The quality of the salads at this facility is often not the best, with the stalk of the lettuce, cut up in the salad (see picture). However, that wouldn't be so bad if they could just get the orders right. For the second time today, I placed an order through their online app and only got a partial order. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. II immediately tried to call the store to discuss my options, but instead of having a local person answering the phone the call was forwarded to their corporate office in Atlanta. They took my information, but nobody has called and it's been about an hour now. I had to call back to let them know that I just wanted the money refunded to my card. As for the ambience, what can I say? It's a fast food restaurant. I don't often eat in, so I can't comment.

Mmmm, mmm, Chick-fil-A always has my heart. I stopped by this Chick-fil-A with a friend for a quick lunch. It is another clean, and friendly restaurant. It was packed when we went and surprisingly they were very quick to take our order and bring us our meal. We both ordered the Cobb salad. It was perfection. From its surplus of toppings, to being topped with chicken nuggets. It is a bowl of amazing-ness. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend. Plus, all of their salad dressings are tasty as well. If you are in the area and don't want to spend a lot of time waiting for a delicious meal, make sure to check this Chick-fil-A out!

Best breakfast chicken biscuit ever... This was my first visit to this location, the drive-thru was a little slow but my order was correct and the staff was super friendly and very professional as you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. I like this particular location for a number of reasons - it's very close to I-95, it's close to one of my favorite Starbucks locations and it's extremely easy to access from either direction...

The food is still pretty good, so I gave it two stars. Chicken sandwiches no longer include pickles for some reason. That's odd. I counted seven people working around the registers and none of them came out for 25 minutes to offer refills or any other services. Apparently you are on your own now. I could hear some kind of music playing, but it was completely drowned out by all the employee chatter around the registers and the cooking area. Many members of my family have worked here over the years, and helped open this location. Apparently they've taking a non personal approach these days. Too bad. read more

The only bad chick fil a I've ever come across, drive thru times regularly exceed 20 minutes. The system with the numbers on the windshield and blocking you in the drive thru after receiving your food for another 5 minutes wait time is not a very good one. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but for some reason this particular store cannot get my order correct. I order the same meal every time...grilled nuggets with a side salad and drink. The only deviation is the type of sauce and drink. Today was the fourth time (in about a 2 month period) that I shared with a manager and once again she was very polite and was going to offer another card for free food. I already have three! Free food doesn't do any good if it's incomplete or something you don't eat or like! I'm so frustrated and disappointed. read more

Wait times in the drive thru are atrocious. It doesn't bode well to have mobile ordering to be forced to wait in line because funds have already been deducted from your account. The last three trips they have botched up my order and charged me for a peach tea from a free ward because they ran out of syrup on the item that I was to get for free. I have sent email and followed up via phone call but they don't answer either one. I will head the other direction and visit the location up on Granada read more

I gave this location 3 stars because they are usually very good, the order was correct, but for some reason it seemed as if we were being rushed and they just didn't care to take our order. The young lady kept walking not even telling us to pull forward, we had to yell out the window that we wanted sauce and she didn't even seem to pay attention. Not happy today guys. Dont feel good. Wanted soup and chicken salad sandwich for my meal. Had to talk to real person in the drive thru to order...hope he doesnt get sick, it is 57 outside... big problem... DISCONTINUED CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH. It was sooo delish. Ok, ok I know that Chick-Fil-A is an enormous chain and maybe its just beacuse we dont have them anywhere near NY, but I LOVE this place. Me and my boyfriend just went on vacation to Daytona for 6 days and ate here 4 times! (yes yes i know, fatties). The chicken sandwhich cannot be beat, except maybe if you put the coleslaw on it. This is your standard Chick-fil-A. It's pretty good and they're pretty fast if you go through the drive through (inside is a different story). I love the chicken nuggets, the french fries (if they're hot), and the milkshakes. Oh and the chicken minis. Can't beat those delicious bites of chicken and bread. read more

