Having to eat gluten free, I always feel safe eating and ordering from here. It's hard to feel that way about any fast food establishment. Chick-fil-A has a decent array of GF options, the most important being the waffle fries! I love those things. They're always overall hot and crisp. Rarely do you get any soggy fries. Almost all the dipping sauces and dressings are gluten free as well, including the barbecue, Polynesian, and Chuck-FIL-A signature sauces. Then there's grilled chicken nuggets, the chicken filet, a gluten free bun, all the salads, fruit cups, the scramble bowls, sausage, bacon, hash brows, yogurt parfait, and that softy-frosty ice cream. I often opt for the grilled nuggets and fries, but if I'm extra hungry I'll do the Cobb or market salad with spicy grilled chicken. And fries! The market salad has lots of fruit in it, a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, and blueberries, plus crumbled blue cheese. I mean it's a really lovely salad, especially for a drive-thru! This location is as friendly and speedy as ever. I still avoid peak times (Saturday, mornings, lunch) because the traffic stresses me, out but if I pass by and it's not too scary I'm definitely stopping for my fountain coke and fries. read more

Why are we paying $25 for a meal for two.... 12count with a large fry and a large drink, then a chicken sandwich meal with Mac and a large drink. Totally outrageous. Especially considering we didn't even get the large fry and got a regular fry instead. Which none of the fries were edible at all anyways. Total waste of money. I thought Chick was doing better in the past years but tbh always trying to fight with the dual lane drive through with other rude customers not taking turns right and also getting un edible food and being charged out the wahzoo.... Being an A Lister of Chick Fil A i want to say I have NEVER gave a bad review on this establishment until today. I was very disappointed on eating at this Chick Fil A, the staff was very rude, no smiles, no warm greeting, and kept on rushing and closing my order (i had to make 3 purchase). I am not sure what happen, but the Friendly, Professional and welcoming attitude was NOT here at all. One of the staff told my son who was standing next to me while I was ordering to "move out of the way" of his lane so he can attend to someone else. He had no smile in his face at all, very unprofessional and rude. The food was okay, our fries was slightly burnt and was NOT impressed with the BBQ Bacon Chicken sandwich. Honestly, I cant believe I am saying this, but I was disappointed on this visit. I am not sure if someone from corporate or even management will read this review but I welcome a call back or even email back so that I can explain more in detail about my visit. Sadly we would not be coming back to this location again, because the warm greetings, smiling faces and friendliness that the company stand for is not here. read more

I don't know if the blue shirt ladies are manager or supervisor... but they do know how to interact with customer... Worst chick-fil-a I've ever encountered. The employees they have working here seem more like employees McDonald's would hire. Today I went to the mall with my mom,sister,and newborn baby. I'm strictly breastfeeding so I'm limited to what I can eat so Chick-fil-a is the only fast food I can eat and feel comfortable feeding my baby back. My sister and I were in line while my mom was at the side waiting for us to finish ordering. The cashier ( Dacoda) yelled at us that she was open, we were not ready and there was no one behind us to let them go before us. So I ask her what kids menus there is and she said " it's right there in front of you can't you see". Keep in mind I just became a mom I'm not familiar with the kids menu. So I try to brush it off and not let her ruin my day or my milk production. So I proceed and try to put in my order and she rudely cuts me off and says "is that it?!" And I said "no I still have another order to this one" and she said " *exhales annoyed* okay go ahead" and I said I want the spicy deluxe but with the regular chicken. She said "what you mean is the #1 not two. Is this it now ?" And she just kept cutting me off. I hand her a $100 and she said "we don't have change for this" and I said that's all I have and she said "well i won't be able to put your order. By that point I was done with her and her manager came by and she tried to calm me down and she kindly still gave me what we had ordered which as I knew ended up being completely wrong because that young lady was not listening to my order, was rude and cutting me off every chance she got, and had a face and attitude like she hates her job. First of all if she does not want to work there she should not. She has no right to ruin everyone else's day. She needs to be fired and hired at McDonald's because to me that's not Chick-Fil-A standards. Every other one I've been to has always been so pleasant and I actually leave feeling even happier. But for management to be okay with having her there and not addressing her attitude towards paying customers is a complete disrespect to us. Not only did I not get what I ordered but we ended up leaving because she ruined our day and I had to go home and "pump and dump" Because I'm not about to feed my child angry milk. Didn't acknowledge me at the register and just kept doing whatever she was doing(mind you this is at opening when it is not busy at all and I was the only one there). Not even an "I'll be right with you." So I moved over to the next register to a guy who was nice and had more Chic-fil-a style. Chick Fil A is one of my favorite fast food places! Food is always great, fresh, and the service is quick! I wouldn't recommend working at this Chick Fil A inside the Northeast mall because the owner is disrespectful and has anger problems and doesn't know how to properly communicate with his employees and takes it out on his employees!! Just waited 10 min for a coke, no one in line in front of me. I did however get to listen to a 10 minute conversation that the manager was having with a friend about her car while I waited. and she knew I was standing there waiting.
