I don't eat here often, but when I do it's always such a pleasant experience. I'm not picky about customer service. Unlike most of the award winning food critics that write on yelp. If the food is good I don't care about customer service. I'm not there to make a new friend. If an employee is in a bad mood or even rude. I just think, " I guess that's how they want to live their life." But I do notice when the service is outstanding, and the employees at Chick-fil-A are always great. I had a special request today and instead of the cashier rolling her eyes and saying "I guess we can, I really didn't feel like hitting this button until 11:00." She was happy to accommodate. And the food is very tasty and always hot. Actually I burned my lip one time on one of their sandwiches. Maybe I should change it to one star. How dare they serve me a delicious sandwich piping hot knowing I'm too impatient to let my food cool down. Now I have to comment about the 1 star review. The guy complained about an employee putting back UNUSED ketchup packets. You don't throw them away just because you touched them you idiot. What do you do when you're at Publix and you see someone pick up a ketchup bottle and put it back. Run up and tell them they have to buy it now since they touched it. Ha ha read more

Cheated us today! And was very rude about it! Ordered 2#1 meals to go. Gave us one fries. Went back to counter, lady was rude, asked what name it was under, said Bob. Walked away. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service even though they are franchises. However, I've had the WORST experience at this location. Let me start by saying "the hospitality director is NOT very hospitable"! He was too busy chit chatting with another employee and not acknowledging me, the customer and not directing traffic. After I came to a complete stop knowing there was no cars or pedestrians, I proceeded to drive onto the chick-fil-A premise as nobody acknowledged me or directed me to wait. He pointed at me and started saying something while continued to point. I was not able to hear what he said, so I rolled down my window. He then said "there is a stop sign". I replied "yes, and I stopped. After seeing no traffic or no cars, I proceeded". The hospitality director replied "whatever" and walked away. REALLY? That's how you are supposed to talk to the customers? NOT so hospitable for being the hospitality director. There was no customer service. Last time I checked I was the customer; I did not know it was MY JOB to say hi to him and ask him for PERMISSION for me to proceed after I stopped at the stop sign knowing there was no traffic. Then, after placing an order while in line and paying with the app rewards, I proceeded to drive to the pick up window to pick up my food. There was no sign or anybody standing there before I got to the pick up window. Then I heard "excuse me, you need to pay back here". Again, not sure if she was too busy talking but she was not there when I drove through. Apparently, she did not see on her end that my order was already paid with the app reward. I informed her that I already paid. She said "ok, you are good to go". This chick-fil-A has the WORST customer service, and I don't feel that they have it together even at the management level. What kind of hospitality director does not pay attention to their customers and is RUDE to their customers. Come on, "hospitality" is literally in your job title. Will NOT go back and do NOT recommend. read more

Don't let the long line of cars fool you. Very quick moving with a significant number of people working and keeping things moving. Each of the five people I interacted with in the drive through were cheery and polite. My first time at chic-fil-a ever! I'm not a fast food fan... but now I'm a chick-fil-a fan! This location is currently running drive-thru only, but they have it down to the T. Once you arrive they have someone guiding you into their drive thru line multiple employees taking orders and others taking payment. Food as always taste great, hot and fresh! I went through the drive through and ordered 2 drinks and they didn't give me straws. I asked for ketchup and chick fil a sauce and I didn't get any with my meal. The food is good, as it always is at Chick-fil-A but their new lines are crazy. they do it the same way in Alabama and Texas. So tired of them having a separate line for ordering, a separate line for drive through, a separate line for exiting. there was never an issue prior to this line schematic. maybe they should add a double speaker like McDonald's has. you wait longer (Close to 20-minutes to order, get your food, and leave.) it's confusing. the receipts don't have any way you can make comments. one of their employees said to me that 'patrons love it.' I hate it, and have for the past 4-5 years. I first experienced it in Fort Worth TX in 2026. Then again in Huntsville, Alabama in 2017. I live in Naples Florida, so I have to deal with it here. I try to avoid going because I dread the line. you're there for at least 20-minutes. Good service at the counter. Fast food delivery. However when making our order, we asked about a few things, our cashier did so and made us a happy because we got what we wanted. As we were ringing out, the manger comes up and basically coaches the employee in front of us about how our order is wrong and she can't ring us up that way because it doesn't account for inventory. I would tell your managers to not coach employees on the floor and to wait until you have a chance off the floor. There is a time a place and it makes your guests feel uncomfortable. read more

