Fast food done right. Pulled into drive through at about 3pm and the line was out the parking lot. I almost went somewhere else, but decided to stick it out. I'm glad I did because I was through the line in 10 minutes with a hot chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a coke! And friendly service to go with it! What more can you say it's Chick Fil A. They sure know how to run a successful business. never had an employee be anything besides super friendly and have never had an order be wrong. Even when they first opened and were slammed, they still performed perfect. They keep the drive thru moving and have a good system in place. Pro Tip... there are two drive thru lines and the left lane is usually shorter because people don't realize there are two lanes and just go in the right lane. read more

We waited for 30 minutes in their drive through for TWO lemonades. No food. Just the drinks. Why? Because their piss-poor system did not allow us to get through to just park the car and walk in! Not a great location for the long line it takes. They instruct you to go to the end of the road, turn around and come back. Makes up a lot of unnecessary traffic, when this place already creates a lot. No separate line for preorders also makes it very annoying to those that thought ahead. This is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. What's the point in having 2 order areas if you close one down??? In the middle of the busy area of town. And then they have put cones up at the parking lot so if you pull in a certain entrance you are forced to sit in drive thru. Then I order an OJ with my tiny order and it's not even put in the system so because I was now in a rush since I was trapped in the drive thru no OJ with my breakfast. Every single time I come to this one I leave angry. The one in Sparks is absolutely spectacular and I have never once had an issue there. I came to the grand opening and up until now, its still very much busy! Service is actually friendly and they don't take long to move orders through. The chicken sandwiches are great, salads are great, and my favorite thing is the drinks like the watermelon lemonade. Yes, they are overpriced, but that's what happens when you over-hype a restaurant. People will still come, just like they do at In-n-out. Tip! Try all of their sauces, they are amazing. This Chick-Fil-A is top notch. The lines move faster than a cheetah at 5pm, the food comes out quicker than a Bugatti on the Audubon and the employees are always happier than a bear in April. I got a chicken sandwich today and it was fresh, tender, and just absolutely divine. My first bite took me back to the first time I listened to Stairway to Heaven. Not even the cosmos could produce a chicken sandwich this delightful. The secret sauce along the sandwich was like watching Kobe and Shaq on the Lakers (RIP). The best 1-2 punch of all time. Just got done eating here it was alright burger was good the fries where bland but they provide salt which levels the out. Only negative thing I have to say is about the soda I ordered. It was a large soda the cashier there filled my cup with ice it was seriously about 2 inches away from the top my cup was heavy after I had finished my soda I got about 8 sips from that soda.
