I wanted a large fry and every time I go it's like I got a medium fry. Disappointing especially when I pay $4 and barely get 8 fries.

I don't know what happened here, but every order last year was wrong. Items missing, fruit cup had mold, wrong item in the bag, etc. I don't think it's the workers who are just trying to keep up, but management not being able to adjust to their large influx of customers. read more

This location has definitely stepped up their service from the last few times I've been here. I've finally met the manager and he is certainly lively and friendly! The other staff members are also friendly and will have a conversation with you if you're willing to have one. Food is consistent with all the other locations I've been to, so no big surprises here. There's lots of parking around the parking lot. The a/c inside the building is very comfortable especially on a hot day like today. I am rating this 5 stars because I am SO excited a Chick-fil-A finally opened where I have access to it! I drive back and forth from Tahoe to the bay area and this location is just a couple minutes off of 80 - yay! It opened today and I happened to be driving back up to Tahoe today so I swung by. It was mid-afternoon - well past lunch but no dinner time and it was PACKED! Of course :) I haven't had Chick-fil-A for years. And years. And it was just as I remembered. Love that. Simple chicken sandwich No weird sauces, and yummy crispy chicken. They were still working out the staff kinks - my cashier didn't know the register and forgot my drink. But they literally just opened today and she was super friendly and still fast. Plus they had a Grand Opening staff member with each 2 cashiers. I think he was from the home office because his southern accent was THICK. Nice :) I am happy to have one that is on my way finally!!! read more

Updated review: Food temperature the last 2 times I've been here has been poor. Sandwich and fries were Luke warm at best and cheese was cold, should be melted to some extent. It makes me wonder how safe the chicken is when it's not heated properly. I think I'm gonna stick to driving to the other CFA locations in the area. read more

Ordered via drive through about 5:30. Girl took my order grilled chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and tomato, sauce fries drink. Nothing unusual. Pick up my order drive home. Open my sandwich box to find a sandwich with a small piece of chicken and that's it. Checked the order and confirmed it said lettuce and tomatoes. So how could you possibly screw it up. I have always loved chick-fil-a. Great people great service great food. Today they impressed me even more. I ordered a number one which is original chicken sandwich with pickles. I ask for no pickles and American cheese. Got my food looked at my sandwich no pickles but forgot the cheese I walk up to the counter let them know they didn't put cheese in they told me to keep the sandwich we will get you another. Just went through the drive thru here at Chick-fil-A and Haley a Manager outside working in drive thru with another employee who's name tag stated her name is wade. Both these employees both disrespected their coworker who was waiting for their assistance. Haley began rolling her eyes while their coworker was trying to talk. Both ignored her while she spoke and asked for help. As a manager and a manager of Chick-fil-A (a food business with good reputation) that's not at all how you treat your employees and as a human you do not stare at someone with disgrace and a belittling look the way Haley and wade did. As a Mexican who witnessed another one of my people get treated so poorly and she clearly had to walk it off and brush it off this was not ok with me while Haley and wade got to stand around and laugh about it. I hope Haley and wade both learn that there's no room for treating people with such disrespect and that their customers are always watching and how uncomfortable it makes us to witness while we wait in line for our food. read more

You could never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Every location I been to so far is consistently so good! Wow, so impressed with the customer service I received at this restaurant. First, the person taking our order was so patient as we were unfamiliar with the menu. Didn't even flinch when we had to change a few things on the order. She also asked how my day was going which I appreciate as the service as so many other places have gone downhill. Nowadays, you barely get a hi from a grocery cashier. They actually care about children. The kids meals come with healthy choices such as grilled chicken, fruit, applesauce, and milk. Loved that the choices were either a craft item or a board book for under 3 y/o. They even had a play area, but we didn't have time. The highchairs were all clean and they had a good number of them. Plus each highchair had a plastic table cover that tapes on the tabletop and a sanitizing napkin. Wow, have never experienced that anywhere else. More restaurants should be like that. While we were eating, a worker came to our table several times and asked if we wanted any of our refreshments refilled or if we needed anything. Wow, just wow. So impressed, wish more places were like this. Chicken was juicy, sauces were tasty with a lot of variety, and shakes were high quality. read more

The staff here are ALWAYS pleasant and the restaurant is always clean. I'm not a fast food person so I don't frequent often but this location goes above and beyond. Today my girlfriend and I brought our babies to be treated to the Mother's Day brunch. It was amazing! All the special touches didn't go unnoticed it was such a great way to start the day and be treated on my first Mother's Day weekend. They had face painting, balloon animals, princess belle, gifts, pictures the list goes on it was so special. THANK YOU for making your restaurant community driven. I love Chick-fil-A they just recently added a new version of ordering or you can actually pay when you order with the person at the drive thru. Kind of nice so I'm not fumbling around with my credit card at the window while they're handing me my drink. I don't usually take time for fast food places unless it's extra ordinary on one end of the spectrum or other. We went in honor of the 3 young folks that lost their lives recently as this business, in their families honor donated proceeds for 4 hours to the families to help in the time of need. 1) Lines were out the door-they moved fast. 2) I counted approximately 20-25 cars in the drive through the whole time-they moved fast 3) Food quality never faulted , supplies never depleted(napkins, condiments, straws, etc. 4) Garbage, cleanliness never ran over or faulted even during the extreme crowds! 5) Employees demeanors never faulted, service with a smile...even though I know it was a friend, a co worker or an acquaintance they had lost...this company has amazing young folks working here, who work hard and care. 6) This is a stand up to the occasion company I now admire. I don't do the fast food thing, but hey do it different....they do it right and with real food, hand battered chicken, not flash frozen chicken parts like other fast food chains. I am impressed with everything...as a result we have returned twice since Management/owners please recognize these great young folks who keep your business running and reward their efforts! read more