I visit this location frequently as it is near my work. It is always packed, but they have the proper staff and procedures to handle the volume. Everyone of the staff including the managers are very friendly and if you are dining in they check on you frequently, offer to refill your drink and often will even take tray to the trash when you have finished your meal. Also, recently I have downloaded the app which is excellent, I have ordered through the app and skipped the line, the food is always hot and fresh. We've been to a few Chick-Fil-As but I wanted to write a review for this one because even though they forgot to give us an order of spicy chicken sandwhich, when we returned and told them they forgot, they gave us another one even though we didnt have the receipt. From what I hear, they usually take your word if they've forgotten to complete your order. I love Wendy's dearly, but I think I have found my new favorite spicy chicken sandwich. Waffle fries were excellent too. Breaks my heart that there aren't any near home! Everyone was so polite, and things were pretty clean despite the fact that we inadvertantly turned up at some sort of children's party, and we all know how messy children are. Very disappointed to top it off my step dad ordered a small milk shake and the lady says "we ran out of small cups" and just stared at him... What's not to like at Chick-fil-A. They have tasty food and the waffle fries are hard to beat. This review will not focus on the food however but the restaurant. This is a newer restaurant him certainly is nice in every way. However the layout of the restaurant seems to make me wonder if the people laying these out has any idea how crowded beach register area can be at peak times. When the register area gets busy it's almost impossible to get to the condiment station which, oh by the way, is the same area. What this really means to me is that every snotty nose little kid that hangs on every counter at the register area has already sneezed on every napkins straw and ketchup packet. There is simply no way this can be very healthy. So good food in a overcrowded restaurant with a poor layout only gets two stars from me. read more

The absolute nicest fast food staff I have ever encountered. Food comes out super fast, and the quality makes you feel like you are not eating processed who-knows-what like other fast food chains. The workers check on you like a full service restaurant - offer to refill drinks, take your tray if you are done, etc. This location gets SUPER busy, a lot, i.e frequent lines literally out the door, but it goes fast since they are so efficient. I was in Naples for a big work project. I and a colleague were hosting a meeting for roughly 10 people at 7:30 am. I am food motivated so I always bribe employees with breakfast . My theory was that chicken biscuits and hash browns is WAY better than donuts. This location is 5 minutes away from the office so it should have been convenient but it wasn't. Paid for our order at 6:59 but didn't have food in my hands until 7:30, I was late to my own meeting. I ordered 12 chicken biscuits and 12 hash browns. I know this is not a standard order but they insisted that this was a "catering order" and should be ordered ahead. I disagree, I don't think it was that crazy to expect my order to be filled in less than 30 minutes. The manager was polite but seemed annoyed when I checked on my order after 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, that was when she busted out the "catering order" line. She did offer to have it ready if I call ahead the next time. There probably won't be a next time, it's not worth the hassle. Service is always polite but slow at this location. read more

My boyfriend and I came here 1/19/2018 at 1:23pm. It says on the receipt that the cashier was Linda . I told Linda that I wanted a strawberry milkshake and I ended up getting a chocolate one . Without thinking that Chick-fil-A would mess up I drank the milk shake , immediately realized it was chocolate and I'm highly allergic to chocolate. My boyfriend ran up to the register with the milkshake and asked to speak to a manager , the manger listened to what he say and all she said was "sorry I'll comp the shake" it was Christina Hernandez. Yes she comped the shake , but didn't care to ask me if I was okay while I'm sitting here coughing at the table barely able to breathe . I went through the drive thru, busy as usual. Most of the staff are very polite, except for one. We drive through Chick Fil A at least once a week and whenever this one Particular young lady Is serving me she is RUDE!!!!! I have mentioned it to a manager once in the past and was told "I'm sorry that is just her way". Every time we go there I actually hope to myself she is not there. Tonight is the last straw! She was at the window and right on schedule she was rude and dismissive and disrespectful. I sat there waiting on my order, and watched and listened to her be down right mean to one of her coworkers!! Not rude but MEAN.. the other young lady was visibly holding back tears as she brought me my order. I asked her the coworkers name, she said Kadey? KD? Laity? Whatever it is I will make a formal complaint to the manager...
