Roseville, you're up! Kiki's Chicken Place is growing! I did not know that they opened a new location at Eureka Rd in Roseville! I must've been hiding under a rock. They opened early this year (Feb 2022). Came here with my daughter for a quick bite. There were many combination options on the menu so it took us awhile to make a decision. The gal who took our order was helpful seeing how we were a bit confused looking at the busy wall menu. Luckily, we were the only ones inside at the time (around 1:30p) on a Saturday. We decided on Kikis Fries (with Chicken) w/ sweet chili sauce. We shared a large size which was a lot for the both of us. The restaurant had plenty of seating with flat screen TV's. This new roseville location is pretty bad. Every time I have ordered from here it's a mess. This order is the last straw and reason I won't be returning. I ordered 8 chicken tenders tossed in 3 flavors. Mango Habanero, Buffalo, and lemon pepper. I got 8 completely naked plain tenders. They were soaked in oil, flavorless and soggy. I hate to leave a bad review because I'm a kikis fan and all the other locations are great. Just avoid this one. read more

Came here with my boyfriend at 12:30 am last night. As we were waiting for our food these young men went to throw away their food and started to leave. All of the sudden one of the workers, came up to them superrrr angry and said "did you just throw your trash away in that trash can? I know you saw me just change it. Did you throw your trash away there?" And proceeded to rudely tell them to "get out now!" At first I was like oh she must have put a sign up saying "do not throw trash away" but nope, no sign or anything. I'm sitting there like if you saw them go to do it why not say something nicely or put a sign up? Don't falsely report drivers of being late. I was filling a drink for an order, food still on the counter in front of the server, and like the police, she falsely reported me of being late on the app, just because I didn't "confirm" the order when she said to. Let me say first that I love Kiki's. We've always enjoyed our orders no matter the location. This is not about their food but more about advertising. I felt the need to share with others that if you order a chocolate chip waffle, it will be this. The disappointment I had pulling that out of the bag instead of a container with a fresh cooked waffle is hard to explain. I've ordered chicken and waffles here before and those waffles (made in house) are amazing. I thought it would be one of those with chocolate chips added. Well, To start, I ordered chicken with fries. I received a very small portion on my food. Was done eating chicken in 3 bites. The rest was fries. If I wanted potatoes only I would have ate at home. I sipped my soda and it tastes flat with no carbonation. Also, the bathrooms don't have any soap to wash hands so I know the workers don't do that. I had heard so much about this place and finally one opened close to where I live. I had their Kiki's fries and wings, neither disappointed! The sauce mix, the chicken, cheese, and tots are just the perfect combination of a savory and food coma experience. The service was great! The minute I mentioned it was my first time visiting the cashier was very helpful by recommending things in the menu, very helpful recommending portion size, and it was busy but I didn't wait long. Ordered online for a 12:15pm pick up. Arrived at 12:16pm, there was one person ahead of me to order and three people waiting for their orders. The gal at the register said they were still working on our food. At 12:27 my food was finally ready, a little annoying since I ordered at 11:30am and requested 12:15pm pick up especially since i was on my lunch break. I asked for ketchup and they said they only have it for dine in orders. They forgot to put in the sides of ranch I ordered but luckily I checked my bags before I left. The food was great, that's why I'm giving four stars. We ordered the chicken tender combo and which was amazing, I did ask for no onions and it had onions on it but easy enough to pick off. I ordered (through door dash) a chocolate waffle from a place that SERVES full size waffles. What I GOT was a pre packaged biscuit crap waffle! Single packaged plastic garbage ! My hard earned cash.. Came here on 3/10/23 and the young gentleman, Adrian, answered all our questions. As we waited for our food I observed Adrian working super hard. He was busy and on it. With packing orders, changing the soda, wiping tables addressing all the customers who came in, answering the phone. Warning, they don't refund here. I received a wing order with lots of feathers on the wings, I got grossed out by it and only ate one wing. When I told them about the quality of the chicken girl laughed at me and said that how it comes so we can't issues any refunds without the order being wrong in some way. I mentioned that the online ordering doesn't have an option to just do lemon pepper and it required me to pick another flavor which I didn't want and so technically my order was wrong. She said I could call next time to let them know I only want one flavor, which it's kinda of an inconvenience to the consumer placing orders online ? Sounds like they don't issues a lot of refunds here at all, I was very unhappy with my purchase and nothing was done to fix it. Whenever I eat here the staff is always very accommodating and friendly. Times I go here aren't super busy but regardless food doesn't take long and comes out fresh every time. I've door dashed and order in store but I'd say in store is better because it's nice and fresh and the wings are better sauced. I always get the mixed combo so I can get some of everything since the wings and tenders are both great. Kiki's sauce is great (it's a spicy sweet) with sesame seeds + mango habanero wings.