This was the first Chik Fil A Ive ever been to because I never thought to try it until recently when I started working in the area. The workers are always pleasant and the service is always fast. There can be 2 super long lines but it will go by quickly. I've been going back often for their Cobb salad and delicious creamy salsa! The best salad dressing I've had! I love it. Today, was the first time I decided to get something instead of salad. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it but pickles. It was super dry and just a disappointment because the one time I decided to order something different the order was messed up. I should've taken a look before I drove off but I didn't think to since they're always on their game. Good thing I got a side salad so I just took 2 bites of my spicy chicken and ate the salad. I can't even count the number of times I've headed through the drive through and some part of my order got left out. Generally, I call, they say sorry, then ask me to head back... when I go back, I wait through the drive through line (again!), ask someone at the window to get a manager, who then asks me a few questions, checks my receipt, and gives me what I ordered (what they originally left out) in the first place. No matter what, by the time I'm back home, the rest of the family has eaten...or is not happy because they can't eat. To be sure, this is a problem. Tonight, when they left out part of my order, instead of a heading back to wait, I simply called and asked for a refund...they were happy to do that, as long as I drove back and returned all of the food. Deep breath...I headed back, cold food in hand. At first, the manager was just going to replace the wrap they had forgotten to include, but what about all of the other food I brought back?! I know it's just fast food, but my family and I like to eat dinner together. Fast forward...by the end of my discussion with the manager, I had to ask that they remake the now cold food, had to ask that they please include all the items that they failed to give me the first time, and I was offered a gift card for a free sandwich. Which let me tell you, this is the ONLY time they've actually tried to compensate me for my time. So sweet, I now have a free chicken sandwich, no doubt that when I go to get it they'll forget my fries. Please...if you can't get your orders right, and you demand that people return to your restaurant in order for you to fulfill your original order, the least you can do is say sorry, offer to maybe pay for the item you left off, or offer to toss in a cookie? A milkshake? A fresh side of fries?! Simply giving me what I originally ordered is the absolute bare minimum. The managers I've spoken to talk about their 98(?)% order accuracy rate, but those numbers have got to be skewed. There's no way I just happen to be that 2% every single time I visit. read more

I've been to about 5 different Chick-fil-a restaurants; all are great, but this one is my favorite. 5 star service and food. I've been to this location about 100 times. I love how they have sauces next to the napkins, forks, ketchup packets, etc. This allows you to grab an extra sauce if you need to without contemplating cutting the line to ask for one more sauce packet (though the staff regularly asks you if they can get you anything such as a refill). I recommend the waffle potato fries, Chick-fil-a sauce, and either the chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets are LEGIT; made with actual chicken. Tip: be sure to add sauce to your chicken sandwich because they usually don't put sauce on it. I've heard people complain about how dry it is because they never added any sauce. read more

I had never really been to a Chick-fil-A until this place. I'm from Oregon, that's pretty much why. The other end of Oregon that doesn't have a brand new one (have In-N-Out where I am though, woohoo!). Anyway. The people here are so polite. The girl at the register was new, I think, and she told us it was her first time doing breakfast, and we understood so we took our time with the ordering. The food was all great! My brother in law got some kind of biscuit meal that was supposed to have egg and bacon, but for some reason he got it with just bacon, so he had to go back and tell them that. But they let him keep the biscuit he got, so hey, he got extra bacon! Usually at fast food places they take the original food, which is, honestly, pretty lame. Their regional manager was there doing some work around the place, refilling sugar, trash duty, etc. He was really nice, he spoke to my mom a bit. Apparently he was there to have a meeting with everybody there about what it takes to be a good manager. I found that really cool. Why don't all businesses do that? Because most desperately need it... Anyway. Our meal went on, and I decided to be extra fat and get a cookies and creme milkshake. I thought, hey my whole family is here, I'll get a large so we can share. So I did, and it was around $4, and they brought it out and it seemed really small. I thought, whatever, this is totally worth it cause it's so good. And then, what I'm assuming was one of the managers, comes out holding a much larger milkshake and goes "I'm pretty sure you ordered a large, so here it is. Sorry about that, you can keep that one." Free milkshake! So I gave the smaller one to my brother in law. Super great customer service in this place, and it is kept so clean. You'd think it would be like a local sketchy McDonald's. No way. Will definitely come here that next time I'm going through California! *Almost forgot to mention something, but seeing another Yelper's review of this place reminded me. They have flowers on the tables! Real flowers. They had cute little sunflowers in the vases when I was there. Thought that was a really nice touch. Added a pleasant scent. read more

So this is my first time at Chic Fil A and maybe my expectations were higher because of all of the hype. My sandwich was, meh. Dry, thin bread falling apart, tasteless. I was not impressed and the service was no good at all. I brought up my sandwich and showed them it was dry and they told me, no that is the way they are supposed to be. My bad. I went across the street and got a chicken sandwich for half the price from someone with a smile on their face and it tastes great. Won't be back anytime soon. read more