Craving a chicken sandwich while Christmas shopping ( 7:15 pm ). Stopped at the local shop for a quick bite. They were quite busy but took our order quickly, and delivered it to our table just as we picked a spot to sit. The food was cooked perfectly, no complaints. We needed a little takeout order for our son at home. It took about 7-8 minutes to fill, no big deal. But, the asst. manager brought our food to us, apologized for the wait, and gave us a coupon for a couple complimentary items, stating that they were sorry for the long wait. THAT is customer service. This is why Chick-fil-a is crushing it. I highly recommend this restaurant when in the mood for awesome customer service and great chicken. read more

Most people know the food at these restaurants is excellent. The same goes for this restaurant! This review is more about the service. My fiancé has celiac disease and she requires a strict diet. The cashier at the restaurant, Autumn, was very knowledgable about the general menu as well as the items that are gluten free. She made the process of finding a meal for my fiancé painless. Once again, I tip my hat to the Chick-fil-a staff. Great job! read more

We got drive-thru at this Chick-Fil-A and the people who work there are just so nice! I enjoyed my spicy chicken deluxe with fries. If you have to eat fast food, this place seems to be healthier than a McDonald's or Burger King. I like that they have a grilled chicken option as well. Prices are a bit higher than other places but if I have to eat fast food, I'd rather pay more to go here. read more

I ate my sandwich in the parking lot and it was great. They even gave me a packet of Buffalo and Ranch sauce to put on my sandwich at no extra cost. I will definitely return a this Chick-fil-A next time I don't want to eat at home and I am in Daytona.

Stop the presses - this CFA across from the track sux bigly. The short 4-car line took forever only for us to finally drive up to a surly order-taker reminiscent of every Burger King we ever visited. He mumbled unintelligibly and fumbled and stumbled with his handheld. He never looked up nor did he make eye contact. His hostile demeanor was so odd for CFA. And he messed up our single order - a $2.09 ice cream cone in a cup. Clearly good employees are hard to find in our fair state of FL's biggest ghetto tourist capital of Daytona Beach. This CFA is a glaring example of an absolutely terrible restaurant masquerading as one of the signature best-run casual dining establishments in the US. What a joke. Worse CFA ever. Needless to say, we were shocked. CFA is renown for always hiring and training pleasant and professional folks. Not here. Terrible. Looking on Yelp reinforced it's not just us. Judging by our miserable experience as well as those of many others, starting at the top, this franchisee and his crew need to be replaced. Looking for CFA in DB? Keep driving. There are others in relatively close proximity. Don't say you weren't warned. This sucky one def ain't anything close to your normal CFA.

We'll take a walk on the beach and meet you there. We ordered a large thin crust, a big Italian beef wet/sweet with a side of jus, and a personal deep dish for good measure. When we arrived for pickup, the place was hopping -- buzzing with energy and the kind of vibe that makes you wish you'd planned to eat in. And then we tasted the food. Holy. Cow. This is the best Chicago-style pizza and Italian beef I have ever had outside of Chicago -- and I'll go further than that -- it's better than places I've actually eaten in Chicago. So off we went, and the place was hopping. I wonder how many pizzas they end up serving on a given day, but during the 45 mins we were there, they had at least 10 door dash pickups. We ordered our usual which was the 16 inch "cracker crust" thin and crispy with pepperoni and mushrooms (their mushrooms are fresh, not canned) and also asked for it well done so you can taste the crispness of the crust and the slightly charred cheese and pepperoni. Wow, Joe Kielbasa you are an artist of the pizza world! You guys make other great food too. The pizza is far and away my personal favorite but the Italian beef, Chicago dogs, the meatball parm Sammie and the egg rolls are awesome too. Service was exceptional and very attentive.

You guys have the most disrespectful workers there this girl Celina is a very unkind person she gives me dirty disrespect looks she has flipped me off multiple times while I have been there and on top of all of that she goes into the bathroom and she smokes weed and vapes in the bathroom.
