Chick Fil A has always been a special place for me and my family. Their manners, great food, and overall welcoming atmosphere makes this place so good. Especially on an evening I need a quick meal. They conveniently have a double drive thru, with speedy and well mannered employees who go above and beyond for their customers. My youngest son loves this place so much he chose it to have his WISH REVEAL party for his once in a lifetime wish granted by the Make A Wish Foundation!! We even got a special surprise from "kid cow" and lots of hugs from management. It was truly a special day for a kid who has been through so much. If you are in a hurry you can always preorder for pickups although my past experiences have shown that the drive thru is definitely quicker at this location. Fully accessible although the entrance is slightly scary having to walk across the drive thru lanes. The only reason this restaurant will not get a full 5 stars is because of the narrow corporate mindset. The employees at this location are excellent but in business using your religious views to openly and publicly speak out against other people and their freedom to choose to live anyway they choose is unacceptable. Not great. There was no spoon in the bag for the ice dream in a cup but there were extra straws so the ice cream was eaten with a straw LOL. They have no family bathroom, and in the handicap stall, there is no soap. they also only have one changing station for children and that's in the handicap stall. They need more than one and they need to regularly. Have soap in the handicap bathroom or it's a health risk. I got sick and I was in the bathroom for an hour and while I was there for the first five minutes some crazy lady came inside, demanding that I leave the stall so she could change her three-year-old's diaper in there. The woman created a huge scene. Guilt tripping me trying to force me out of the bathroom stall when I told her that I have diarrhea. She kept going on and on. it was like, as if only she and her child mattered, and no one else. Eventually, she left, and I had to call a friend to bring soap to the bathroom. Thankfully now anybody can use soap in the handicap stall because **I** purchased it for the stall because I had none to wash my hands with. You need to fix your bathroom situation in the future. Having only 2 stalls, 1 diaper station, crazy ladies and no soap is not cool. read more

My Mom was eating with me and she had the Classic Chicken sandwich! She loved it so much and we will come back on another Christmas shopping day. Since I previously reviewed a Chick-fil-A before, I will make this one short and sweet. Compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants, it does not stand out. To be fair though, why should it as it already has a high standard? This Chick-fil-A is located on Malabar Rd. right in front of Publix (where I used to work when I was attending college). You will know it by its very unique drive-through. Anyways, this Chick-fil-A has all of the positive attributes of others. Clean restaurants, great service, and delicious food. As always, I tend to eat breakfast food as it is my favorite with them. I personally love the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel. It is one of my go-to's. In the end, I can't really say anything overly positive about them or debilitating either. Chick-fil-A remains to this day my favorite local (headquartered in the U.S.) fast food restaurant. If I ever want to eat something I know will be delicious, I go there. read more

If you order a salad from here, double & triple check your order before driving away. Time after time, I drive back to work to find I've received the wrong salad, no upgraded filet that I paid for, with no toppings, and either no dressing or the wrong dressing. It's always a mix of the above issues. My biggest frustration with this is that I'm paying $10 for a salad that I didn't order, without the dressing or toppings I ordered. The receipt/ sticker on the bag is always correct - so the qc lies within whomever is packaging the order, not with the staff who are taking orders. Most everyone at this location is friendly, with exception of one employee in particular... so I give 2 stars. Please, I'm begging you Malabar CFA, check salad orders instead of just throwing a random salad, dressing, & toppings in the bag :/ read more

Not entirely sure what happened (new management?) but this place has declined very rapidly. The food is still great but the service is more akin to a McDonald's. Which is to say, very poor. My order is incorrect legitimately more than half the time and I order right off the menu. Whenever I don't check the bag twice, I get burned and end up having to go back to the restaurant just to get what I paid for. Probably worst of all, the staff seems to care less when I point out the mistake. It's a sad state of affairs when a Chick-fil-A is in this kind of shape. read more

I don't eat fast food often but Chik Fil A is my favorite of them all. Service is always great and the food is consistent at this location. We got our food quickly (which is always a plus when you have little kids) and it was hot... Peach milkshakes are back for the summer so I may drop in a little more frequently. read more

Love this food! The service is awesone and the store is always clean. Because the are a bunch of fagbashers they must really try to makeup for it. The architecture of this location is terrible if you want to dine in. They make you really in front of moving cars in the drive through. I'm surprised no one has been hit by a car yet. Placed a mobile order at 10:15 and drove over from Eau Gallie. Pressed prepare my order when I got there at 10:31 and my order cancelled itself since I was ordering breakfast. Went inside and they said that even though I placed my order for breakfast before 10:30, since I got there after breakfast ended, my order was not longer on there que. I drove over here with three hungry kids and my wife and now all of us are hungry and a bit angry. If the order was placed on time and I get there just after 10:30 what's the big deal??? Food is ok at this location, however I'd say 85% of the time my wife and I come here they mess up her order and almost never remember to put our sauce in the bag. read more

I love this chick-fil-a and eat there at least twice a week. It would be more often, however, its a roll of the dice whether or not the drive thru line is 10 miles long. The line gets so backed up it frequently interferes with the nearby 4 way stop in the parking lot making traffic a nightmare, even if you're not going to chick-fil-a. Solve the long drive thru lines and this is a 5 star location. read more

Fast, friendly service with a smile! Food was what you would expect from this upscale chicken serving establishment. I felt at home in the chicken house and I will return to this location if the opportunity presents itself. One token of critique, the service men at the counter were very pushy to take our order. While the employees are friendly and polite -- a Chick-fil-a standard -- this branch can never seem to get orders right. This will be the THIRD time my order using the drive-thru was wrong. When the food was handed to me, my passenger saw that the fries were missing. As we pulled away, my passenger realized our nuggets were missing as well, so I had to turn the car around, find a place to park (during a busy lunch time, no less), and go into the store to retrieve the rest of my order. If this Chick Fil A forgets any of your items in your drive thru bag and you don't check until you get home you call the location and they kindly put you on a list so that you can get it the next time you come in. But... if they forget to add it to their list and you go in and tell them you WILL NOT GET THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR!!!!! Of the Chick-Fi-As in Florida this one is my favorite for breakfast. Not sure if they put crack in the biscuits (more thank likely lard or butter) but the chicken biscuits are addictive. I would give them 5 stars but corporate pulled the spicy chicken biscuit. They will make one for you off menu, but it cost a bit more. I spent enough time here they know me by name. Love the idea of breakfast with a newspaper to read. Wifi access is a bonus. Yes, the architecture is not well thought out; you have to cross the drive thru line to get in the building. Not always easy with kids. Restaurant is cleaned; even the paly area is professionally cleaned once a week (much nicer than any other fast-food play areas). If you get a salad, read the salad dressing labels (e.g., vinaigrette); lots of sugars (15 grams per packet). read more
