I went through the drive thru ordered 2 chicken mini meals and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and asked if I could add a chicken pattie to it. The person taking my order said sure. I get my order move up a little to check it. I know I should let have moved but I did. So the biscuit only has 2 pieces of bacon on it,can't back up now I have to park get 3 kids out of the car the main reason I went through the drive thru go inside and get my order fixed. Cashier asks how she can help I told her what I ordered and she looks like a deer in headlights calls someone else over he asked what I ordered so I tell him he say ok let me take care of that brings me back the order and it's still wrong! This time it's just the chicken pattie and he ask if everything is ok and I'm like "No, how can you not get this order right. It's a #6 with a piece of chicken added to it." Then the guy who comes up next to me in line tells me I need to have some perspective on the situation and I'm like what like dragging 3 kids in here to fix an order that is still wrong then the manager comes over and says I can't talk like that to other customers or his staff and like an umpire points to the door and says "you're out here!" So yeah I'm mad at that point and tell them to all F off and storm out. But seriously the manager never came over to help me she. Today I had a man named Damiani? take my order and he appeared to be annoyed before even walking up to my car then proceeded to rush me through my ONE MEAL order and never bothered to ask if I wanted any condiments and could barely tell me which car I was supposed to follow then just walked away to talk to his coworkers.. Little did we know, we had hands down the VERY BEST customer service we have ever gotten. These people are the absolute BEST at making you feel so welcomed that it actually overwhelmed me and made me want to tear up!!!! (At a fast food joint, can you believe it??) I'd rather drive all the way to Austin than give my money to this location. May 25th. Another bad service in line. Mercedes, the young lady taking our order, decided to have a can't be bothered attitude. It seemed like she don't want to hand us a menu. She kept it tucked under her arm. And when I asked what the breakfast of the day was. She said a chicken biscuit. I said is that the spicy one. She said no the chicken one. I'm always willing to give places more than one chance. Consistency. I love it, I crave it. And that's what is the best thing about this CFA: everything is fantastic, every single time. Food, service, wait, seating, drive through, cleanliness. It's all excellent. Every time! It's not often that you can say that about a fast food joint, but you can with this one. They are definitely doing it right! My partner and I come here at least once a week (usually 2-3 times...), because we love their spicy chicken. And fries. And tea. The food is always hot and fresh, no matter what day or time that we come looking for our CFA fix. Each time we come here, I think "this is good." And I always leave satisfied! Their "kids nights" on Tuesdays have become very popular, which I think is great. I love this Chick-Fil-A in Pflugerville. They always have three registers open during peak hours and I've been offered table service every time I go in. The wi-fi works well and the place is clean. The food is very consistent and I pretty much enjoy the entire menu. They have Chicken Tortilla soup right now and it was a little salty but not bad at all. This rating is based on my specific experience the 1 time I went to this restaurant. I have the feeling it was a one-off, but still this was my experience: The food was the same as any other franchise...but the service was significantly worse. I was the only one in line, yet had to wait several minutes to be served. When I went to order, I was told the ice cream machine was down (one of the only reasons I go to Chick fil A is for the shakes. After I ordered, the food took a very long time to come out. They were about 1/2 an hour from closing, so I think they had cleaned the floor...which meant I was slipping and sliding everywhere I walked. The servers were friendly, but slow and not engaged. There was also a car blasting loud base outside, presumably in the drive through--this is obviously not their fault, but led to my sub par experience. For convenience and food, I'd go back. For service, etc...I'd pick a different one on my drive from Waco to Austin. read more
