We've been frequenting this chick-fil-A since it's opening, have wracked up a gazillion points on the app and not once have I felt the need to leave a review until now. Nasty little petite girl at the window today handling our order; black hair and glasses, no smile, no hello, nothing...not a regular chick-Fil-A experience for us. She asked me if I was Kelly (name for my order) and I said yes. She rolled her eyes and then handed me my drink and one bag of food, then turned toward her coworker. Rude behavior toward someone that pays her wages, imo! So after about 30 seconds in a packed drive through, I asked her if there's anything else. She snapped "NO". Sitting there in disbelief that this exchange (that usually happens in McDonalds)happened at my chick-Fil-a is unacceptable. This is how franchisees die. Sad. read more

Staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating - even more so than necessary. I've been going to this chick fil a for 2-3 years and have never had a bad experience. Even if you're not going inside, their drive thru moves incredibly fast, which is great if you're on the go. However, whenever I have time, I always eat inside, as I enjoy the environment. read more

diabetic wife can eat at and not spike her blood sugar. We normally get a fried chicken sandwich a side salad and a diet coke with lemon. The staff at this location have never given us anything but respect as a gay couple. Even when I question if the diet coke is diet or not, I'm paranoid that she will get the wrong drink and get sick. The staff knows us now and just laughs along with me when I ask the question. They walk around the restaurant and offer drink refills to everyone that is still sitting and eating. They are so kind that they even asked our names so that the next time we came in they would say hello by our names. We were made to feel so welcome when we were in this restaurant. read more

I work 3rd shift so I can not come back and get it once I realize that it is not in my bag. Chick-fil-A as a company does an amazing job creating a friendly, wholly customer centric culture, but I have to single out my local one as a cut above. This place is constantly busy, with drive through lines out to the entrance, but they've perfected the method of taking orders with people outside, taking payment, and having your food ready to be handed to you by name and with a smile by the time you reach the window. Insane throughput. I think it took me 3 minutes from order entry to delivery yesterday. Haven't even started to mention the food- amazing sauces compliment signature waffle fries, great sandwiches (buns especially), great crushed ice in delicious teas, and of course their absolutely sinful milkshakes. If you want to get spilt coffee and have to pay more for dry cleaning and car interior cleaning I suggest you go here. The 4 times I've gotten coffee here 2 times the lid has leaked and the other times the lid falls off while putting it in my cup holder. Chick-fil-a needs better cups. One thing you can expect from Chick Fil A is the sunny and polite service. You'll hear employees say, "It's my pleasure." This restaurant is really clean and spacious. There are plenty of tables and booths plus an indoor playground for children. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It gets very busy with the lunch crowd with workers emptying from the neighboring office buildings. The food is well prepared. There is a huge condiments bar with all the Chick Fil A sauces, ketchup, etc. read more

Most Chick Fil A restaurants pride themselves on service to the customer and food quality- but this one really takes the cake! Maybe it's because it's relatively new, but the store is always clean, the staff is always SO courteous, and the food usually comes out looking just as it does on their menu boards. Kudos! read more

I would give them five stars. But, during my last 2 out of 3 visits, I didn't receive the condiments that I've requested and ordered when the curbside employee placed my order, even when it was documented on my receipts. I've reached out to this location both times, and they've remedied the situations immediately. But, I'd advise anyone to check your bags before you leave the drive thru. read more

Jordan was an absolute angel and helped me put together a quick catering order for an office nearby. He was very accommodating and really helped me out with the order. This is a great establishment who obviously invest in great employees who are willing to go above and beyond. This was a small gesture that meant a lot to me and I appreciate the hospitality. This is the fastest and most organized Chick Fil A I have ever been to. During the really busy lunch hour, don't let the long drive-thru line fool you. They have workers who take your order on tablets while your in the line, which makes the process go so much quicker. I have made a dozen of complicated orders with my coworkers and they have yet to mess up a single order. Plus they are so nice and personable, like they really really love their job! read more

