Love this chain of chicken restaurants! This location is in the Kohl's shopping center just off of Route 10. Set up to accommodate a lot of Drive Thru traffic with two lanes to order and a queueing area the length of the parking lot! I have tried the drive thru many times and the wait times have reduced as the newness of the location has worn off... but the queue is long enough to show healthy business. Food is typical quality for the chain which is really good. Lots of hype about Popeyes chicken sandwich but the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich here is really good, especially if you add some Buffalo Sauce! The cross cut fries are tasty, crisp outside and fluffy inside. Finished with a cookies and cream shake which was really good, topped with whipped cream, and od course a cherry. Nicely blended Oreos in the vanilla ice cream. Four stars for sure! read more

Take out from this Chick Fil A location was our go to once a week for dinner. The last few months this location has gone downhill. We have repeatedly received orders made incorrectly where we are charged for ingredients but the restaurant staff failed to include them. They also add ingredients that aren't requested and don't come standard on their grilled chicken deluxe like pickles. When we called the restaurant to resolve the repeated mistakes, no one answers during normal business hours and there is a message that says their voicemail is full. We contacted corporate to resolve the poor service and repeated issues and the rep couldn't care less. Their resolution is they will issue a free menu item and then issue a promotion to your account for an item of lesser value. When asked for a refund they say they can't do that and it has to be done by the restaurant location, which you can't reach. We have stopped going here as a result. We still love Chick Fil A but this location isn't worth the hassle. read more

Super friendly staff! Just came back from the drive-thru. Second day they're open. Posted a pic of the menu they handed us. Currently, they have 2 lines for the drive-thru with about 6 employees walking around taking orders on tablets/verifying orders/printing receipts. At the pick up area, there are another 3-4 employees getting orders to the cars & handing out coupons. Staff answered my question re: difference between deluxe & regular sandwich. Regular just has the chicken in a burger bun with pickles. Deluxe has cheese, lettuce, & tomatoes as well. Ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with upgraded drink to the peach milkshake (seasonal & not on the printed menu). Peach milkshake has little bits of peach in it & is topped off with whipped cream plus a maraschino cherry. Waffle fries were great! Chicken was moist & tender with a nice kick. BF ordered a grill chicken sandwich meal. He received a breaded chicken cutlet in his sandwich instead. Took one star off since he was disappointed. read more

