I had always been a bit reluctant about Chick-fil-A, even though they are known for customer service, but I'd have to say after going out on a limb and trying it I'd have to say there is no other words to describe my experience other than astounding!!! Bad service at this location. Ordered three Spicy Deluxe Meals and two Chick fil A sandwiches. We were robbed of the two sandwiches, as they charged everything. The total was almost $30 and we only got half our order. Orders need to be double checked by employees to ensure that they are complete. I love Chick fil A but the service is just not up to standard. They didn't even hand us a receipt so we cannot call to inform the management of what happened. All I can say is, if you use the drive thru, make sure to check for your food, because they won't do it for you. You're better off dining in... or choosing a different place to eat. read more

Honestly I'm a bit shocked. I visit this location twice a week on average and always have fresh food and wonderful service. As a result, I rarely check my food before heading home. Unfortunately, today I was served the coldest, greasiest grilled club I have ever seen. It's literally inedible. Horrible service tonight by manager Amber Jones. We ordered one meal for my daughter. We get charged for two separate orders of fries. I circled around to get this corrected and she wants the extra bag of fries back. I hand her the receipt and one bag of fries and then she wants to know what we ordered (one meal) and then she wants the other bag of fries - after she has handled the fries that she is handing back to me. We exchange bags of fries and NOW she wants me to park because she has suddenly become concerned about the traffic backing up. She finally comes out with my reimbursement. If yesterday or today was my first visit, I would give them a 3 star. I know Chicfila is better than this, so 4 star it is. Kudos and Booh Award goes to Chicfila in Pflugerville. The good news, staff is always polite and drive thru is much faster. Also, now Chicfila offers Gluten free buns so our celiac daughter can enjoy their tasty sandwiches. They also get the Booh award for multiple reasons in a span of two days. 1) can't order kids meal for celiac kids still, but can order sandwich, however you pay a premium. 2) My other daughter ordered reg biggest and got grilled, called and whoever I spoke to wasn't too helpful and sounded as if they Don't make mistakes. 3) seems like today and yesterday I had to ask for napkins, ketchup, and sauce, you don't ask, you don't get. When I finally got the condiments I got two napkins, and two small containers of ketchup. The worst part was the gluten free bun, was cold.. cold two days in a row. Had I know I had to toast my own bun, I would save the $7 and grill chicken and buy gluten free buns. Come Chicfila, been a longtime fan, but with your high prices, love the great and courteous staff, but don't cheap out on condiments, and quality. read more

This place is always busy. Love the chicken salad. I get it as a sandwich without the bread and wrap it in lettuce. Wish they would put it on the menu that way. The servers are so nice at this location. They always ask how the meal was and offer to get us drink refills. Couldn't be a better experience when we're in a hurry. read more

Gone are the pre-COVID smiles from the employees and the trademark "My pleasure!" assists. We had breakfast there (dine-in) on Saturday morning and it was shocking to see the differences. We took our cups to the counter for refills, and after waiting quite a while, had to ask someone to stop and help with the refills (we got the refills, albeit grudgingly). The menu had changed, the tables were left dirty, and the cashier at the counter seemed annoyed we were there. There was a table where a family had sat, that stayed dirty for about 30 minutes after they left until an employee (maybe a manager) walked by it while talking on his phone. He noticed it was dirty, and benevolently wiped one of the bench seats off WITH HIS BARE HAND, all while still talking on his phone. There are signs up around the restaurant about sanitizing each table after they are used. I think this Chick-Fil-A has a different definition of sanitized than I (and most of the world) do. Chick-Fil-A used to be one of my go-to favorites because of their incredible customer service ...I am now rethinking my choice. read more

This location is definitely concerned with the drive-through only. A couple of times I've been inside it has taken forever to get food even when no one is standing in front of you in line and the place is pretty empty but the driving through is tossing food out the window. read more

I worked at Chickfila back home in high school and it taught me a lot about life. Surprising right ? Well today at this location I was in the always extremely long line waiting for my chicken and when I rolled up to the window the owner was there handing me my food. He had sweat on his forehead and he was WORKING. I am thoroughly impressed by not only this event but every visit at this Chickfila. The manager who went to Baylor is always a joy and the blonde lady is always helpful. I love this location and the team that works there! read more

I ordered my chicken sandwich cooked all the way thru not soggy and some spots of the flour are still white on the sandwich. That wasn't only it. My fries taste like raw potatoes. This is by far the Best location to go to. The High School is across the street and the owner must only hire the best kids from there. Everyone is always friendly and they have never screwed up my order in the six months we've been going there. Chik fil a always has top tier product and service, but this location in-particular was 5 star worthy. I had work early in the morning 3 days in a row and chik fil a was my breakfast of choice each day. Each time I got something different on the menu, loved every bite of each meal. I've never seen a more efficient drive thru at a fast food place that has quality food. Before moving to the Austin/Pflugerville area the closest Chick-Fil-A to me was roughly 45 miles and there were many other options so very rarely (maybe once a year?) did Chick-Fila-A win. If my wallet (and waist line) could afford to eat at this Chick-Fil-A once a week I would. The customer service is awesome, the food is awesome everything is just awesome. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars- today's trip my 3 year old had a raw piece of chicken in his kid's meal. It was one of the bites/nuggets not even the strip. That was a little alarming (hello salmonella?!) but they gave us a replacement set of nuggets and all was good in the world. Word to the wise break up the bites for the kiddos even if they don't need you to do it just to make sure they are fully cooked. read more

This Chick-fil-A has the best staff! I live in Round Rock but I go out of my way to go to this one because everyone here is always so warm and friendly. Always hot food, Always clean, Always great service...they are very consistent here. Love bringing the kids here. Quick and friendly service. Even though there is usually a line at drive thru always quick about getting through. I love the new setup by the playscape with couches and small corner table to sit outside the play area but still can see my kiddos. Always clean. Love the worship playing. This chickfila is always busy, yet they do not let it impact their customer service or quality of food. The workers are polite and very it attentive. The location is always spotless. They also are very involved with the high school and other local schools holding fundraisers. All of the high school kids come here for lunch because it's one of the only fast food places that can handle the crowd and get them back to school in 30 minutes.
