I wish they still made those fried apple pies. I've been using the smartphone app since it came out. But it has been hit and miss. I'd estimate a quarter of the franchises don't have the order ready. There is a delay and confusion. Here, they had my name and I went through lickety-split. I believe what has happened is better training. The computer program is perfect. The failure is on the human side. It is what they call PEBKAC. With more folks using the app, the staff likely have improved in the workflow.

As a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for several decades, I have never experienced something so appalling and unacceptable. Today, after picking up my child from school, we decided to get some fries from the Chick-fil-A in Hunt Valley. My child loves Chick-fil-A fries, so I ordered two servings. While driving, we started eating the fries. After eating a few pieces, I was hit with an overwhelming, nauseating stench that filled my mouth and throat. Horrified, I immediately pulled over to the shoulder of the highway and spat out the fries. What I found was beyond disgusting - there were fragments of what looked like some shredded material and hair mixed in with the fries. The smell was unbearable and clearly indicated that something was terribly wrong with the food. I shudder to think what would have happened if my child had consumed that! As a parent, it is deeply concerning to know that such a health hazard could have easily harmed my child. I have always trusted Chick-fil-A for their quality and service, but this experience has severely shaken that trust. It's incredibly disappointing and unacceptable to encounter such a serious hygiene issue. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to ensure this never happens again. Food safety and customer health should be a top priority, and incidents like this are simply intolerable. read more

Based on multiple visits over the last few months, I am giving this location 5 stars for their consistent excellent service. The employees greet customers with smiles and are cheerful, outgoing and efficient. Employees are extremely courteous and their answer to customer requests are "my pleasure" accompanied by smiles. If you would like a drink refill, an employee will get it for you and tell you it is their pleasure to do so. This location is bright, appealing and very clean. An older lady and gentleman (both of whom are absolutely delightful) circulate through the restaurant cleaning tables, picking up trays and trash and asking customers if they need anything. A manager/floor supervisor is visible and steps in to help employees/customers as needed. On a recent visit, an employee was having difficulty processing a promotional offer I had and a supervisor immediately recognized there was a problem, and resolved the transaction issue. When I thanked him for his assistance, he said "my pleasure". Definitely recommend this location. Kudos to the management and the employees for creating a positive experience for customers. read more

Worst Ever! You MUST go along with their script. God help should you not give a name. I was told that they WOULD NOT serve me simply because I will not give a name. Doesn't matter that they routinely talk to you as if you were 4. Don't try to have them call you "Sir"... Oh no that gets a "Mr Sir". Should they get your name expect to have them insult you by using your name 10 times in under 4 sentences.... Are they polite? Of course, until you don't follow their rules. Don't give a name? Top tier fast food experience. I was seriously shocked when it first opened and I went inside. It's so clean, employees ask to get you a refill regularly, and everyone is so polite. The best part is that this wasn't a temporary attitude that faded once the place opened/employees got sick of their jobs, etc. I've really never been let down (maybe they forgot to give me dressing or something once, but oh well). read more
