Nope!!! It gets good reviews but who are these people? We had a bad lunch with stale roll awhile ago. They did give us a coupon to try it again. We did but I skipped the sandwich and moved on to try the nuggets. Well that's not going to happen again. The taste is awful. We didn't complain because we had our teenage granddaughter with us and we thought it would embarrass her. She likes the place. So 9 out of 10 time they screw up my order but this time was the last time we will go... tonight while picking up the mobile order the girls at the window were complaining to each other how many sauces I requested while the window was open I could clearly hear them.... it was completely unprofessional. When I got home to give my parents and my daughters food they had screwed up my father and all three my daughters meals.... you would think paying 57$ for food they would at least be polite and make sure orders are correct.... read more

I'm from the south where Chick-fil-As are in abundance. This however has the most professional staff of any CFA chain I've visited. As I sit in the parking lot eating my tasty chicken deluxe sandwich, I had to deduct two stars off a perfect score. The "deluxe" part I believe comes with cheese. The cheese was just plopped cold on top of the chicken. Really? It would have been nice to have it melted. Also, as they told me, it was "their pleasure to serve me" yet they couldn't serve me the mayo I requested since all their sauces are served on the side. ;(sigh) so kinda eating a dry chicken sandwich. Tasty still.. and friendly service with a smile so I will prob come here again but my first visit EVER was a smidge disappointing. read more

I like this restaurant a lot. It's great for kids, complete with a play place and everything. It's also in a great location for businesses too that only have an hour or so for lunch. The service is fast and the food is steaming hot. If you get the kids meal but don't want the toy, you can exchange it for a dessert! It's moderately priced, and you have your choice of dining in or eating outside. Your food even gets brought to you if you wish. During dinner, they have an initiative for families to give up their cell phones during their time there and if they successfully complete the meal without looking at their phone, then they get a reward. read more

Ate here last night, 5/24. Service is wonderful, restaurant is clean. This is my second time here, first time was shortly after they opened. Both times the chicken was soggy with a couple of crispy spots, last night the chicken had a real nasty aftertaste. Fries the same way, some crispy, some soggy. The first time I wrote it off to the opening jitters,but held off going back. Maybe that's their style of cooking and I am missing something. But not a fan here. Heard Popeye's opened in the South End, maybe they will make it to Amherst St as well. P.S. my grandson looked the play yard - till he had to leave! read more

My rating is for the way that Chick-Fil-A cares about people. After losing our daughter a year ago, the marketing director of this location drove to my house to deliver food to my husband and I for dinner. She prayed with me and cried with me. She even left us with gift cards to go out on a date when we were ready. We didn't know anyone there. But they heard of our loss and stepped out to help. read more

The young kids that they have working there were doing a great job. I came in late on a flight and was starving! They were cleaning and were eager to take my order. My husband and I were the only few people there. The food was terrible. Not just terrible. Awful. And expensive. We could have gone to Applebees and gotten take-out for the same price! I've been to this location 3 times now, and every time I get chicken that is not cooked all the way, as well as soggy fries. The last time we went, we dined in and I was able to ask them to remake my nuggets but still didn't seem to be cooked all the way. Have never had this issue with the location at the Pheasant Lane. However, I am a fan of this location's aerated ice. Reminds me of Sonic, but half the commute. I'm up on Amherst Street often while running errands and really wish I could stop here for lunch without worrying about getting sick! read more

I remember over a year ago, I got a coupon for a free chicken sandwich because of the new location being built on Amherst Street. I then decided to go there one day after work because I was feeling hungry and I had that free chicken sandwich coupon still. Ever since that day, I kept on coming back! After work if it's not 10 pm, this is sometimes where I go for dinner. This Chick Fil A location in Nashua, NH is always consistent and great! The chicken sandwiches are always hot and delicious and packed with flavor! The chicken nuggets are also delicious with a slight sweetness to it. The Waffle Fries are pretty good too! The lemonade is awesome as well! Its sweet and just doesn't need anything else because it's awesome! It's nothing crazy, it's just perfect and simple. The service is always excellent and everyone is so polite! I highly recommend this location, great food and great service all around! read more

The atmosphere is upbeat, the staff are happy to be here and treated me as though I was a guest in their home. The layout is well thought out - there's a children's party happening that is not intrusive due to being around the corner. The chicken is massively proportioned, not over cooked, and hot. I said I'd try their signature sauce - I was given two because the young lady was sure I'd like it that much (I'm taking one home because the portion is huge). But most of all are these frosted lemonaide drinks. Good thing I don't live closer I'd be here a few days a week just for them. read more

This was my first time inside one of the chick-fil-a restaurant. I must say I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean, and appeared to be well staffed, and the staff behind the counter was extremely pleasant. When I had a question about the peanut oil that they use instead of getting a typical McDonald's employee Who would stare at you and wonder what you were talking about I found myself speaking with an intelligent person who had great knowledge of the product that they were using. It was good to find out that my daughters peanut allergy and would not be a problem while eating of their product that is cooked in peanut oil. I can't say how impressed I was that the gentleman knew exactly how to answer my question in an intelligent manner without having to fetch upper management. My five-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the play area which was also very clean. All in all I would have to say this is one of my favorite fast food experiences. read more
