Very friendly and professional employees. Everyone is smiling and you can tell the the customer is the first priority. That being said the food is good, but not exceptional for the most part. Their seasonal shake was peach and I could not resist trying one and I was not disappointed! I ordered a small soda as well and left the drive-thru before I realized that they did not give it to me. I could have, should have gone back, but I had used a coupon and was not charged for the soda, so I decided it was more trouble to park and go in to take care of it. also my shake would have melted in the 100 degree weather! Staff is friendly. Food is fantastic and pretty decently priced. Obviously not McDonalds prices but the quality is way up there. Never have had a bad experience at any chick -fila restaurant. Always quick service and they will even give you a free large water if you ask. while some places charge for the cup. they don't. On my review as well they do kind of waiter service. You order but they will bring it you and refill your drinks for you as well. great place! read more

I usually just order the sandwiches but they've been good every time with quality meat and I'm even a little picky on my meat quality too. Drive-thru is typically fairly quick as well; even during high-volume hours which is nice as in this day and age it's cool to not have to wait when you're busy. read more

Went in with an usual request to purchase kids books that come with kids meals. The manager opened the door as I entered and greeted me. Brooke,Taylor and Samantha and 2 other ladies helped me. Sorry I tried to grab as many names as I could. Taylor dug through boxes to get 2 complete sets of books and Brooke rang me up. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I love Chic-fil-a mostly for the food, but also for the service and friendly staff. However, this location has been bad a couple of times now. The service is more like McDonalds and the orders are wrong. Just not near the standards of other stores. Won't go back to this location. read more

As a Chick-Fil-A lover from way back, I was thrilled when this one opened close to my home. They have some good food (top-notch for a drive-thru joint) and always have the BEST customer service. My only gripe? I am a sauce junkie and the last two times I've been here, they've failed me. I asked very specifically for "two Chick-Fil-A Sauces and two Honey Barbecue"... I got two honey mustard and two regular BBQ sauces. When you have a crazy craving for Chick-Fil-A sauce, that's about as bad as getting the sandwich order wrong! I never think to check before I get home, so I have to take partial responsibility here :) All in all, I think they have something for everyone. If you haven't been here before, you should know that the sandwiches come "southern style" with pickles and no condiments. That's the beauty of it, though. You can have your choice of at least a dozen different sauces to slap on your bun or dip your fries. From their signature "Chick-Fil-A" sauce, to the standard Ranch and BBQ... Honey Mustard to Polynesian... I could have the same sandwich every day, a different way, for two weeks! ( I did say I was a sauce junkie, right?) Breakfast is pretty darned good, too. read more

I had an amazing experience here. Not only are the employees friendly, they genuinely seem to care about their guest. I was lucky enough to receive a survey on my receipt where I could receive a free sandwich just by grading the store and describing my experience. The food was great! Once you are seated don't expect to get up until you are ready to leave or have to use the restroom, they will do everything else for you. The store is always super clean, you could eat off the floor, except for really busy times where they may not be able to clean up immediately. Trust me though if you visit here you will not be disappointed. Even fill out one of their dining room surveys by the play area. (There is a picture of the owner of the restaurant and his story) and don't worry about a pen, every team member has one. I strongly recommend this store! Don't forget Chick-Fil-A sauce! read more

Stopped by Chick-fil-A on Douglas Blvd, Granite Bay last night for the first time. This location was doing a fund raiser for local families and I wanted to help out. The shop was packed with people inside(and a line in waiting) as well as cars waiting outside to go through the drive through window. I was amazed how well the flow the personnel took from the time you walked in the door, ordered and the speed to hand you your order. With the amount of people placing orders while I was there I am astonished how well the operation ran. My hats off the Chick-fil-A and thank you for a tasting dinner. read more

