us once again and gave us a free cup of ice cream, asked us if we needed refills (again), and even offered to throw away our trash (to which we said no). We were so surprised and overwhelmed with how nice he was to us, and everyone else that was dining in. The other employees are extremely kind and very polite as well. When I was ordering food at one time, a rude customer came in demanding a warm batch of chick nuggets because hers were cold and the employee (i wasn't able to get her name) remained calm and switched the nuggets even though the customer was very nasty and mean. A trip to this Chick-Fil-A never disappoints. They really go above and beyond the typical quick service restaurant. The personalized service is amazing. They have someone that goes around to the tables and brings wetnaps and offers to get you refills. Crazy. I feel spoiled here. I was AMAZED by the great service provided by chick-fil-a. My friend and I went to this location for lunch around noon. Our order was provided to us promptly. A employee cleaned a table and seats for us before we could even ask. During our lunch, another employee came around asking if we wanted Mints. Five min. go by and another employee came over to see if we were having a good lunch and if we wanted any refills. As we were headed out, I wanted a refill. An employee who was bagging food at that time saw me and just dropped what he was doing, came right over and refilled my drink. This was best the service experience, I ever had! The customer service here is much better than the one on Research Blvd in Rockville. Def worth the extra drive. Instead of workers standing around doing nothing, these workers actually try to help you. When it gets busy here they send out a guy with a tablet to take your orders. Rockville will have 4 or 5 workers behind the counter doing nothing. Was def nice and refreshing to see a competent Chick-fil-A in the area like I enjoyed in Virginia. read more

I LOVE ALL THE SAUCES! So many sauces ahhhh. The chicken is real chicken. I love seeing the white chicken breast inside rather than processed white mush. Chick-fil-A is a great alternative to traditional fast food places like McD's or Wendy's. The company's ethics might not be the greatest but the food is pretty good for being fast and inexpensive. Excellent food and service; we are here 2-3 times a week now that school is out :-) and with the heat, great place to take a 4 year old mid day. I like the grilled nuggets options for kids meals--it's the only "fast food" I let my son eat. He gets it with the fruit cup and milk. I get the chicken salad sandwich, fresh, creamy with a but of crunch from the celery, on warmly toasted wheat bread. the only thing is that I wish they would put a little more chicken salad in there so it would reach to all edges of the sandwich. Such a bummer to bite into bread and lettuce! I get the soup instead of fries; so hot, creamy and full of chicken! Service is incredible. Long lines aren't so bad when you get to the counter and the service is warm, friendly, prompt, accurate and inviting. Plus, they bring my tray to the table, a HUGE difference since I have a 4 year old and a newborn. They even come by the tables to refill drinks! The owner, Brian, is friendly and really cares about his guests and his staff, who are impeccably trained, and diverse in age and ethnicity, which is important! Only improvement would be with catering. It would be helpful to have someone dedicated to this, managers more knowledgeable, and easier to find info on the website--oh yeah, and ability to order online! This is probably my favorite Chik-fil-a location in the area. The service is stellar and I love their system where they bring the food to you at your table and now with the addition of their phone app called Chik-fil-a One you can even do curbside pick up which is awesome. For fast food the healthier options for Kids foods is pretty awesome and it just feels better than other fast food options. The play area is also a great plus for the kids too. For fast food this is almost as good as it gets. read more

Sure it's the only choice for a quick breakfast in the area, but I'll skip breakfast in the future rather than buy their sub-McD bland, soft chicken or greasy, mild sausage patties. I remember enjoying some Chik-fil-A back in the day, but maybe that was before I developed any standards. We have been here fairly regularly. We got frustrated a number of times when basic items were not made correctly. A week ago half my order was missing and the store had just closed. I contacted the hotline who informed me a report would be sent to the owner Eric. I gave them the order number, my name, and contact info. Eric never contacted me or offered anything in return for the missing food, but they did keep my money. No partial refund... not even a coupon. Awful!!!!!!! We have not been back since. read more

This Chick fil a is getting really worse regarding handling orders. 4/5 of my orders are just sitting on the counter not delivered to my car ( I had to wait 30') until I came in to the store. This morning, I ordered 3 Chick fil a sandwich. I was afraid that they don't bring to my car again so I chose pick up in store. I came in, the ladies asked for my name, she checked, come back ask for my name again, I spelled out my name, she checked again, come back ask for my order again. I showed her the order details in my phone which clearly show her my order number and details but she asked me did you hit "submit the order", how in the world that she asked me that question when she already saw the order detail. And then she asked me again where is your name on the order. This lady needs to be trained how to read the order on Chick fil a app again because clearly she had no clue. read more
