Even though they were busy, they were really fast. Food came out fast, no wait, and great service!

Excellent customer service. Clean restaurant and the food is consistent. It is a nice place to eat.

I don't eat fast food often and when I do, I only go to Chick-fil-A due to the service and quality of food, specifically their salads. Went to this location a few times in the past but last time was during rush hour but the drive thru service was excellent. I don't know if they always have people outside taking orders but it really makes the experience better. Their salads are great. Prices are more expensive compared to other fast food chains but the service and quality makes it easier to accept it. Only complaint would be the parking lot is difficult to drive through during busy times. read more

Great customer service and great fast food! But why do I always want Chick-Fil-A on Sundays?!

The manager that was on duty today when I went through the drive through at lunch is fantastic! I drove through to pick up a couple of meals for me and my roommate and didn't realize I didn't grab my new credit card until I was at the window to pay. Mortified, I had to ask if they would hold the food so I could run home and get my card. The manager told me that he would get the meals for me today! I definitely was not looking for free meals, but this was truly generous of him. You can bet I will be back later this week picking up food for my team at work to try and make up for those two meals. read more

Sheryl, the manager there is AMAZING! She totally went out of her way to correct a mistake that happened in the drive-thru. This was the first time my order was messed up and she went out of her way (during the crazy lunch hour) to make it right. I am from the north where it's cold outside and there are no such things as southern hospitality or chick fil a. This place blows my mind ever time i go. The food is okay (I don't care for fast food generally) but the service is better than the fanciest of restaurants that you would find in the north. read more

Love Chick-fil-A but so disappointed in them today!! We are a regular customer at the location in Pflugerville and today decided on going through the drive-thru for lunch. It's great that they stand outside to take orders but unfortunately had two people on one side doing so and only a single person on the side they directed me. That allowed the two people who got in line AFTER me to be served before me. When I mentioned it to the person at the window was told they had no control over how the process goes. Maybe have the third person switch side to side so it doesn't end up 2 to 1 always leaving the one side behind people coming in after them? read more

Yummy treat after work! I went to Chick-fil-a and ordered a Chick-fil-a sandwich with a chocolate milkshake w/cherry and whipped cream. I didn't order fries just to save the calories to drink the shake! The milkshake is wonderfully made and you can tell that it does not come from a milkshake machine! I can tell TLC goes into preparing my meal! read more

This chick-fil-a is very nice. The staff is very friendly, and they usually get the order right! The drive thru is very quick considering how busy it is. The chicken is always good, but I think their fries have gone downhill. I don't know if its because of the amount of people going inside and going through the drive thru, but they don't taste as good as they used to. read more

Been here a bunch and this was my first "not good" review. We were given a bunch on coupons for free 8pc nuggets. They were expired. We were told that they would still be honored. Not so today. That was issue number one. Number two is that I handed the girl my credit card and my food and drink were handed to me. Then her and the manager looked at me like I was stupid. I said I was waiting for my card back. She said she gave it back to me. I said nope. She looked around then said she must have put it into my bag. Well, there it was. Not the customer service I expect from people that are all about service. In a time of identity theft and fraud you would think the standard would be to make sure the customers credit card is handed directly to them. Maybe they are having an off day. I will say the food was still good as usual. Hopefully they will address their customer service issues. read more

You already know about the food. Best chicken sandwich there is! What sets CFA apart, especially the one in Pflugerville, is their GREAT customer service! Unlike other places, everyone is happy to see you, glad you came and sorry to see you go! They're the CHEERS of quick food! They support local schools and kids sport teams, frequently have special nights for kids (even petting zoos and bounce houses and stuff sometimes) and the kids LOVE the playground. Did I mention their spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese is AMAZING?? read more

First of all the Pflugerville location is very good and the owner is very nice as well as all of the employess. Food taste great but the last 3 times I have gotten a chocolate milkshake it has way too much chocolate in them. They used to be the best milkshake anywhere around but now they taste like everyone elses with too much chocolate. You can't even taste the icecream anymore which is what makes them so good. This branch has horrible customer service. My meal wasn't as I ordered and I called the store. I was told I could come back or could get a card in the mail to replace my meal. MEAL, nothing was mentioned that I would get a card for a single SANDWHICH. I went and used the card tonight, and this is when I find out the card is only for a sandwhich. My dinner is ruined and the process to correct this is to give me a card for a sandwhich. I will NEVER patron this branch again. If you are OK to have your order not as you wanted, where you are not able to eat your meal and then get service to correct that by a PARTIAL meal, this is your place. I'm so disgusted I lost my appetite and gave the sandwhich to my roommate. I'm glad this store thought $3.55 was worth loosing a customer. That is the price I was asked to pay apparently for the fries and the drink portion of the meal. I only wished I hadn't wasted 25 mins of my life in that line and writing this review. read more

This is my local Chick Fil A, that's near where I live. I've been coming here for the last decade and have always had great service and food. But tonight was the first time I've experience bad service. My girlfriend and I had just gotten off of work, and were coming through the drive through pretty late. We ordered a few things, including 8 count nuggets, and a DELUXE Spicy chicken sandwich. I proceeded to pay and receive my food, looked inside the bag just to be sure everything was there and accounted for. We finally got home, got our food out and the orders were wrong. I only checked to physically see the items that were ordered, two sandwich bags, and a box. My Deluxe Spicy chicken sandwich was just a regular one, and the 8 count nuggets turned out to be chicken strips instead. It just frustrates me for them to get my order wrong, considering I've been a loyal customer. My receipt says 8 ct nuggets, but the sandwich was entered in wrong, read more
