Slow service for mobile pickup orders. Inconsistent product; got two breakfast wraps tasting different and one not well wrapped. Also not friendly. Sad place. This is not an employee problem, but a management issue.

This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake. The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays. They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. They do have accessible seating though. There is ample parking in the lot.

We recently ate at this location in Dr. Phillips. The location is in a very busy area and we decided to 'eat in' as the drive-through is always very busy with cars wrapping around the building. I had the amazing pimento cheese and honey chicken sandwich, as well as the regular sandwich. Both were awesome, cooked perfectly, and more generous portion sizes of the chicken that I'm used to at the normal Chick-fil-A's I frequent. My wife had the grilled chicken (GF) with lettuce and tomato. From what I've experienced today and just by observing this location, I would always recommend 'eating in' due to the lines for the drive-through..

Went to Aquatica so we decided to get breakfast on the go. Also was our first times having breakfast from Chick-fil-A. I ordered chicken, egg & cheese on a muffin & added bacon with a small lemonade. My daughter had the wrap with everything in it & 2 fruit bowls. Food was nice and hot. Chicken filet was tender. My daughter enjoyed the wrap. Breakfast kept us full from 10am until 4pm. Would definitely get breakfast from here again. Also, had dinner here....food was also great.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Their food is tasty, their sauces are terrific, the service is prompt and friendly - this is our go-to when we need a quick meal. As with any fast-food business, there are periodic mistakes made, but I've found that they are much more minimal in nature & in frequency at this particular location. This location is conveniently located to us, which I appreciate! They can have significantly long lines in their drive-thru, but they seem to focused on moving it along. The one service I wish they would not have stopped offering is their curbside pick-up service. We used it EVERY TIME we went! I hope they keep the mobile orders! Anyway, this business is doing it right, so they get my thumbs up AND my 5 stars!

I ordered my sandwich with no cheese, lettuce or tomato, leaving just bun, chicken and pickle. I got it and it only had cheese.

This location continues to have more and more issues since the reopen. A couple weeks ago I ordered a bag of 6 cookies for my work team and upon arriving to work and looking at the cookies, they were not the chocolate chip cookies I ordered and they seemed to be oatmeal, which none of us eat so we pitched them. Today my fiancé goes to pick up our food with curbside pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes in the designated parking, he attempted to go inside to see what the issue was, and was not allowed inside due to "the system" being down. I understand systems go down, but no one came to speak to him and the fact they wouldn't let him inside, when we had already paid, seemed ridiculous to me. He joined the Drive-thru queue and waited even longer. By the time he left it had been over 35 minutes and there was no sort of compensation and was only told "sorry we are doing what we can". My fiancé arrived home and rather than my 8-count nugget, I got chicken strips and my fiancé's no pickle sandwich has pickles on the bottom of his bun. Definitely not worth the 40 minutes there and 15 minute commute! I don't know if there is new management or poor training but this location just makes me hate the brand and not want to return and continue to waste money on the wrong food that I end up throwing out or just their terrible service.

It may may have it but I just was never given an option. So for a 7-year-old kids meal they generally don't like the book that most of the time it's too easy for them to read. Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

This is the blandest chicken I have ever tasted in my life. If I found out it was marinated in water, I wouldn't be surprised. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

This sounded pretty good, but since I'm not supposed to eat root vegetables, I went to the counter and inquired if I could get a different side. I was informed that they could not change anything about that that particular special but they suggested a three-piece combo which is the same price. The difference being that you don't get the nuggets but get a choice of bread or a tortilla. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I did go with the three-piece combo which consisted of three pieces of dark chicken and I got the Campero rice for my side. I also had the dinner roll and a regular drink. Along with this I ordered one of their empanadas because I haven't had one yet. They gave me my number and I went and got my drink and found a place to sit. A very short time later, they came out with my food and I asked if I could get some salt. Apparently there was a complaint from a customer involving salt so they no longer carry salt when you're dining in. They did have hot sauce on the table, so I enjoyed my meal with the green sauce. The chicken as usual was excellent and I do enjoy their rice. The dinner roll was a nice compliment to the meal and I was really impressed with the empanada. I haven't had an empanada that was this packed with goodness in a very long time. I will definitely be back but chances are I will bring my own salt. this is a nice location with a drive-through. On the downside from my point of view is the ordering kiosks that are out front. I won't use those so I just approach the counter and get assistance. Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.

