Really disappointed in the service here this morning. I did a mobile thru order, which is supposed to get you in and out faster. The regular drive through line was moving fast, but it took me almost 30 mins to make it through the line to get my mobile order. No wonder they are offering bonus points to use the service, it's slower than just ordering as usual. read more

They got the food wrong on my daughters order, had to wait forever for a drink refill, just wish they would put a drink machine, I hate to stand and wait. The store is clean, but the staff we dealt with while ordering (Hannah and Tyler), came across grumpy, something you never see at Chick-Fil-A. The food was acceptable, other than my sandwich was made into almost a grilled cheese, when i ordered a cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle sandwich, and didn't ask for it to be grilled. But we were in a hurry so i didn't bother going through the trouble to try in ask them to fix it. And the fries were not fresh, a little on the greasy side. I recommend going to the Trussville Chalkville-Mountain Rd location instead for much better service. read more

Now I am a Chick-Fil-A fan. I choose them over any other place to eat any time or day. I am a red member with them because of how much I have ordered. The mobile app makes it so much easier to get your order right and quickly. It saves your favorite locations, meals and etc. I love the updated app. Today I ordered Grilled Nuggets and a small Chicken Noodle soup. The Nuggets were juicy and fresh. I didn't even need any sauce for them. Now on the other hand this is the second time I have ordered Chicken Noodle soup and there is absolutely NO chicken what so ever. There has never been a time where i have had a bad experience with customer at Chick-fil-A. They always have a smile on their face and the wait time is always short. Now on the flip side of this awesome review,their portions are very small. I mean their chicken nuggets are literally the size of a tic-tac. One person could eat a platter and not feel guilty at all! Their waffle fries are puffy so you only get like 3 to 5 in a box lol! So if you are trying to cut back and eat less, this is the place to go. I will never understand how they remodeled and redesigned this location and the service got so much worst. If you have anywhere within the hour to be then do not go to this location. The mobile line takes at least 30-45 minutes to get through. The drive thru in person order line usually moves quicker. I have never seen a Chick-Fil-A that is this bad at service. We went here a lot when Trussville was under construction, it's a nice place, nice staff, always hot , and if they mess up ( and they did once) they make it right with a free food next time. My kids love the kid's meals, play ground as usual. The chicken sandwich and chicken salad are fresh and crispy as usual. I love the Larry Earnest. He is such a nice man. He noticed that our drinks are empty and offered us refills. He also offered us a to go bag for my chicken salad. My husband just complained that he had to go back in the long line just to get a bag. Hands down this is the nicest chick fil a. I have to get breakfast for meetings anywhere between 3-5 days a week EARLY & they always welcome me when I walk in with smiling faces. Never complain. The pell city location is miserable, they never greet you, food is never ready on time, they look at you in disgust when you walk in, etc. From someone who worked at chick fil a for 4 years I know how stressful it can be, and they never let that show. The pros: The staff is always friendly and courteous and the food is consistently tasty. The cons: Depending on the time of day, there is occasionally trash on the floor and dirty tables. Also, when ordering from the drive through, the French fries are always about half full. This location keeps with the high standards for food quality and remains consistent with Chik-fil-a values.
