Slow service for mobile pickup orders. Inconsistent product; got two breakfast wraps tasting different and one not well wrapped. Also not friendly. Sad place. This is not an employee problem, but a management issue.

This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake. The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays. They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. They do have accessible seating though. There is ample parking in the lot.

We recently ate at this location in Dr. Phillips. The location is in a very busy area and we decided to 'eat in' as the drive-through is always very busy with cars wrapping around the building. I had the amazing pimento cheese and honey chicken sandwich, as well as the regular sandwich. Both were awesome, cooked perfectly, and more generous portion sizes of the chicken that I'm used to at the normal Chick-fil-A's I frequent. My wife had the grilled chicken (GF) with lettuce and tomato. From what I've experienced today and just by observing this location, I would always recommend 'eating in' due to the lines for the drive-through..

Went to Aquatica so we decided to get breakfast on the go. Also was our first times having breakfast from Chick-fil-A. I ordered chicken, egg & cheese on a muffin & added bacon with a small lemonade. My daughter had the wrap with everything in it & 2 fruit bowls. Food was nice and hot. Chicken filet was tender. My daughter enjoyed the wrap. Breakfast kept us full from 10am until 4pm. Would definitely get breakfast from here again. Also, had dinner here....food was also great.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Their food is tasty, their sauces are terrific, the service is prompt and friendly - this is our go-to when we need a quick meal. As with any fast-food business, there are periodic mistakes made, but I've found that they are much more minimal in nature & in frequency at this particular location. This location is conveniently located to us, which I appreciate! They can have significantly long lines in their drive-thru, but they seem to focused on moving it along. The one service I wish they would not have stopped offering is their curbside pick-up service. We used it EVERY TIME we went! I hope they keep the mobile orders! Anyway, this business is doing it right, so they get my thumbs up AND my 5 stars!

No fries in my order Only move to the front ..... move to the front..... horrible service. Thank you for your beautiful smile but please complete my order in the right way. I paid completely. Ambiance? Perfect place to crash your car

Vs what I actually got this is poorly

Everything is à la carte but if you sign up for the rewards you get a free fries with your order. We ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, fries and chicken nuggets. The cheeseburger was delicious! The buns were soft toasty & the burger was full of flavor. The French fries were crinkly and crispy, as well as the onion rings. And the chicken nuggets were nice and crispy as well. We did not get any milkshakes but definitely will visit shake shacks near home and try it out. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered a gluten-free cheeseburger as a lettuce wrap and specifically asked the employee to change his gloves before preparing my food. I watched the entire process and he never did. To make matters worse, they had run out of cheese slices and substituted cheese sauce without asking or informing me. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!

Overall 3.75 Stars…read more If you need a healthy alternative to heavy laden carbs or fried / rich foods, then this place is for you. After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

Here, you don't have your typical combo options; you order everything separately. What I like about Five Guys is that you can customize toppings for your burger or select their "All the Way" option with a selected group of toppings. We ordered a little cheeseburger, a little bacon burger, and a little hamburger. We went with the little one because the regular burger has a big portion. The fries portion is big, too, so we ordered large fries to share. If you are into knowing where your food comes from, they have a board saying where the potatoes used for the fries come from. They have the Coca-Cola-free-style machine. Oh and I almost forgot... you can grab free peanuts from a buckets. The Sand Lake location was clean, and the staff was friendly. In addition to that, my husband, a Florida native, had never been before. I was excited to show him what I grew up eating and see how he felt about it too. We popped in mid afternoon prior to heading to the grocery store. Because let's be real, you can't go to the grocery store hungry so this was the right fix! The establishment was clean, and we are immediately welcomed by the staff, despite the long line ahead of us. It gave us time to look at the menu as it had changed a little bit since I remember. I ordered the rigatoni Rosa and my husband ordered the chipotle chicken cavatappi. We sat down at a table nearby with our number and very shortly later, we were greeted by the nicest staff member. The portions were big and the meal was cooked fresh. The Parmesan chicken was absolutely to die for. I tried my husband's and his was really good as well. Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place.