I dont know how I would have survived lunch with my four kids, if it werent for Stephanie. Im a nanny of 4 wonderful children aged 1-7 and while theyre very well bahaved, there are still 4 of them and its a challenge to go out with all 4. Steph went above and beyond to help me. It was lunch time on a Friday so the inside was packed, but that didnt stop her from taking time out of her day to help me specifically. She checked on me multiple times, found us a much more convenient table than the only one I found available, offered to watch the youngest in the stroller while I went to round up the other 3 from the playground, and even helped me carry their milkshakes safely through the parking lot to the car. Ive never seen such good service from ANY customer service based store, but especially from a fast food place. I cant thank Stephanie enough for all of the help she was to me while I was brave enough to take 4 little ones out alone. She seemed to gravitate towards helping me, rather than just being willing to help and that completely lifted the burden of feeling guilty for having her take her time to help us. I will forever choose this location over any restaurant, because of her. Im not sure what her job title is currently, but she definitely needs a promotion. I really hope Stephanie gets some sort of recognition for her efforts, even if its only a compliment from the branch manager, because she deserves it. Just tried the New Fish Sandwich...and Im So Disappointed. Not sure why since this location is one of the very best I frequent...My sandwich was cold and fish wasnt flaky sort of flat and dry...i never complain...but I drove 20min just to come here for the 3rd time in the past few days.. working in the area.oh well hope the next one ro try this fish cod sandwich has a better experience...ill be sticking to my regular #2from now on....3stars for service..and cleanliness...fast service.. and very well stocked... read more

In the past, this Chick Fil A was my favorite-- great staff and excellent manager. Unfortunately, there is an Interim Manager, who is making changes that don't appear to be in line with the Chick Fil A mission. Such a shame to cut off relationships with local businesses that had been fostered for years. read more

Personally I've never eaten at a Chick Fil A but my husband and my brother love it. I don't know why I haven't there's really not a reason except I don't eat fast food. Although if I did this would be it! My brother told us that they have the BEST milkshakes. My husband couldn't get the milkshakes off of his mind. After grocery shopping I drove to this location to get him a vanilla milkshake and bring it home. I was pleasantly suprised and very pleased at how polite the girl at the drive through was. I've gotten used to hearing "uh-huh, yep or no problem" as a response to "thank you". She was young and very professional and friendly. She replied "my pleasure" to my "thank you". Which I appreciated. I say bravo to Chick Fil A for hiring such a young lady. Keep up the good work. read more

This Chick fil a has great customer service! You can always expect quick service even with a crowd.

We had a large order to place for a company lunch meeting. When we first called we were told to place the order approx. an hour prior to pick-up. When we called back to place the order, the manager we were transferred to was incredibly rude and told us they would not take our order, instead they would "write it down, but can't guarantee [she'd] still have it." This order is for 20 people, a big order to fill and will take time to get together. This manager was inconvenienced by our call - I thought Chik Fil A was known for their customer service. read more

I could not believe the service we got here when we went. It's a fast food joint and yet the workers were not only fast and accurate with our order during a very busy time (we couldn't even find a parking spot it was so busy), but they are a shining example of what customer service should be. Twice we had employees come to our table to make sure the food tasted okay and ask if we needed refills on our drinks. Not only that, we had someone give us a nice sized sample of their new ice cream treat. When my husband decided to get in line to buy one of these ice creams, I sent him up with my cup to get me a second refill of drink (after an employee had already gotten me one once before.) That same employee walked up to him who was standing in line and offered to get the refill for me and brought it straight to my table (she remembered that he was associated with me and brought it straight to me even though he was still in line). Another employee then came to the table next to us and took their tray of trash to dispose of it. This same table had a child that had gotten a kids meal and already had the toy that came in her box, so the employee went to the back to get her a toy that she hadn't gotten before. The smile on that child's face was priceless! Everybody was very polite and helpful. I had such a good experience here, if I didn't live so far away (we were travelling from Washington DC back home to Pennsylvania) I would go there quite often to show my support. I have to admit, I am a little bit of a snob when it comes to service at restaurants, and their service was sooo good there that I would honestly say it was better than most sit down restaurants with trained servers. Their service would rival that of some higher end ones too! I'm not sure what other Chick Fil A's are like because we don't really have them around where I live, but I have been to them before. But this place is actually quite shocking. They made me feel like they actually appreciated me and my business rather than just seeing me as number like every other fast food chain.
