The fries and sandwiches were really good, but they got our order wrong. I ordered the spicy deluxe, while husband got the chicken sandwich with added lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. We specifically asked for no pickles in the chicken sandwich. We got the burgers and I gave my husband the one that said "no pickles" but low and behold there were pickles. He said the chicken was spicy too. Mine wasn't spicy at all, and there were no pickles. We also ordered a vanilla coffee but I have no idea what they gave me because it definitely wasn't coffee. Looked like coffee, but tasted nothing like it. Not even like watered down coffee. Very disappointed. Glad my husband wasn't allergic to pickles otherwise it would have been dangerous. I love Chick fil a. The spicy chicken sandwich is so yummy and in my opinion they have the best lemonade. The frosted lemonade is just wonderful and perfect on a hot day. Wanting a healthier option? Their salads are great and customizable. Their grilled chicken sandwich is also pretty darn good. This is a pretty Chick-fil-a location. The service is usually pretty good. The lines can get long around lunchtime during the week and the food is usually hot. I have had a few issues like charging me for the wrong order or receiving the wrong order(these were on separate visits). They have also run out of lemonade in the middle day and just told me that they didn't have time to make more. The employees are always friendly, just as they are at other locations. It's tough to give any Chic Fil A a low rating, but this location has gone down in customer service. We got charged $2 for a cup of plain soda water (carbonated water). We have never been charged that at ANY other location. Also, the staff did not seem friendly as usual at Chic Fil A's. Cashier was a bit rude when I asked about the extra charge for water. Wow this Chick-fil-A has THE FASTEST Drive-thru on the East Coast!!! Lol Went here today during lunch hours which is usually a no-no for Chick-fil-A but this was the closest quick drive-thru place I could get to. I was tired and wanted to go home! I saw the line as I was pulling up but got in it anyway. I didn't have time to pick up my phone and check for missed calls, texts or emails because this line was moving too fast!! Not complaining...but praising! They had multiple attendants outside taking orders AND payment at the same time, then another person giving you ur receipt and confirming your order, and at the window where you pick up ur food, it appeared to be the manager handing out the food!!! They have somewhat of the same concept at the Chick-fil-A back in the D.C. area but not to this extent and you still have to wait awhile. So KUDOS to the management here and to the employees!!! I usually have the best experience with chick fil a restaurants but at this location two days in a row I have had something not be right with my order. Two days ago as I ordered breakfast at the drive-through I told the girl I wanted egg and cheese biscuit with no meat but she entered and I was charged for a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and when it was corrected at the window all they did was take the chicken off of the sandwich because I could still taste the chicken. I'm still not sure the charge has been corrected my bank account but it's only been two days. Today while ordering breakfast at the drive-through it wasn't a huge issue but I told them with my meal I needed a Chick-fil-A sauce and the gentleman in the drive-through did in fact put that on my receipt but the people at the window gave me ketchup. Typically this would not matter but when you love a dipping sauce at Chick-fil-A as much as some people then this is a huge disappointment to open your bag and find that you have no Chick-fil-A sauce. Regardless I will go back but I am surprised that they are not reading back the orders after they are taking them to make sure this does not happen. read more

Sooooo... it's chick-fil-a, is there anything else to say?? I don't know if I have been to a chick-fil-a that didn't deserve five stars. The only downside about this location is it can be hard to get in and out of sometimes. Oh yeah, and I usually drive by it on Sundays, start craving it, and then get side when I realize it's Sunday and they are closed. This is the location closest to my so I visit it most often. The entire staff is friendly and if you are lucky you'll get a "bless you" or "have a wonderful day" on your visit. Did I mention the food is good?? Always hot and fresh! It amazes me how many cars they move through the drive through on a regular basis. The merged drive through format helps but I think people forget about all those boh employees dropping fries and building sandwiches. They are the real MVPs!! So we all know that Chick-fil-A is awesome but I just discovered a whole 'nother level! Admittedly this was not my own discovery, my sister made the recommendation but dayum my eyes have been opened. Here's what you need to know - my sister is the fit one. She runs...because she wants to, not because she is being chased! I, on the other hand, am not that person. Ok so sis and I are together and we go thru the drive thru...they are always crowded. Good news is that they are fast and efficient and always pleasant so it's not that bad. Anyhow, I order a 12 piece nugget combo (sister: why don't you get grilled? Um, no, that's why) with a water and...a small superfood salad (ok sister, no fries). That salad though. It has kale, broccolini, dried sour cherries and roasted nuts tossed in a maple vinaigrette dressing. Delicious. I absolutely adore this salad. Made me want to dedicate my life to greens. The guy who took my order not only over charged me but gave me a completely different order which I did not realize till I had already drove to park away from the drive thru-if you for some reason come here don't leave until you've double checked your items. After going inside to get a refund for the additional charges and get the order I wanted the bag they gave me was wet on the bottom which I discovered as soon as I walked outside and everything fell out the bottom of it. I go inside to get my order replaced and finally get back to my car to eat and after taking a sip of my sprite it is literally just seltzer water or atleast that's what it tasted like. This one of our favorite CFA locations in Jax. Consistently awesome service, consistently awesome food. We stop in for breakfast almost every time we go out of town to let our preschooler burn off some energy before a long car ride. The inside play area is perfect for our 3 year old - it's worn some, but it's clean. Our breakfasts are always fresh and hot. Employees are always super pleasant and regularly check on guests to see if anyone needs anything. This location has a double drive-thru, which is nice at lunch time because it's always packed. Located on Southside Blvd along the perimeter of The Avenues mall, this place does the business. They recently closed for 2 months to remodel the business. Never did it dawn on anyone to redesign the drive thru traffic which forces you to pull in the main entrance and do a complete lap around the building to "enter." Ever drive around your house before pulling in the garage? NO! It's stupid! So they use a mickey mouse orange cone system to create lanes. The spacing was wide, the drive thru lines were empty so I took my shot and cut into the lanes. I was quickly scolded by a 16yr old drive thru worker telling me NOT to do that because its a safety issue. Lets see, I arrived with no safety issue and Ive been driving without an at fault accident for twice as long as you've been gracing our planet. Do me a favor and STFU and take my order. This is the closest Chikfila to our house. They always have great service & delicious food. I love that they host children nights, so if it's pouring or chilly outside -- my son can still get out some energy in the play area, which they keep pretty clean and sanitary. You can expect your typical Chick-fil-a food and service at this location but you should also expect a parking lot full of people who cannot navigate the crowded drive thru at lunch time (or anytime between about 10:30am and 7pm). In the mornings there is typical a line of cars but not so many that you can't exit the parking lot to leave. Any time I've tried to stop in at lunch (there are very few quick, drive thru options this close to my office), I find myself trapped at some point in the experience. The staff knows how to move cars but people have a tendency to block in others despite all of the signage. Usually at lunch time they've got employees out with ipads taking orders down the line, which is nice (as long as you have an idea of what you want). I do like their newly updated grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets but 9 times out of 10, I'll only stop here for breakfast because it's just not worth the madness. read more
