The food was actually disgusting and really uncharacteristic for a Chick-fil-A. My friend and I got food poisoning. Everything seemed kind of dirty and there were even brown stains on the rims of our drinks. I would not recommend. Go to any other Chick-fil-A but this one.

Rodent infestation!!

This place always seems dirty and service is way below expectations. Today I found out they were recently closed for having rats...not acceptable Chick-fil-A should be looking into this ASAP

i enjoyed this chick-fil-a food court spot on the morning before a shopping day. honestly, it was pretty standard chick-fil-a that met my expectations. the chicken was warm, crunchy, and flavorful, and the staff was really kind. i got my food in less than five minutes, which made for a very smooth experience. it was breakfast time, and i was excited to dig into my breakfast biscuit. overall, a solid meal and a great start to the day.

Shane delivered amazing customer service. Funny, friendly, and welcoming. Made the experience very great. Food was done super fast, and all tasted excellent. Environment was clean, store looked clean! But like I said, shane was phenomenal.

Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich

Went out to Fashion Island on beautiful Saturday afternoon and walked around and caught some really nice views. The food court here obviously has a ton of really good options to eat at with dessert, drinks and good food but the best part about this location is being able to come sit out and get a view while you're enjoying a delicious chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was amazing as always and the service here was really good. Very friendly folks and most of them were younger and very friendly. Well done Chick-fil-A

Chicken biscuit and hash browns

I came in for a quick bite before attending a Yelp event on the other side of the food court. I had the chicken biscuit combo and an ice tea. The biscuit was decent sice, warm and delicious. It tasted like it was freshly made. The chicken was yummy like all their chicken products. The hash browns were just decent. I was really impressed that being in a food court someone came to me and asked if I needed any more dipping sauces or a refill on my tea. That's excellent customer service.

Located in the Atrium food court at Fashion Island, it's convenient if you're shopping here or work nearby but otherwise you have to deal with the hassle of parking and walking down to the lower level which makes it a somewhat slower version of "fast food". The menu seems to be slightly smaller than most Chick-fil-A locations. I couldn't tell you exactly what was missing but the menu definitely looked like it had less items listed. Even at the height of lunch hour, the line moved quickly. They are very efficient and the tiny, smiling supervisor was really busting her butt to keep everyone and everything moving. I ordered a meal combo: Chick-fil-A sandwich with waffle fries and upgraded to a cookies & cream milkshake. They asked which sauce I wanted (Chick-fil-A sauce for me, please) and gave me two of the little containers. I sat in the food court area and within a couple minutes a worker, using their ultra-super-special-chick-fil-a-location technology, delivered my food to my table. As I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A, the food was really good. Crisp coating on the chicken and tender & juicy inside. Great fries especially when dipped in the sauce. And the milkshake is as good as it gets in the fast food world. Good food stop if you're slumming it at Fashion Island.

Chicken tender Chicken Sandwich? Didn't know that was a thing....rudest workers

The ordering counter is on the front side of the building. Once parked, you can either walk around the building, or walk through the open-air covered patio. I walked around to get a closer look at the unique chicken-head Beatles' Abbey Road mural on the side of the building. The menu is obviously chicken-focused, and features various sandwiches, wraps, and salads, along with several sides. They also have a small breakfast menu served until noon on the weekend. After ordering, they will give you a number and bring your food when it's ready. I really enjoyed the dining area, which is a covered, open-air space with a high ceiling. I sat in one of the booths towards the front. Each booth has a classic painting on the wall with chicken heads on it. There are also many different types of tables thoughout, and more seating upstairs on the second floor. There is also additional seating in front of their full bar. I had the Coop Deville sandwich (fried breast, pickled fresno chiles, pickles, napa cabbage, lime mayo, artisan brioche bun, $14.50). The chicken breast was thick and piping hot, and had a great crunchy crust on it. All of the ingredients went together well and I loved the flavor. The bun was very fresh, and the sandwich wasn't as messy as I thought it might be. I was still a little hungry, so I went back and ordered the regular sized hand cut fries (regular size $4.50, large size $7.50). They are tossed in schmaltz (chicken fat) and a light dusting of spices. They were hot and fresh, and the regular size was way more than I could eat by myself. They have a self-serve sauce bar with five options on tap including ketchup, Srirarcha T000 Island, Sweet Baby G's BBQ, ranch, and pineapple mustard. I dipped my sandwich in the BBQ and Srirarcha Thousand Island, and my fries in the BBQ, ranch, and pineapple mustard. They have a cornhole game towards the back, are dog friendly, and host trivia night on Thursdays. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere, and would definitely return.

