Solid chick fil a location in terms of the food and service - as usual! I love how there are 2 lanes for the drive through. That is what is lacking at the Tampa location. The single line drive through there blocks the parking spots. My main gripe is that the actual location itself is pretty small. The main dining area was constantly packed and it was hard for people to find tables. Outside, there are only 4 tables and those were packed as well. Considering it's fast food and the service is top notch, it didn't take us more than 10 mins to grab a table from a leaving party. Compared to the Tampa or Pasadena location, I think this is definitely tiny. read more

I've eaten many times inside and I've had a great experience from staff, to getting great customer service, but this is the first time I go drive thru and I thought why not make a review based on that. When I got there it was a Saturday around 8pm and the line was huge, waited about 15 minutes from the beginning to end. They got my order correct and my food was very fresh. They had 2 gentlemen outside taking the orders and the other giving you your receipt. If you're paying with your CC or debit card you can pay outside and soon as you get to the window your food is ready. Great drive thru experience, would of given them 5 stars IF their line wasn't so long. They got plenty of parking available along with handicap spots. read more

This is a fairly new location and the drive thru was a little confusing. There are two lanes and like other chick fil a's they call you by name, fast service and they get your order right. The spicy chicken sandwich was actually spicy which is good but not sure about the pickles. They didn't have coleslaw today but the sauces are excellent. read more

Although I have to drive through cities to get to a Chick-fil-A, I'll do it happily because their chicken and waffle fries are just out of this world. My experience was quite normal, friendly employees offering great customer service-- in usual Chick-fil-A style. Offering to get us a refill on our soda or taking our trays. The inside is quite smaller considering their other locations but they do offer outdoor seating. I was surprised to see a motion censor trashcan that was probably causing more problems then doing good. Not sure why that is needed. It was full when I tried to throw my trash away and an employee took my tray. What is the point of a motion censor trashcan if the inside bin is small and and gets full quicker? The place is nice and new but my food was terrible. I didn't even finish the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. Parking lot planning was poor so they have traffic cones restricting movement from their lot towards the drive-thru lanes. We spent almost $20 on two meals. I LOVE chick fil a and just tried this location. I met up with my friends here for lunch and parking was a bit hectic. I walk in and the place is packed, but luckily we got a large table and the food came out within a few minutes of ordering. The restaurant isn't huge, but people don't stay so long so there's enough space. All the cashiers were very nice and made their rounds to check on people dining in to make sure they had enough utensils, sauces and were enjoying their meal. When you check in on yelp they offer a free chocolate chip cookie so take advantage of that! read more

Update- spoke to management and for my missing meal and inconvenience I'll be getting coupons in the mail . I'll just go back to Wendy's. Today was their opening day. My husband picked up our meal through the drive through. He said they were busy but were handling the lines great. When he brought home the meal one of our children's meals were missing and the sauce that we requested was also not provided. The food that we did get was good but would have been better if everyone in my family enjoyed their meals and if we had the actual sauce we requested for the meal. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker after waiting in line for 15 mins and they didn't acknowledge me. I could hear them gossiping as the headset was still on. Said "hello" a couple times and got nothing... 4 employees came out taking orders on tablets and they all walked right by me. A few minutes passed and cars started honking then an employee asked if I had my order taken. I said no. She asked the same question 4 more times and walked away. She then shouted at another employee to take my order and he said "why don't you take it?". So no one wanted to take my order. No one apologized for the slight inconvenience, but I did hear them apologize to the cars behind me about the wait. All this for a lousy breakfast. read more

Wonderful service even as we were entering in the parking lot and employee was leaving and welcomed us. Once inside they helped with our special order considering our allergies. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Facility was clean. The staff members seemed happy, no joyful! They walked around offering free refills and cleared tables. This was an all-around great experience. We especially enjoyed the background music, even recognizing some worship songs although they did not have the lyrics. I am a vegetarian for about two years now but chick-fil-a is still my favorite restaurant! The fries are hand down the best thing ever (ask for them well done, that'll change your life!) I just had breakfast here and for your veg heads, try the English muffin with egg whites and pepper jack cheese!! So delicious and it doesn't taste processed. Second time coming to this location and it's the second time they messed up. They had forgotten the drinks this time. Drove back thru the drive thru and got nothing but attitude from the drive thru order taker. She started questioning everything, even telling me that I didn't order a drink.... I showed her my receipt and she just brushed it off and told to pull up to the window. NO APOLOGY. They never apologized once! Normally there are never any complaints about a visit but today was an exception. Ordered a deluxe with no tomatoes no pickles and got everything we didn't want....I sent it back and it took more than 10mins so i Went to tell the cashiers and they had completely forgotten about my sandwich. I've been visiting this store for about 6 months and am happy with the quality of the food and service. The dining room and restroom is always well maintained and clean. It's not uncommon for store associates to go the extra mile to be sure all guests are enjoying their visit. In my opinion, Chick-fil-a is in the same league as In-N-Out Burger. read more

Just came back from this location an hour ago. And I've got to say, trying new things on the menu impresses me. I love the staff they're so accommodating. They're very kind and friendly. They give you enough sauce. They even give more if you ask. They don't argue with you. They're very polite. They get your order right. The food taste amazing even after traveling 15 mins to get home. The chicken sandwich tastes amazing. For sure I will be coming back to this location. The drive thru line went by quick. These people truly are hard workers. This location is new and the design is absolutely terrible. The drive thru, is right at the entrance, the right most lane is too sharp to make a proper right, too many people have to back up to make the turn. This adds even more problems because it blocks the entrance to shopping center so people are unable to get to Smart and Final or the other businesses due to the chaos from the terrible drive-thru design and the next entrance is down by outback... Seriously, who made this bad decision?? Even on paper it shows the deafness of the choice. Time to bust out the cones and start directing traffic. I've also had a couple issues with orders that have been rather frustrating, even if the employees are nice. Unfortunately, in both instances they either gave me the wrong order or substituted my order with something else. The first time I ordered an 12 piece nugget and instead they gave me a 2 piece tenders. The second time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and instead got the regular chicken sandwich. If they run out, I think they should ask if I want a different item or if I'm okay with the substitution, I don't even know if the cost is the same but when you are expecting one thing and get something different that's frustrating. Parking is equally tough. Don't bother eating inside unless you work nearby and can walk plus there is no room inside, its one of the smaller locations I've seen. Note that due to the drive thru chaos you might have to play some real life frogger dodging cars with frustrated people trying to get into the plaza. I've seen people zoom around, horn hoking, its going to result road rage at some point because people can't get to other shops due to this and you can't go around because when its busy the exit takes up the only other space and why do people need to go to outback for access to the plaza because of one restaurant?