I was so surprised at the amazing customer service I received at this place. There were employees walking around opening doors for everyone and getting people refills. They were cleaning garbage off people's tables and they did it with a smile. Such nice people! Honestly, I got better service at this place than I have at actual restaurants. For some reason this particular location seems to not have the great customer service that most of the other locations have. Today was especially poor in the service department. I ordered my food without incident and was the third car in line at the drive through when I got to the window I waited to give my card to the person at the window (she was in the middle of filling an order) she apologized for not greeting me right away, I told her that I didn't feel it was necessary, as per company standards. I received my order and drive home. I ate my breakfast rather quickly while my son took his time. When he got to the second of his four pack of chicken minis there was a long blonde hair wrapped around and inside the chicken mini, he started to pull it out with a grossed out look on his face. I told him he did not need to finish his food and that I would call to get s replacement. I called the phone number on my receipt and the phone rang 9 times before someone answered, I asked to speak with a manager and was then asked what my issue was since they had different managers for different problems. I told her that there was hair in my son's food. She said "eew" and said the manager would be right with me. I waited over 4 minutes for Anthony to come to the phone, he had to "finish something first". Anthony was very lackadaisical about the hair in my food and didn't seem concerned at all about hair being in the food that was served to customers. Anthony's lack of caring only agitated me more. He offered no replacement or apology. I asked for the owner to call me since he was unconcerned and he said that the owner would not have time to call me (even after calling corporate and them telling me that the owner would call me, Anthony was correct about that, the owner did not call). I asked Anthony for the corporate number and was given the standard 1-800 number. Sad to say that this location has been a let down since it opened, the location on Pleasant Grove Blvd has much better customer service and is willing to give sauce out as needed by the customer, but most of all I have not had issues with cleanliness or anything foreign in my food. Re four stars is because the food is pretty decent and the play area for the kids is great. What was really not so great tonight was the girl at the counter. She seemed unable to understand or listen to or accept our order. Had to tell her the same thing 3 times and since she was still repeating it wrong told her again at least 2 other ways. Then she did not give us a straw with our drink so had to stand around the counter and ask someone else who was actually willing to be helpful. As if all that were not enough, got all the way down to near play area with kids and stuff and seated to find the was no fork with the salad. Let me begin by saying I LOVE Chick-fil-a. I grew in Atlanta, GA and so I grew up LOVING Chick-fil-a. That being said, this location is miserable. The service is slow, the employees chat among themselves instead of to the customers, and while they are still unfailing at their "my pleasures", they are rude and often get orders wrong. The food still tastes good, but at this point I'd rather drive the extra distance to go to the Pleasant Grove location, where they are always friendly and personable to their customers. This Granite Bay location needs a major overhaul in my opinion. read more

I don't know what happened at this location in the last month or so but our last couple visits haven't been what you expect at chick fil a. No more "my pleasure" no more asking if you want sauce and when you pull up to the drive thru window the 5+ employees standing around seem annoyed with the customers and each other. We went through the drive thru last night. When we pulled up to the window the repeated the wrong order to us and when we corrected them they even had our order wrong (asked for no pickles, they didn't catch that) so we wait for the sandwiches to be made without pickles. All the while the girls working there are just talking badly about their fellow co workers and keep looking at us as if we are interrupting their night. We finally get our (correct) food and ask for some sauces and ketchup and the girl at the window rolls her eyes so far back into her head it's no surprise she can't see to get anything right! We leave with our order and as I mentioned before, none of the thank you's or my pleasure that you are used to getting from chick fil a. We get home only to find an assortment of random sauces in our bag, only one of which we actually asked for. Food was fine so no complaints there but management really needs to step in and give these employees a reality check on what customer service means, especially if you are going to work at an establishment that (at least used to) takes pride in it. read more

So I finally tried the much hyped chicken sandwich with the funny name after hearing about it for so many years. I had the Deluxe version in a combo with waffle fries. It was just OK. The bun fell apart while I was trying to eat the sandwich, making it a messy endeavor. The fillet was flavorful - I think it would have been better if I'd gotten it closer to the time it came out of the fryer. My wish has come true! Chick-fil-a has opened close to my home! I've been there 2x so far. First we took out a large order. Everything was in our bags and it was hot and delicious when we got it home!!! Next time I eat in with my college aged son. We had breakfast which was awesome. We are new to the area and visited this restaurant and several others in the Greater Sacramento and surrounding areas the past six months and I must say all of them have the absolute BEST customer service EVER!! Went to this location tonight and didn't have the best experience. I walked in and was standing in front of the cash register for 5 minutes before any cashier had even acknowledged my brother and I's existence. We were literally standing there waiting to order as the employees were talking to each other and doing anything but even greeting or looking at us. After waiting 5 minutes, a man came up and asked for a drink refill and the worker quickly refilled his drink and proceeded to ask how his meal was without even acknowledging us once again. Finally others customers show up and went up to the front where we were and immediately the same workers came to take their order. This was a really bizzare experience. It was very slow and there were about 4 people up front so this was no excuse for poor service. we ordered and I ordered a spicy deluxe meal to go and when I got home there were no fries, which I paid for! I am generally a fan of CFAs, but this has been my least favorite in the Sac area. When we dined in the service was slow and it was just so packed and crowded. So I was extra annoyed when the drive thru was even worse! The server taking my order in the drive thru couldn't understand what I wanted (which honestly was not complicated), she seemed annoyed with me, I had to repeat my order 2-3 times because every time she called it back, it was wrong. Then when I got to the window I had to wait 10 minutes with a screaming toddler in the backseat. I don't know HOW a fast food drive thru experience takes 15 minutes, but it did and I will not be going back to this CFA again. The person who gave me my food at the window was not the person who took my order. She seemed like a supervisor - she was very friendly and apologized for the wait, so I think she realized it was getting ridiculous - but seriously, what the heck? I was there before lunch time (like at 1130am) and all we ordered was a salad, a kids meal, 3 chicken sandwiches, and 1 chicken sandwich combo meal. Like I said, nothing complicated! read more
