I ordered deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with large fries and got sandwich with just chicken and in fries pack just left overs and filled with sauce packs not fries, we checked after coming home. It's what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Not a Michelin star restaurant but definitely one of the premier fast food outlets. Good food and excellent service. This chain really nailed customer service as the pandemic unfolded and that extra attention on efficiency has continued. Had the standard original Chick -fil-A sandwich and subbed the Kale crunch for fries. Tasty, did the trick. This location is very popular so no tables when I arrived. I couldn't wait to try this place because I've never been to a Chic-fil-a before and I guess I had high expectations because of all my friends hyping up the place. It's ok. It's just chicken. There's really nothing special about it. Before I go further may I just ask, why is it possible to buy ONE chicken strip. WHO is going to go out of his or her way to go here and say to him/herself "man, I'm really feeling like one singular chicken strip today."? No. Just, no. Anyway on to an actual review, I was pleasantly surprised with the design of the place. It really looks nice. The sit down area looks pretty comfortable too. The staff is nice and pleasant but the way I saw it, there were too many people behind the counter that it got confusing for them and some people forgot that there were still take-out orders to complete. I suppose everyone was focused on the drive-thru? Not sure. I came at around 11:30 so I expected it to be busy and expected a longer wait time for my order but I was standing there for a good 10 minutes before I even got my food and it was really not that big of an order- 3 strips and a side of fries. Now I know there are people before me who may have had larger orders and that's correct, but if there are that many people working behind the counter I feel it should have been faster than that. I wouldn't know from experience but maybe if there were less people it would be less of a mess and people could work at a steadier pace. According to what I overheard too between staff and customers the app that you can order from seems to be finicky so maybe don't order it that way for now, just a heads up. Personally the chicken to me wasn't great because I like a crispy outside, I am assuming this place is going for a fried chicken style with the strips but the outside was a little soggy. Not a fan but if that doesn't bother you the actual chicken part was pretty good. I must say too, the buffalo sauce is very tasty. It's not the spiciest, but It's a great compliment to the chicken. I might not be back myself unless it's to try the other sauces that look good. (I'll order a single chicken strip to try them all too.) I do suggest giving this place a try if you haven't been to one before though, hopefully these bumps will be smoothed out along the way. read more

Chick-fil-a is delicious, always. I am originally from Atlanta so it always holds a special place in my heart (and stomach)- I'm living in Parsippany for the summer and was SO excited to see that it just happened to coincide with this location's opening! I've visited twice - once at 9am on Saturday morning & was able to get through the drive thru in about 15 minutes, and today around 6pm where the line of cars stretched across the entire parking lot and almost to the road. I went inside and the line was literally out the door. From the time I arrived to when I received my food was ~25-30 minutes. Since it's still fairly new it's understandable that they're still working through some operational issues, but this location is not set up to currently handle the amount of traffic it's getting - there's hardly anywhere to stand and wait and the atmosphere seemed pretty hectic/stressed. Hoping it continues to improve or I'll have to be more strategic about when I visit! read more

The drive thru consistently always forgets something on my order without fail. No spoon or tortilla strips for the chicken tortilla soup. In the past they have forgotten straws,nuggets or fries and large portions of my order. Cmon guys be better pay attention. I have started just doing the mobile order pick up inside and thats been fine but today the drive thru was empty. This is not fast food, it's fabulous food. I could live here. The chicken sandwiches are juicy, not fatty. Breading is not too thick and seasoned well but not overly done. The waffle fries taste like actual potatoes. The toppings are fresh and the cheeses taste like real cheese. The chicken nuggets are quality, the salads...I could go on and on. Peach shake, frozen coffee, lemonades. You just can't go wrong and that is precisely why you will face a wait when you get to the restaurant. There have been lines every day since opening but people are smiling because the food is that good. Very confused as to why my fries from here never have salt on them. Every other Chick-fil-A I go to puts salt on the fries but this one doesn't? Besides that I've had issues on a few occasions with food being very stale later at night (after 8pm or so). Chick fil a is by far the best fast food place in the area by a long shot. I really enjoy the food there and I strongly recommend that you get the chick fil a sauce if you go there. The only problem is the wait. It just opened a couple weeks ago and is always very crowded. People love their chick fil a, and without having one within 40 min of the area before this one, it draws in a huge crowd. The service here is excellent. Everyone is very kind and frequently asks if they can help you with anything or get you a refill. Any complaint of long lines or cold food (which I've never experienced) are because of the amount of people coming to eat and not the fault of the service. It is already great, but after the initial hype dies down, Chick fil a is an amazing dining option. read more

Chick Fil A is not new to me. I grew up on a PA and there was one in Plymouth Meeting Mall, Plus they have them in Baltimore where my son went to college. ... I have had it a million x. I finally went to this location in Morris Plains and waiting in that ridiculous line and picked up lunch for myself and coworkers who have never had it. First, the chicken was literally half the size of EVERY SINGLE other location I have been to in over 25 yrs. The fries were a complete mess of mush. Look I get that you are super busy, and for that reason, probably removing the fries before they are finished cooking to a crisp product, but you are not reducing your prices for mediocre product, so get it together people. So I normally don't rant about anything however just had my first experience with Chick-fil-A and for all of you that swear that this is the best fast food on earth I think your lack in tastebuds and now question your life decisions LOL It was by far the worst fast food I've ever eaten. McDonald's is terrible and I would go to McDonald's before going back there again. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which came with waffle fries and I got a sweet tea as my drink. The chicken sandwich is served on mushy bread just like mc donalds,It seemed to only have pickles on it. I didn't see any lettuce or tomato that's the only garnish? The breaded fried chicken was not crispy nor flavorful just kind of blah the waffle fries were also not crispy not soggy but somewhere in the middle and then to top it off the sweet tea was served to me in a Styrofoam container and apparently not enough ice was put in it because it was still warm by the time I got from the window. I really don't eat a lot of fast food but needless to say I'll never go back there again. I think Wendy's does a much better job with better ingredients and better flavored options. My time at chick fil a was absolutely wonderful. When you walked in you saw young minds hard at work. Personally one of my favorite employees was the sauce boss and a nice young man named jarred. Both of these boys were so eager to help me and get my order taken. They had very good pickle placement on my sandwich and it was delectable. The sauce boss is especially good at saucing sauces around the establishment. Keep up the good work fellas I will be back for more! read more
