Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant chain. Apparently, a lot of people must agree with me since this particular location was actually too crowded to get inside. There wasn't a single open parking space even after taking a couple of turns around the parking lot. From what I could see from outside - the inside seating area was literally packed. No matter where you go, Chick-Fil-A is always busy at lunchtime. We parked at a nearby gas station and walked over, because the drive-thru was packed and the parking lot was packed, but we weren't about to cross the street to one of those competitors. The line inside was long too, however, they were efficient and things went smoothly. There are two businesses in this country that know how to handle long lines ... Chick-Fil-A and DisneyWorld. The food is always fresh, the customer service is outstanding, if you go at a busy hour they'll accommodate the crowd by coming to you (drive-through) They adjusted well during the pandemic by offering meal kits, signing on with delivery services, curb side service taking care to practice the recommended hygiene guidelines. read more

My family was extremely disappointed with our experience here. We stopped by for dinner. I recognize that it was a Friday night, but the wait time was excruciating and far longer than anything I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant, much less Chick-Fil-A. The redeeming factor was that the food tasted good (though our order was not filled correctly). I should have learned from our mistake the first time but added on an ice cream as we were leaving. As there was no line, I expected a short wait time but ended up leaving without my order after approximately 30 minutes. Although some employees were hard at work, others were socializing instead of helping their colleagues. I took my mother here yesterday for lunch. I could not believe how disgusting the dining room was. We literally could not find a clean table. The floor was covered in trash. Employees were walking around and talking. No one was taking the initiative to clean up. I went to the counter to get mayonnaise. They were out! How do you run out of mayonnaise when you sell chicken sandwiches. I'm not sure if they're under new management or not, but this is the worst the restaurant has looked in years. This was a refreshing stop on our journey. It was conveniently located next to the highway. The food was hot, the smiles were welcoming and though they were serving many customers in both the dinning area and drive through. The staff worked very efficiently without compromising on hospitality. The dinning area was spacious and hosted a variety of guests, including an organization that was in the midst of a meeting. In the drive through they had multiple associates, with Ipads taking pre-orders to move patrons through quickly. We appreciated that this venue even had shaded parking spots designated for New and Expectant mothers close to the entrance. Service is horrible and the Female manager is rude. We placed our order in drive thru, a server brought us our meals minus our drinks, stated food was prepared faster than drinks. 13 minutes later we were still waiting in a VIP spot for our drinks. Went to window and was told they were out of tea and had to brew new tea, we would have to wait..... spoke with rude manager. I wanted my money back.... Got $ for drinks back leaving us stuck with cold soggy food.... It seems every time they open in store dining they aren't capable of handling the drive thru... extremely disappointed read more

It's always busy being right off the interstate, glad that they set up comes and direct traffic. Sometimes it gets so busy it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the caos. I tried the new app today, they advertised a free card with 2 rewards if you did so. Got home no card, didn't feel like driving back. Using the app my food was ready when I walked in which was nice. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Tables and surroundings are clean and welcoming. I love that they have themed nights through out the month. We are traveling north to NJ from Tampa. We've been on the road for almost four hours without a break. I notice that instead of having to settle for breakfast at McDonald's, we had the opportunity to enjoy Chik-fil-a. The good: clean bathrooms, hospitable cashier, well lit, cold flavored creamers - hazelnut and French vanilla The bad: 1. Slow for the drive through - at least 15 car line at 7:10am and wait of more than three min per car (guesstimate) 2. Awful coffee. Grounds floating around in it. The six mix-flavored creamers did NOTHING to salvage the taste of the actual coffee. Size? Small. It was not palatable. When mentioned to the cashier, "Yeah, a lot of people don't like our coffee. It's too strong..." We were not expecting more than a flavorful cup of Folger's. If McDonald's can have a good cup of Joe then why not here? 3. The #2 breakfast meal? Was a "#2". Why? The biscuits were raw, incompletely cooked in two of two orders. While my batch of nuggets were good, when my friend went in to complain and show them her uneaten order, the second batch was worse. Now, the nuggets were too salty. The staff were kind enough to refund her the money and replaced our chicken mini biscuit order free of charge. But these were inedible as the biscuits were less cooked. I routinely eat Chik-fil-a at the Philly airport before or after my flights for work, at my local Egg Harbor Township location and just about wherever I travel if handy. I know what is reasonable to expect. This my friends was such that we wished we'd taken the route of a sit down at Waffle House or Huddle House. A better use of our time and sat down instead of trying to get back to the road as quickly as possible. This with three kids under 11 in tow. read more

This was the worst chick-fil-a experience i have ever had. They almost let us leave without half of our food, once we got down the road and started eating, we realized they forgot our ranch and our ice cream. We are on a trip so turning around wasn't an option. Very unorganized. read more

Visited on a Friday evening and was extremely busy. Had plenty of staff so customers orders were taken with little waiting. Staff took her time with my order to ensure it was correct. Thank goodness for Chick-Fil-A. They are the only fast food place that is consistently clean and that has hot, great tasting food, no matter where you go. This Chick-Fil-A is right off of i95. I found it using the maps feature on my iPhone while driving down to Florida with the family. (Thank goodness for technology.) Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was great. Compared to 99% of the McDonalds off i95 (and even most of the ones no where near i95) this place is a gift from God. I subtracted one star because my spicy chicken sandwich looked like they needed to change the grease it was cooked in. The coating was a bit darker than it should have been. Fast food with chicken..... I'm not a fan of fast food restaurants so maybe I should add a star for those who are. Seriously, I needed to eat on the road, near I-95. I've never had a meal at Chick-Fil-A so decided it was a good time to try it. We arrived at 12:30 and the place was very crowded. The drive-up window had a line of cars and almost every table was taken inside. I ordered a chicken sandwich with american cheese and bottle of water. My husband got the same thing with waffle fries. The cashiers were very friendly and pleasant. Everything was very tasty and I could see why people return here. For my taste, the chicken was too salty, and I though my husband's fries were undercooked. But this is fast food for the masses and I know that some people like the saltier flavors and fast food. I did see some ladies eating a big beautiful salad. Once again, I ordered the wrong thing. I should have had the salad instead. If you like fast food and chicken, this place was clean and very popular, which is always a good sign. Hope that helps! read more
