We went through an empty drive thru but still had to wait 15 minutes. They told us to pull forward and turn our hazards on. At 12 min I went inside and I explained I was waiting on my order and the guy acted clueless. I explained it to me but the manager through a sandwich after checking it and stormed to the back. Then she came back and told the clueless guy to walk the order (mine) to the car. She was also dealing with another complaint. I told him it was mine but he wouldn't listen. I showed my receipt and he still didn't believe me and asked me if "that" was my car... the ONLY car in the parking lot. He said he had to confirm. Isn't that why you show receipts? No apology for the wait. The bread was under baked and the chicken overcooked. HQ should check this place. I know this is unusual for Chik-fil-a but obviously this restaurant is poorly managed.

Drove to the drive thru and placed my order. Deluxe Chicken w Pepper Jack and Fries w/o Salt. My order was INCORRECT

Market Salad was definitely a few days old

This was the nastiest looking salad I have ever seen. Had to be a few days old. Blue cheese had fuzz growing out of it. Fruit was all mushy. Lettuce was all brown

    Fly in my cup

Absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in rancid oil and there was a fly in my drink that I only discovered after I'd drank the whole thing and took the lid off to eat the ice.

My baby shake...they don't sell large anymore

I really don't know what is happening with Chick-fil-A but today's experience was quite numbing. I placed an order through the drive-through. As usual the drive-through was packed but that's to be expected. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a couple of weeks but I used to go there all the time so I know the level of service that I'm used to receiving which is why today's review kind of breaks my heart a little bit because the service I received was lackluster to say the least. When I got to the window to pick up my food there were five people working the window, which was a surprise to me because it's usually 2. When they handed me my large shake, which I have ordered numerous times in the past, what I got was a baby shake. When I told them that I requested a large, the guy says "we only have one size now."When I asked does your price reflect that, he looked at me as if he didn't understand what I was asking. I said does your price show the difference in the size of the cup, to which he replied "no". I sat waiting for my three piece chicken strip which was spent for the next 10 minutes listening to the five people working the window discussing what their plans are for the weekend. To hear some of the things that I heard, was very annoying due to the fact that I'm not there to hear what you're going to do for the weekend, I'm there to purchase food. After 10 minutes of annoying banter between the employees, I was told that my chicken strips weren't ready yet and I had to pull to the front of the building to wait. When I pull to the front of the building there was a person ahead of me who was also waiting for food but they wouldn't pull into a parking space they were blocking the drive-through which meant that I could not pull up. This rating is not based on the food because I have ALWAYS had fresh, hot and delicious food from chick fila every single time, this is simply about the level of service, which seems to be plummeting. I don't know what they call themselves doing having all of the excess workers outside to take your order, five people behind the window at the drive-through but at the end of all of that if I wind up being charged full price for a small cup and waiting for food that I should not have taken as long as it took to receive and most of all not having to hear peoples personal conversations while they're supposed to be working...it just seems to me that the changes aren't really helping the outcome. I love Chick-fil-A's food so I will continue to patronize but how often I do has been decided by what happened today.

So I ordered a medium Mac and cheese. Think someone ate 1/2 before I got it. Would have returned it but was already home.

I love their Mac and cheese but this is a little ridiculous. I ordered a medium and like half the container was empty. If they want all my money for this then give me a full container. I swear I paid for a medium but this could fill a small. Just wrong.

Your average Chick-fil-A. Good customer service and the same quality of food you'd expect.

God is great but the staff is green and overwhelmed. Today, Saturday at 2 pm waited 38 minutes in drive-in to order and get food

So now, yesterday my husband and I went through the drive thru and got a Frosted Key Lime shake along with a peach shake.

I love love love sushi and they had such an incredible fresh and yummy collection to choose from. They also have THE BEST HUSHPUPPIES I've ever had! I didn't think I'd be raving about a simple hush puppy but damn they're fire. The man who I assume is the owner was so incredibly kind. The service was fantastic and the space was so comfortable and decked out in decore. My fiance got a bento box meal and it came with so much food for an amazing price. We've been back multiple times and ordered on DoorDash multiple times. They're so good and such a friendly neighborhood staple. If you haven't visited them please do!!!

The restaurant is spacious and there is plenty of seating. The menu is varied. There are many things on the menu. It might have been better with less choices. You feel a bit overwhelmed. I don't remember what I ordered but the hush puppies are delicious. I will be back for more of those. The food was tasty and plentiful. This is , however, that charges for everything. Corn and potatoes are extra, and all sorts of items you get extra elsewhere, make you pay here. I need to go back and give this place another try. I don't think one visit is enough to adequately judge.

The ambiance is pretty bare bones but they definitely advertise their political stance and I appreciate that because I like to support like minded places and people. They also had signage up that was super informative and helpful for certain situations one might run into in this current environment. The kitchen is super open and the service was friendly. They offer a variety of sandwiches, sides, soups, Italian sodas, and even catering. I went with the Classic sandwich: roast chicken, turkey, bacon, Colby, green leaf lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, and avocado spread on toasted whole grain. I did have them swap the whole grain for sourdough because I'm a sourdough junkie. They were totally accommodating. The sandwich was delicious. The deli meat was high quality and had a great flavor. The veggies were fresh. The sandwich stacked. Highly recommend. They have a bunch of sides like potato, pasta, and even green salads, plus Mac and cheese, but I went with the tomato soup. The tomato soup is housemade with white wine and aromatics and topped with a dill crème fraische. The soup was so good that I would have happily eaten a giant vat of it and would have been satisfied. This will probably be the side I order for life. Although they do have a daily soup so that may have to be tried in the future. Definitely stop in and check them out!
