I decided to pick the egg white breakfast sandwich which is there version on the egg mcmuffin but with a small piece of grilled chicken breast. Overall I felt that the sandwich was ok but my main issue was the presentation, yes I know this is fast food but the sandwich looked like it was thrown together by a 2nd grader. My co worker comes here to get his lunch fix on, and it gets super crowded during summer hours with families so stay away at peak lunch hours in summer if you don't want to risk a line. Let me start with we love Chick-fil-A, just not this one. Ordered drive through and was asked to park up front for the rest of my order. 15 mins later no food so asked a worker who took my receipt back into store. Manager B. W. came out and said they gave my order to the wrong person and that it's happened a couple times. I asked for my receipt back as I wanted to conduct the survey. Halfway back to restaurant I heard B.W. make a comment about not being so rude. I had not been rude, I was clearly upset about waiting so long. Apparently saying I would conduct the survey is being rude to B.W. So I exited my car and asked her what she had just said. She was initially confrontational about defending her comment but I think it slowly dawned on her that her comment and current attitude were not appropriate. She eventually agreed it was not appropriate and she did apologize half heartedly. After years of going to Chick-fil-A I have never exp anything like this. Its been the exact opposite with excellent and super friendly customer service. I contacted Chick-fil-A corporate which sent a form email saying it was passed on to the franchisee who send a basic form email. Unfortunately, after years of going to this location, my husband and I have experienced the worst of customer experience. Last week we ordered our food through drive thru and the order was completely wrong. Although I saved my receipt to address it, we decided it was an outlier and so we'd let it go. Today, exactly a week later, in good conscience, my husband went through again, asked them to double check our order, they said they did, when he got home, it was wrong once again. At this point, I decided to call customer care and let them know this happened TWICE in a row a week apart. Of course they said "leadership" would take care of it. Wanting to not over complicate things, I offered a solution, to just send over my breakfast but they said they couldn't do that just yet because it needed to be "discussed". So, I called the store, spoke to the manager and let them know as well. I shared that the easiest way to reconcile this would just to send over my breakfast. They shared that they do not have that capability?! I was taken back! In the day and age of sophisticated service and delivery, that's very difficult to understand! With their connection to food delivery services and such, this could not be done?!I know it feels like i was asking them to go above and beyond, but just wanted to give a solution that would hopefully satisfy me and ease their need to have to process the issue. Drive through Line was super long and no one was outside at the line to get order, they usually do but today was so slow i was waited 20 min to get my order from drive through i almost fell a sleep so i asked the cashier, guy name, ADAM that "why line is so slow today?" and he said very rudely "WE ARE ALWAYS BUSY!!" Just placed and got my order in the drive-thru. The place is extremely busy with cars lining up through the store parking lot and into the main driveway. There were 2 lines for taking orders and multiple order takers per line. That was truly well organized. Otherwise, somehow my order got phenomenally messed up in order taking. I wanted 1 side salad & 2 dressings (apple cider vinaigrette + avocado lime ranch [up charge]). I got 2 side salads with the same dressing (avocado lime ranch, NO apple cider vinaigrette). The grilled chicken nuggets somehow did NOT get into the order. At least my husband's Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich was done correctly and no pickles were added (despite jokes from the order taker about adding pickles anyways - not appreciated). I got a plethora of dipping sauces, but not how/what I'd requested. Thought I'd ordered only 2 mac & cheese, got 3. The order taker did NOT review the order with me. Given how busy this store is, I'll probably NOT RETURN. Regardless how busy it is, I still expect accurate order taking. Not impressed. Just went through the drive thru and specifically asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. It even says it on the actual sticker on the wrapper. But when I opened it up, it still had cheese. Luckily I hadn't totally driven away. I had parked to eat in my car. I almost just threw it away and moved on but I couldn't fathom spending over $10 for two sandwiches but only being able to eat one. So I walked inside and asked for a new one. Unfortunately, my kid was hurt by older kids 7-9 years old whom one of them jumped on him unintentionally and got him hurt. This place is always clean and the food is great. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich. It has just enough spice to make you take a drink to cool your mouth. Well I have been trying to avoid this review, but it's impossible not to be disappointed or upset once again with Chick-fil-A service. I believe each Chick-fil-A is owned by a different owner however our issues have been with Chick-fil-A in Irvine off of Irvine Blvd., and Chick-fil-A in Tustin at The Market Place. Both places can't get the drinks right, and that's funny because it should be the easiest thing to get right. Today at the Irvine Blvd. location it was another fun event to get our food and drinks. Besides ordering food, and receiving it cold we ordered two iced teas and a cold brew all with extra ice. Super simple....And as usual, they got it all wrong. I usually have to go back in to get the drinks fixed...(they must run out of cups with all their mistakes) No ice, the drinks were wrong and the cold brew tasted awful. I should have checked the drinks before driving away. I know better with Chick-fil-A and before this Covid shit, Chick-fil-A was awesome.
