Wow. Worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever visited. This place is horribly organized. Entered drive up at 9:10pm & didn't exit until 9:50pm. They need more than one person at the window giving food to the cars. Someone inside could do that... Isually other locations have multiple foot runners. This place needs to get it together ASAP. Slowest drive through service I have ever experienced at a Chick Fil A! The line of cars was around the building as is the norm for most CFA's but they usually expedite the orders with ease and the wait time isn't more than 5-6 minutes from the time I enter the drive-thru until I arrive at the window. It took us a good 7 minutes to get through a line of five cars and when we got to the window we were asked to wait in a parking space for our two sandwiches- yes, just TWO sandwiches! Although it was really crowded (as usual) during lunch time the people that work here and still SUPER friendly and have terrific guest service skills. I ordered a big nugget platter about 3 days ago and when I arrived today it was ready to go for me in about 5 minutes. Once it was ready one of the employees even offered to take it out to my car for me. He was super sweet and nice and chatted with me about my pregnancy. Overall it was a lovely experience. The hype of a Chick-fil-A opening in NYC was too real and yet I couldn't convince myself it was worth the trip into the city just for a possibly ridiculous wait just to try the famous chicken. Fortunately, during my visit to Orlando there was this location right behind my hotel. Therefore, due to someone's random craving we stopped in and I had my first Chick-fil-A. First impression: I can understand why people enjoy the southern style chicken served at this chain. I don't know if the NYC food quality is as good as the southern origins of Chick-fil-A but this place definitely surpassed my expectations. The regular chicken sandwich was excellent and paired very well with the special sauce. What I really enjoyed about this location in particular is great customer service; someone came to our table and brought drink refills back to our table for us. I was happy with my experience both with the food and service and I do look forward to trying the rest of the menu eventually. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and this restaurant does not disappoint. However, it's really not as friendly as the other ones in the area I've been to. It's clean and has a fresh interior design. I am giving this place a very good review because of the drive-through experience I had a few days ago. I took my mother-in-law here because she has never ate at a Chick-fil-A before. It is amazing that they take the order with an actual person present and you pay for it right then and there. After paying, the orders come out by the size rather than the order the cars in line. It's the most efficient I have ever seen a drive-through and it stands out. I also like the indoor playground, and I have not been inside before. The food was great, and I would come back with my 5 year old son sometime to experience sitting down and eating. The quality of the food is good and they give you a generous helping of condiments to take home. They are definitely doing things right as far as service goes and I'm impressed. read more

It never fails...AND...I've given them several chances, but ever since Chick-fil-A changed their coffee selection, it has been downhill. McDonald's across the street has better regular black coffee. I order a breakfast combo with a coffee...whatever size...and the coffee ALWAYS tastes like water with some cream and sugar. I don't know if it's the coffee itself or this particular location and at that particular moment when I decide to order coffee, but it's never worth going back or calling them to get a refund. Absolutely the worst Chick Fil A my family and I have ever visited!! The staff was not friendly, accommodating or helpful. The managers are absolutely incompetent in providing excellent customer service (Sean, Brittany and Sarah) were no help. My family and I had two orders: however, we were not served our full order, they completely forgot about us and then realized 25min later. We were served flat coke twice, seltzer sprite three times and finally got the sprite from the drivethru line as it wasn't expired, they didn't even change the machine, therefore other guest will not be happy. The restrooms and inside the restaurant was disgusting. We just received an apology that's it, again, no accommodation for their negligence!! We will not recommend this place at all! read more

I guess the food quality at this Sand Lake, Dr Phillips location is going downhill. They need to employ responsible individuals who are able to maintain quality and take a simple order. I believe one of the legacy of Truett Cathy is getting it right 100% of the time and I think this location is missing the mark. On Friday I brought a breakfast sandwich bacon, egg on a muffin. On the first bite I nearly loss a tooth, the muffin was so tough and the eggs totally over cooked and dried out that I am positive they placed it in microwave that by the time I got to work 15 mins later, the sandwich was totally inedible. Today 9/29, I stopped by to grab some lunch, spent 21 mins in the drive thru.... understandable it was the lunch rush hour. They never fail to disappoint. The pictures speak for themselves!! That is a large fries!!!! Where is the quality control? They even labeled it incorrectly. I asked for no salt and it was labeled with a sandwich sticker. Chick Fil A..... this is 2/2.... One of the busier chick fil as but the service is good especially if you dine in. The drive thru gets backed up during busy hours. They will refill your drinks for you and check on you often. Poor customer service. Drive through often has a line around the building so count on a 20+ minute wait. When you get your order there is a 75% chance you won't get what you ordered. To me, Chik fil a is the best fast food restaurant around. The drive thru is 95% very fast and the employees are very friendly. Dan Cathy (the owner) has a great leadership series and the company is founded on good morals. This particular location is no different.
