Yeah... So the food was excellent as always... But what blew me out of the waters, was their restroom: i took my daughter to the restroom to change her, and they had a basket full of diapers (dif sizes) and baby wipes. Also, next to the sink, they had a mouthwash dispenser w small cups... Seriously, who else has that?!?!?! They went out of their way to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. I'm sorry but I love Chick Fil A. It is a horrible thing, because I live in Chicago and we do not have them. On our way to Cincinnati, Oh for my friends wedding(there are chick fil as there and we were planning on going) I spied a billboard that told me to go to exit 172. and to turn(on some street) I didn't really pay attention. But I did scare my boyfriend cause I yelled and pointed at the billboard and he was driving and thought something bad was happening. But don't' worry we made it to Chick Fil A in one piece and got to have the yumminess that is Chick Fil A. They also have a new sauce, which not very imaginatively named is Chick Fil A sauce, but it was really good and I my new favorite. read more

I am not a fast food connoisseur, I'm lukewarm about fried chicken, and I don't follow the hype, but CFA impressed me. Most fast food restaurants (or maybe restaurants in general) treat you like they couldn't care less if you lived or died. Seriously, if you went to the counter and said, "I'd like a burger, and I think I'm having a heart attack," they'd probably pick the change out of your wallet as you spasm on the floor. CFA is different. This CFA location happened to have free diapers in the women's bathroom in different sizes, very interesting and family friendly. The server was friendly and patient when I asked about their menu, and went around asking people if they wanted a refill (yes, he actually would have refilled it for them). I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with the Polynesian, buffalo, and Chik-Fil-A sauce and waffle fries, and it was good. The chicken was hot and moist, and I liked the variety of sauces. Their chicken nuggets are actually....nuggets of chicken breast, yum. Overrated? I'm not sure what people expect from a fast food place but it's fresh hot chicken with kindly service and a variety of tasty condiments, and that's enough to make a fan out of me. read more

Always a decent choice for fast food with friendly service. The cashier even complimented my shirt. They are always gracious and pleasant - which is a nice change from the surly attitudes found at a lot of fast food places (not that I blame them....it's a tough job and pays peanuts, but still you expect at least a smile and some concern for customer service). Bonus points: this location has an indoor play area. It's perfect for letting the kids blow off some steam and energy after a busy day of running errands. It does smell a little bit - all those shoeless sweaty little feet! The rest of the restaurant is pretty clean, so I just do my best to imagine that the play area is too. read more

This location may be difficult to find for someone unfamiliar with the area. The restauarant is NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM STATE ROAD 26. You have to use an access road that is at the light next to Logan's Roadhouse, then you have to turn left and go behind Logan's Roadhouse to get to Chick-fil-A. Regardless of this little incovenience, people seem to find this place. It's always busy, but the service is the usual excellence and the chicken sandwich is the usual awesome. read more

Oh, Chick Fil A. Growing up in California, I didn't know how glorious you were. Now, I crave your spicy chicken sandwiches and diet lemonade on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my cravings typically happen on Sundays... when they're closed. I finally made it there again for lunch today, though--a Wednesday--and wasn't disappointed. This is really one of the best fast food restaurants in the area. From my experience, the quality is better and you get more for your money. Today my wife, kids, and I went to the new Chick-fil-a location in Lafayette. Typically this is one of our favorite restaurants, however since they made the new location there are 2 food lanes, and we ended up missing some fairly key parts to our order. Our 4 drinks came with no straws and each of our orders (all nuggets) came with no sauces. According to our receipt we should have received 9. On top of that the nuggets we received we subpar to say the best. Burnt on the outside and somewhat dry. Normally not a big deal, but with no sauce, it's not the greatest. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service, and a lot of consistency to their food! Whenever I don't know what to eat, I know the obvious choice is this place. The staff is very cordial, and if you eat in they also do what they can to make the experience nicer. You almost feel like you ought to tip them, to be perfectly honest. I normally use the drive-thru, but I figured that was worth mentioning. They also have fresh cut flowers at every table, and even though I don't have kids, a LOT of advertised events for families. This Chick Fil A had better customer service than a lot of sit-down restaurants in Chicago. I found they were extremely accommodating with all of my requested to edit the salad I ordered and someone came over part of the way through the meal to see if everything was okay. They also cleared the table for us. If I'm passing through, I'll definitely stop by again--this place definitely sets a standard for other fast food places to live up to. read more

