Visited this Chic-fil-a for lunch today. It was my first time at this location and I was pleased to see that the interior was clean and well maintained. It wasn't too packed but there were a few familes and groups of teenagers eating inside. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and a medium drink. The cashier was friendly and told me that someone will bring my food to the table. My food came out fast and I found it nice that the staff brings the food to your table. The sandwich was well made and bigger than I expected. Chicken was cooked throughly but still juicy and well seasoned. I appreciated that the sandwich wasn't drenched in mayo and different sauces like at some other fast food places. It tasted rather healthy, so I decided to look up the calories and was surprised and pleased to find that it was only 320 calories! I had finished my meal and was browsing the web on my ipad using their free wifi when one of the staff members asked whether I was done eating. This place is where chickens go to heaven!!!! It never ever disappoints!!! I always get the spicy sandwich with a side salad, surprising enough I am not a fan of their fries they are not salty and crispy enough for my liking (I'm probably one in a million). Their side salad is pretty impressive for a fast food place, and their ranch dressing is super good. And I can't forget to talk about their NUGGETS they are so good, and all their sauces are a perfect match!!! Everytime I come through the drive thru there's a problem with my order, lids aren't secure and drinks spill all over my car, there's soda all over the outside of the cup which gets all over my car and/or the bag is filled so high, if I leave it on the seat, it's going to tip over all over my car or I have to hold on for fear life to the bag and soda and drive at the same time.. read more

Today I took a trip to chick fil a because I woke up feeling down and I wanted my favorite food. On my way to chick fil a in my uber I got a sad email regarding a family member Passing away. I then lost my appetite but still knew I'd get food for later at least. When I walk in it wasnt that busy and a lovely lady named (Lisa) took my order and when I was ready to pay I took out my wallet and realized I didn't have my id or my debit card and no cash ! I quickly remember I switched wallets from over the weekend and had taken the old wallet with me today totally not remembering. I told her to cancel my order because I didn't have my debit card or no cash. She quickly stoped me before walking away and said it was okay and that she will cover it for me. I asked if she was sure she insisted and said yes it was okay. I was so grateful to still get a meal after coming from so far without any money and having a rough start to my day. I felt like she was my Angel today God knew what I was going through and used her to let me know that everything was going to be okay. We came here for lunch on a very busy Friday noon. I thought if have to wait for 20 minutes in line. But as the line got longer, they immediately opened up 5 cashiers and I placed my order in 2 minutes. When I sat down, the order was brought to my table in a minute or less! I went through the drive through and was so happy I stopped by to grab some food. The drive through line looked long but it wasn't a long wait. There were about 3 different taking orders outside and I was even able to make a credit card payment before I even got to the drive through window. There was a little booth before the drive through window where a staff member was standing ready to give me my receipt. I pulled up to the drive through window and was called by name and quickly handed my order. I'm so impressed by this recent visit. I went here during lunch. Every single parking lot spot was full, overflow parking was full. I was using the drive thru. The drive thru line started at the curb. I got into the drive thru at 12:52. I was out of there by 12:57. They had the outside stuff hustling. They had 4 people taking orders outside instead of 1. I'm used to waiting at least 10-15 minutes I'm the drive thru even when chick fil a isn't busy. So i was very impressed by their efficiency during the lunch rush! My order was perfect and brought to me in the line so i didn't even have to stop at the window. Good job!! read more

Two of them came to change the flat tire and they even got me fresh food afterwards (since my food was in the car for 20 mins while they changed my tire)! This is my go to Chick-fil-A because it's closest to my home. I love their food and their service is always unparalleled. The customers inside have a tendency to stare which can be a little unnerving but I still enjoyed my food. Also be sure to join their rewards program to get free food. This location also has a play area so my children enjoyed their time in it. I do wish that they supervised that area a little better because my children are toddlers and some pre teens went into the area and were playing really rough so we had to leave. What can you say bad about chick fil a? The food is always good, and when they mess something up (like a long wait for food), they make up for it. They aren't always ready with a "my pleasure" at this location, but it's all the goodness from the franchise you'd expect. Parking can be difficult, but it's ok if you're willing to walk a bit. First of all, I must begin by saying that Chick-fil-a is manna from heaven. It is the life-giving oasis in the midst of the desert of fast food restaurants. Chick-fil-a is the bread of life. Chick-fil-a? No. Chick-fil-BAE. Having thusly declared the magnificence and glory that is Chick-fil-a, I have to elaborate upon the state of this particular establishment. And a sad state it is. The customer service here is great; usually they are very quick with getting orders in and out. They're even kind of nice. Not typical Chick-fil-a standard level of nice, but nice I suppose. The restaurant itself is usually quite clean as well. But my problem here lies within the accuracy and quality of the food orders themselves. I come to this restaurant fairly often, and too often my order has been just plain wrong. At one point it was so bad (literally just two slices of bread and a piece of cheese - they forgot the chicken) we mentioned it to management on the phone (it was a takeout order) and she took down our information and promised to send us a free meal card. That never came. We have gotten free meal cards before for orders that took a while, though, or when my wife's chicken wasn't cooked well. So that's nice. But all the same, the percentage of inaccuracy in my orders has been unfortunately, uncomfortably high - between 30% and 50%, whether that's a missing item, incorrect sandwich, missed customization, etc. All the more disconcerting is the fact that this Chick-fil-a is the ONLY BRANCH IN THE VALLEY. When the need has become too great, and I must satisfy my hunger for the Chicken blessed by God, I must needs acquiesce to the roulette of despair that is this branch, or transverse obscenely great distances to visit another establishment.