At approximately 10:15 a.m., I pulled into the drive-thru to order breakfast or lunch, only to be told that the only item available was biscuits. When I asked the employee what time the restaurant opened, he replied that they open at 10:00 a.m. I was genuinely confused and frustrated. If the restaurant has been open for over 15 minutes, customers should reasonably expect that food is prepared and available for purchase. What made the experience even more disappointing was the employee's attitude. Instead of offering an apology or explaining the situation professionally, he asked if I was willing to wait in a demanding tone that came across as dismissive rather than customer-focused. A simple apology and courteous explanation would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Nearly every visit to this location has involved employees displaying poor attitudes, seeming unwilling to listen to customers or accommodate reasonable requests and food customizations. Customer service at this location has consistently fallen well below expectations. Another ongoing issue is the excessive wait times. Whether using the drive-thru or ordering inside the restaurant, service is consistently and unreasonably slow. Even during times when there are very few or no vehicles in the drive-thru, it often takes an unusually long time just to place an order, let alone receive it. After experiencing this repeatedly over a long period, it raises serious concerns about the management and operations of this location. I have overlooked these issues on multiple occasions, hoping they would improve, but they have only continued to get worse. That is why I have decided to submit this formal complaint. I believe these problems have existed for far too long, and someone needs to address them. I respectfully ask Popeyes Corporate to investigate this location's operations, customer service standards, staffing, and management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, receive timely service, and have menu items available shortly after opening. The current level of service at this restaurant is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I would expect from the Popeyes brand. He also says it starts at 3:30 and not 3...so he had to go back to check and ask. He also had to "check" if he could "find" happy hour menu; no. So he looked in the register. Nothing; lunch hour prices still populated the system. That said, he asked us three times what we wanted. Drinks? Food? Anything to drink yet? I also asked our dear fella if it's Wing Thursday... uh: "oh, yeah." So the Queen Bee was in the mood for wings. Dry Rub #2, all flats. She said they were "okay." I didn't want any, so I can only hope she did like 'em. They came with the driest and most bland focaccia bread I've had occasion to try in a long time. Simon didn't bother to ask how they were either. I meantime chose to have a 16" half pepperoni (thick-cut) half Paulie's. The latter is meatball, sausage, ricotta and peppers (hot or sweet). They advertise their pies as being well done. Guess what? It wasn't...no char or barely a spot of black on it whatsoever. It was still passable, but for $28 TOTALLY not worth it. It also came out AFTER my dear Queen Bee finished her five little wings. I'll guess the pizza guy was in just as much a hurry as Simon was. We were gonna sit and have a glass of wine (her) and a draft (me). All they had on draught was Bud Light, Sam Adams, Voodoo Ranger and Stella...no thanks! "Uh: you wanna box for the pizza?" So Simon whipped just out the box for the rest of our pizza (4 slices left) and handed me the tablet and just stood there waiting to get it back. Did he ask whether we liked it? Let's just say his level of service was reflected by my level of gratuity. I said to him "I guess you're in a hurry, ain't you, Simon?" It went over his head, as did pretty much everything else in our limited conversations. He asked if we wanted "rewards" for it. No; why would I? Simon totally ruined our time there. Reward enough would be someone teaching that kid how to serve with manners and grace. So THIS experience tells me where NOT to go next time we pass through the neighborhood. Keep your rewards, Anthony. Save 'em for someone ELSE. I'll just take half the underdone pie home and heat it like it should be...or give it to a homeless man on the way home. I've eaten better pizza out of a gas fired oven.