Hands down the best service of any restaurant in town. I eat here at least once a week. I've now starting using the mobile app. No complaints there either. I like the fact that the owner is there first hand helping customers. She has helped me several times. Anytime I eat in the restaurant they address me by name, asked to refill my drink at my table and even take the trash away when I'm finished. All the other restaurants need to take a page from their book. I've never had bad food here either. With the location so close to I-65 it is always packed during lunch. I would recommend downloading the app and ordering your food that way. Very easy transaction and I've never waited more than a couple mins from the time I walk in the store. THIS FRANCHISEE, CREW GET IT! Chick-fil-A here in Lafayette is one of the best fast-food restaurants I've seen in recent years... and in my job, I'm in and out of restaurants all day every day. The front-line staff here is always attentive, the food is always high-quality and the dining room is always spotless. I love it when I see a team pulling together... and that's what Chick-fil-A has in this franchise. It reminds me of when I started out in fast food years ago. We all focused on quality, service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I don't see that at a lot of fast food franchises these days. But when its there, they deserve our patronage and compliments. It had been 15 years since I was last able to eat at a Chick-fil-A. The last time was during a visit to St. Louis. I live in the Chicago area, and we will finally get a few Chick-fil-A locations later this year. I decided to stop by this location on the way back from a visit to Indianapolis. It was about 5:30 local time on a Friday, so there were people in the restaurant, but it wasn't full. The location looks newer and was quite clean. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich combo and a pack of nuggets. I wanted to see if the sandwich, waffle fries, and nuggets were as good as I remembered. They were. Service was excellent. The staff here is so polite. My order was up almost immediately, so they are speedy too. After I finished my meal, one of the employees was cleaning the dining area and offered to take my tray. It's so nice when someone offers to do that for you at a fast-food restaurant. I also noticed staff checking on diners and asking if they would like a refill on their drinks. All fast-food restaurants should be this nice. I then went back to the counter and placed a huge order - 6 chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of fries, and an order of nuggets. I was taking some back home. The fellow at the register said it would take about a minute, as if it would be inconvenient for me. Worry not, Chick-fil-A! A minute is nothing, compared with other fast food places. I just ate some fries and a sandwich, reheated in my microwave after being kept in the fridge overnight. Not as good as when you get it fresh from the counter, but still great. I hope the Chicago-area Chick-fil-As will take after the Lafayette restaurant in terms of cleanliness and politeness of staff. read more

Stopped here on our way down to TN cause my daughters are fans of the place. I'll never trust my daughters to make a lunch choice again. The soup & salad deal $9 was measly. I had a small serving of salad with tons of cheese. Puaj! My husband opted for a full salad and his was also scant and although he said the chicken on the salad tasted good, the leaves weren't fresh. maybe the problem was not ordering a chicken sandwich and expecting salads to taste well. My Complaint here is the small serving size of the salads. McDonald's does a better job. But.... The kids behind the counter were sweet and the location was clean. I absolutely love Chick Fil A. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite and I love getting their nuggets with the Chick Fil A sauce. Not only do they have great food but a great staff with customer service as priority. I can understand that sometimes it takes longer than usual for the meal to be ready and on several occasions, they offered me a free Chick Fil A sandwich coupon because I had to wait for 5 minutes! As an Indiana University student, I'm the first one ready to shit on anything from West Lafayette, but I am not joking when I say they have the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I was on a trip from Bloomington to Chicago when my friends and I decided to stop for a quick lunch. As we pull up to the Chick-Fil-A, the parking lot is almost completely full and the drive through is busy, so as you can imagine, we were hesitant, but given Chick-Fil-A's reputation for quick service, we decided to take a chance and go in to eat. We walk in, the restaurant is thoroughly decorated for the halloween season, the place is busy no doubt yet there is no line at the register. I am greeted by a cheerful young woman (I'm guessing probably a high school student), and within SECONDS of ordering my food, it is brought right to me. My other two friends both experienced the same situation, one getting their food before they even sat down. The food was warm, fresh, and most importantly, we were out of there in less than 20 minutes. Every aspect of this establishment's setup was clearly catered to the customer's comfort. The workers, old and young, not only were great with customers but they were also great with each other. Something about the interactions between everyone in this Chick-Fil-A made me step back and remember the importance of relationships when they are built on respect and genuine care for one another. read more