Chick-fil-A!! This is a fairly new location and there's not really any other around this area. So, if you come here, expect to wait in the drive thru, inside, and maybe even for your mobile orders. So far, I've done a mobile order and an in-person order. Luckily, both experiences were quick for the order to be ready. I went on a Saturday during a non-peak time (3-4pm) and it was still busy. There was a line but it was moving. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, 8pc nuggets, and of course, the waffle fries. Ask for the chick-fil-a sauce! As it is new, this location has an up to date interior, it's clean and hopefully it stays that way as time goes on! I wonder if the lines will ever go down? Visted there on 5/21/2022. Between my daughter and I we spent over $70.00. The receipt stated that if I filled out a survey, I would receive a free sandwich. I normally spend about $100 per month at this location. Within a few hours of eating, I completed the online survey, and it was submitted. In the last two weeks I have called three times to their corporate customer service being told each time they were going to escalate my complaint, So far nothing. I called the store yesterday and left my phone number and explained my situation. Again zippo. I guess they are not concerned about losing my twice weekly visits nor the $100 per month I spend there. It's very hard to order in the drive thru when the truck next to you is super loud. The woman taking the order was super understanding as I asked her constantly to repeat herself. They got our whole order correct, except for the drink. I wanted unsweetened iced tea and received sweetened. No big deal as my husband gladly drank it. Take advantage of the App or call ahead service. They'll have your order ready properly and (usually) on time without the wait. That being said, the line inside is long and the drive-up line is insane. It's not quite as bad as when it first opened, but it's still quite the scene. I am a huge fan of their spicy chicken sandwich! I love Chick-fil-A, but I was super disappointed with my first experience at this location. I went after work, around 6:30 pm on a Monday, figuring the line wouldn't be crazy and it wasn't. My order was promptly taken and everything was good up until I was handed my food. I ordered a 12-piece nugget meal with fruit cup and Coke Zero mixed with lemonade. They got the order right, but the nuggets and fruit cup were thrown haphazardly in the bag. The fruit cup leaked, soaked the bag and made a hole in it. The fruit cup itself seemed old. There were mushy, grainy apples and soggy strawberries and blueberries in it. There was white stuff on the orange pieces. Just off. The nuggets seemed old, too. The were dry and hard, like they had been sitting there too. I also got 11 pieces and a crumb that they apparently counted as a piece. I know it's just one nugget, but when I am paying for something, I expect to get what I paid for. They are new so hopefully, they get better with time and experience. UPDATE: I stand by my review. I have been to several Chick-fil-A, and the service at this location is the worst ever. The employees stand around talking to each other instead of assisting customers. My favorite fast food place. Finally made it there for a late breakfast today after two previously aborted attempts due to lines winding around the parking lot. The #1 is great. There's a separate breakfast menu so the #1 is chicken on a biscuit. The biscuit gas a buttery flavor and the chicken was breaded and juicy. Comes with hash browns which were extra crispy. This is the second time this place messes up my salad order. This time they didn't give me my dressing or my salad additions. In addition my the salad was only chicken and cheese- when I ordered the southwest chicken salad. So when I thought it didn't get any worse, I go to drink my drink and my whole cup just collapse. Always good fresh food. I have never been in as the line is usually way to long. All my visits are with the drive thru and the service is always good and I have never had an issue with my order. The line is usually very very long at lunch time and you can easily have over 10 cars in front of you, my wait time is about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru but it is organized and you can see the wait is long so if you choose to wait its worth it. What's not to love about chick-fil-a The usual great chicken sandwiches as you'd expect with service for a fast food restaurant that beats any fast food restaurant service in the area. This is the only chick-fil-a within probably a 20 mile radius, everyone flocks here, so the lines are always long. I have never been to Chick-fil-A before but with an area and was hungry. I went to the drive-thru which was extremely busy but looked like it was moving. I have never seen a fast food restaurant that has people standing outside taking your order with a tablet. Then there's someone right past them outside again under an umbrella accepting your payment. Then when you go get your food there's people outside the pickup window walking you your food. The process did take a bit as they were quite busy. There's always a ridiculous line out the wazoo here. Do yourself a favor. Download off the app (and accumulate points) and avoid the line by doing a curb side pick up. It's substantially faster and let's be real, we all need some exercise during this quarantine. There are two pick up lines though- the left is for app orders and the right is just for door dash. There's not always an attendant there to let you know if you're on the right line. Unfortunately after a ten minute drive home, my fries were cold so I wasn't too pleased. A few weeks ago, while en route from The Poconos back to NYC, we stopped by for lunch. Technically, we drove up since the dining room was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. On this day, it was raining out and there were two lines of vehicle at the drive thru, each at least 10 cars deep. Normally, that would be reason enough to avoid a restaurant, but having been to many a C-F-A drive thru in the south, I know they are typically very efficient and so the wait would not be as long as one would expect. This time was no different. There were at least 4 staffers on foot outside, taking orders. When we approached the ordering area, we drove into a large tent which largely protected the staffers who were outside. Despite that, in order to further expedite orders, a couple of the staffers wore "mini plastic booths" and stepped out from under the tent when needed, to take orders from vehicles that hadn't made it up to the tented area just yet. The whole experience was efficient and pretty quick considering the lines. Once the food was ready, they walked the orders to your vehicle before you exited the drive thru area. Our order was spot on and beautifully prepared. Well assembled, hot & fresh, and tasty. No qualms with this experience and would gladly return if in the area again! read more

DO NOT FEAR THE LINE. My 9 mouth pregnant wife and I came opening week and saw the line outside to the end of the restaurant's sidewalk. We felt that it ewas going to take very long to wait. Great news was they are so Efficient and Professional. We got in to order or food in only a short 13 minutes and re got a chance to sit in the comfortable dining room. Our food was brought over in 3 minutes. They so good. They take pride in what they do and really care for toy to have a world class experience. We both got 4 piece chicken strips meal with waffle fries of course and peach milkshakes with huge chicks of real peaches. So good! They were juicy and crispy, the chicken breast was a good size. The sandwich I had today was awful. The chicken breast was dry, thin, and smaller than the bun. I've been to this location a number of times and the quality seems to be getting worse every time I go. At this point, I will not be going to this location anymore. read more
