I was out running errands with my 6 year old when she asked if we could pick up lunch here. I had so many stops to make and was running out of time so we decided to grab something from the drive thru. When we arrived there were lines wrapped around the business and some cars were even waiting in the neighboring Starbucks parking lot trying to get in line. I thought for sure we would be in line forever and I would be late for my next appointment. I should have known better. Customer service at Chick Fil A is always top notch. The employees directed and worked those lines like the pros that they are and every single employee I dealt with had a smile and friendly demeanor. Despite the length of the line we were in and out in less than 5 minutes! One of the directors took our order. It was nice to see management out there working with the other employees and taking orders as well. Every business should be trained in customer service and kindness by the person or people responsible for training Chick Fil A employees. They do an amazing job. Product & Service at this location is always top notch! They have the best customer service of any fast foods restaurant that we routinely go to. On this particular visit, our food came out a bit slow (my husband & I both had time to use the restroom, get condiments, etc). After we received our food, an associate immediately apologized for the delay & gave us a complimentary card for a free breakfast item on our next visit. This was amazing since we had not even complained about our wait time. ~10 minutes later, one of the managers (who'd previously rang us up) stopped by our table to see if she could get us refills or more condiments. Chicken filet really knows how to give great customer service. They should share their employee customer service training techniques with other businesses! read more

Chick-Fil-A is theee best when it comes to fast food. Always great service. Nothing beats their drive thru. Anyone can agree with this. Breakfast, however, is a different story. Whether you order ahead with an app or you hop in a short line, it takes awhile to get your order. Today was a disappointment. I feel like I have to order 20 minutes ahead of time from now on. The paltry 3.5 stars is deplorable. This location is by far my favorite in Jacksonville. The staff is always professional and courteous. One time I had to wait about 10 minutes for a cfa one order and the manager profusely apologized, gave me free hash browns and 3 cards for free sandwiches. I drove in to order a Cobb salad with no bacon or tomatos. When I parked to eat, I realized they took all the toppings but salad and chicken out. I was so mad because I fasted for over 16 hours and I was ready to EAT!!!! They were slammed so I didn't want to wait all over again, so I called, DEBBIE, was soooo Pleasant!! Did not make me feel bad for calling in, she told me to come back and park out front, she asked me if she could grab me a drink or anything else for the mishap, I was delighted but declined the offer. She came out a few mins later with a fresh Cobb salad with no bacon or Toms. So so happy! Also I got to keep the other salad cause ya know "covid" so when I got home an hour later I put it in the fridge and then ate it before bed. There is no doubt about it, this is my only choice of fast food restaurants. From the moment you arrive you are greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. The employees are so pleasant and sweet. The food is always fresh and hot. There is never a wait. The store and the parking lot is always clean. I've never had a bad experience there. My favorite item is the spicy chicken sandwich. It's got a kick to it that I can't pass up. But the nuggets, the tenders, the salads, the wraps..... All of them are great. And they have waffle fries. Yummy. For breakfast, try the minis. read more

This is the third time in a row I have gotten completely soggy fries from this location. The coke is water they can't even check to realize it's out... the line is always unorganized and out of order. You'll wait 10 minutes to have someone pull right in front of you and get their food in two minutes. Went here for lunch as I had a gift card I wanted to use up. My go to order is their Number 1 option; the chicken sandwich combo. As with every Chick-Fil-A experience, I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and the tastiness of my order. Their fries were not as salty as usual and I really enjoyed that. Unfortunately, I have to only give four stars as the layout of the parking lot and drive-thru is comparatively smaller than other Chick-Fil-A parking lots. That led to a minor traffic buildup on the turning lane which led to a minor traffic buildup in the parking lot area. Unfortunately, Atlantic Blvd. is a busy road in Jacksonville and it is a thing to put up with. Needless to say, the staff managing the food drive-thru order placements were efficient and were very pleasant. If you come here, perhaps try to come before or after the lunch rush. I tend to make that mistake...a place to grow for 2019! read more

Big fan of Chick-fil-A! I've been to the one at Atlantic and Joeandy/Hodges at all times of day as I live right up the road, and the staff are always on top of their game. The location gets incredibly busy, and mistakes are made, but I've never had requests for correction met with anything but a smile and a quick fix. Pretty frustrated. I've been going to this chickfila for over 4 years. A minimum of 4 times a week! I'm a huge supporter. However lately I'm getting slower service & not the same quality. I love grilled chicken fingers. I do not like the grilled nuggets. They are different chicken. Today they refused to make the grilled fingers. I've been eating them for 4 years at this lovation. We ordered the nuggets just bc we had no choice and the chicken just doesn't taste quality. Also I ordered a split tea & again pulled away to find out it was unsweet tea. Not sure why customer service is dropping off at this location but it's disappointing bc I've spent a lot of money here. read more

This is THE premiere Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville. Of course, it is also my local CFA, but the bias means nothing when you see how great this place is. The staff is extremely friendly, and remembered me by name after just a few visits through the drive thru. I often have our dog Penny with me, and she is always greeted just as fantastically, usually with a treat in hand. They were one of the first, if not the first, CFA in the area to go to the CFA One system, and it was a flawless transition (at least from the customer's side). I have been an A-List member for a few years, and my account transferred over easily into the CFA One account. They were also one of the first that I noticed in the area to place their employees outside for peak hours in the drive thru. This makes the drive thru experience much smoother and eases the traffic backup that happens often at CFA. Did I mention how friendly they are? I know this is a CFA staple, but these guys seem to really enjoy their job. I have also never once been disappointed in the quality of the food, and the one time I accidentally ordered a Medium Sweet Tea instead of Large, they quickly changed it out for me at no charge. They WILL go the extra mile to make the customer happy, and that goes a long way for me. I cannot say enough good things about this location, and I would dare anyone to find a better CFA in Jacksonville. read more

Once every few months I get fast food and this is the only place I get it from. I'm not big on writing reviews, however, this location really deserves it! Yesterday I went through the drive thru and placed a few orders as we just got back from our trip to California. My debit card didn't go through and we figured it was for security reasons with traveling. The lady at the drive thru went above and beyond by telling me that my order will be on them and not to worry about it. This by far was the best customer service I have ever experienced. She went out of her way to please a customer who will for sure be back. I couldn't except the offer without going back to get cash and pay them for my meals even though she insisted not to worry about it. It was just knowing how much they cared about pleasing their customers that meant the most to us! Amazing workers and food! read more

While the people who work in the restaurant were nice, this was by far the dirtiest CFA I have ever been to in Florida. The kids play area was filthy. It looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in a month at least. The glass all around the restaurant was dirty. The vases on the table had grease and dust stuck to them. We do frequent the Southside location and sometimes SJTC and Beach and haven't really noticed the same issues. We normally order the grilled nuggets. They came out in a gross smelling juice and had a weird flavor. Disappointing. I won't be back to this one. I hate to bash any CFA because we generally have a good experience there, but this one needs to step up their game to match the other locations. read more