This time I got the tenders and they are completely overcooked and crunchy (in a bad way). I think if the food was just a slightly better value I would feel taken advantage of each time I go there.

I'm only writing this to tell about their smash burgers - I am not very knowledgeable about what is and isn't genuine Wagyu or organic, etc. etc. but I can say with confidence this was one of the most tasty hamburgers I have ever had, anywhere: The flavor and texture of the beef patties was far above any other burger I've had recently, "gourmet" or not, and tasted super fresh, and cooked to the perfect degree of done-ness. The bun is high quality Brioche that soaks up all that tasty juiciness while maintaining it's structure. Caramelized onions, and a wonderful zesty sauce that I wish they put more of! Hefty size burger - definitely worth the asking price, although mine was a bit over-seasoned (too salty, but that at least means there's somebody behind the grill actually making it to order). Not much room for seating - literally just a couple tables and chairs on the side of the counter, so more of a take-out friendly spot. They have a wide variety of other items on their menu for such a small joint, and as they are a bakery company, lots of desert items, which I will eventually get around to trying - But at least for now, I know where I will go when I have a craving for a burger!

They give you the option of getting a breast or a thigh, which I thought was very unique! It was so juicy and flavorful and I'm not sure what the coating is on the chicken but even with the mayo the crunch held up nicely!! Now I thought my regular sandwich was big but oh man did we learn it's not! My husband thought the insane chicken sandwich meant it was spicy but no it meant TWO chicken patties on the sandwich! It was huge!!!! It comes with the same option of breast or thigh, however the original sandwich when you order, you have the option of how spicy you were like the chicken but the insane sandwich does not offer that which my husband took as confirmation that it was their spicy sandwich but it was not spicy at all. Just something to keep in mind! Still a great sandwich! We also got the grilled Bao & Pork and another 10/10! Again, the words flavorful comes to mind when describing these! If you're gonna come, I definitely recommend these as well as the sandwich! We made our meals a combo, which let us get the macaroni and cheese and the french fries. Nothing stands out too much about those two sides. They were very standard. Very good, but nothing very wow. Especially compare to the mains! The service was quick and easy. You come order at the self order kiosk or the gentlemen at the register, you get given a buzzer and you'll just wait. I would say that amount of time that we waited was only 10 minutes at most! This is just a small restaurant in a whole cafeteria, so keep that in mind when you go! It wasn't too hard to find seating but this place is definitely packed! Bao chick was a amazing found! This place is definitely getting recommended anytime someone's ask me what's good to eat in the area!

Both times I've been here the owner (I think it's him) sees me and before I can even finish saying 你好 (nihao, hello) he's got a sample of dumplings in my hand. The dish I've pictured is something called Cold Lamb. A better translation would be "cold-prepared lamb" but don't let the name fool you, it will be one of the best things you've ever eaten. Huge portions of meat, slathered in chili oil, with sliced cucumbers and lots of roasted peanuts. Then there's the amazing chili oil dipping sauce and a dipping powder that Im going to be thinking about for weeks. This meal was about 30 bucks but it comes with so, so much food that you could easily split it between two people. Will definitely be coming here any time I'm at SNA!
