This place used to have good service when they first opened but now things have definitely changed. For some reason they can never get my order for a spicy DELUXE right?? Maybe 4 or 5 times when I go in the drive thru and ask for a spicy deluxe and pay they give me a regular spicy instead. If you eat at Chick-fil-A you would know that the deluxe and the regular spicy are not the same. Anyways, the last time I went really was the last time for me. I went through the drive through once again and instead of saying "spicy deluxe" I said it by the number (#2). And to my surprise...the order was wrong, another regular spicy. Haven't been to this location for a while after I had a slow and unprofessional service a few months ago. This morning I gave it a chance since it was the only location close to my office. Carla was very helpful and got my order right for the first time, and since I don't normally order breakfast. I loved the chicken burrito and my iced coffee! First off I love chick fil a food. But to today's experience: went there for breakfast with my three kids - age 4, 2 and 2 months. They were beyond helpful. I have never experienced that at a fast food place before. The lady working there saw my hands were full of kids, carried my meal over to a table for me, checked a couple times to see if I needed anything, and when I went to leave she noticed I was leaving my coffee behind because I didn't have a hand to carry it in- she carried the coffee out for me, in the rain, to my car so I wouldn't have to leave it behind. Now that's 5 star service that you wouldn't expect at a fast food restaurant. I just wish I had been a little less distracted so I could have gotten her name. I am a die hard Chick-Fil-A fan but this locations food does not taste right. My bread was soggy like it had been steamed or microwaved. My sandwich was under seasoned and mushy. Fries and lemonade were wonderful. Plus the staff here is great! Even though they are friendly it's not good to have bad food. read more

A couple months ago this place had amazing service and the staff was amazing. Recently though everything has been rough with them. I go to this location 3/4 times a week and each time I've gone recently they have messed up my order. I ordered a GF grilled chicken sandwich and they put bacon on it, when I did not ask for that. It's against my religion to eat bacon so I had to drive all the way back and tell them which the manager seemed to give me attitude about it? Whenever I order a salad they forget my dressing 90% of the time. I ordered two ice cream cones and they had me park on the side, I waited 10 minutes and had to go inside because they completely forgot about my order not to mention I ordered a large and they gave me a small. They're surprisingly always out of Lemons too. Not very happy with the recent service here. read more

This location has just gone down and down and down. My sister had a shard of bone in one of her chicken nuggets and When I showed this to the manager, not wanting anything, just curious how often it happened because I will eat way, way slower if so. He just stared at me and says "What do you want me to do about it?" Before I can say a word after showing him the bone. "Nothing" and I tossed it on the counter. Chick Fil A is definitely a consistent restaurant, but when you find a location that's taking it to the next level, it should be recognized. This review is mostly based around the free frosted coffee I got here. I was in another located and asked an employee what she thought of this item; her response was that it was not very good. After trying it, I have determined that "not very good" is putting it lightly, it was just bad! This didn't taste even remotely creamy the way that their frosted lemonade is, the coffee tasted more like just regular coffee and ice had been blended together with a little cream, sugar, and stuff, eww!! Stick with the frosted lemonade, that stuff is golden to me (yes I know, it's just lemonade and vanilla ice cream blended together, but still!). The service here was very friendly and the establishment was very clean, so I judged based on the atmosphere rather than solely what I ordered, the coffee is the only reason its not a five stars to me. We love us some Chik-Fil-A. It's usually always a pleasure to go to a Chik-Fil-A for not only the good food but for also receiving excellent friendly service. This place isn't exactly on par with the other restaurants we have gone to. Usually the friendliness you get from a Chik-Fil-A is almost over the top (which is fine) but not here. Not sure who is running this place but there has only been one person in this store who was super friendly the many times we have gone here. We use this one simply because it is the closest to our house. The food is fine and is on par with any other Chik-Fil-A. I guess if you are just looking for the food than you won't be disappointed. But Chik-Fil-A is normally known for its friendly atmospher nad I just don't get that at this place. read more

It saddens me to write this review, but this is my second bad experience within a week. I ordered breakfast on my Chick-fil-A app. Upon arrival, the young lady that was assisting me informed me that she unfamiliar with how the app worked. She grabbed her manager for assistance. He struggled with it as well, so I said "No big deal. I will just pay for my order and go". He then informed me that my order wasn't ready, and that breakfast ended two minutes ago, but that he would make it for me this time. I was satisfied, until I opened my Egg White Grill and my bread was hard and dry along with my chicken being ice cold. I took it back in and asked for a Chicken Sandwich since it was now lunch and I knew it would be fresh. As the cashier was making the changes for me, the manager handed me a Chicken Sandwich and stated "we will take care of it for you this time." He seemed aggravated with me as if I wanted something for free. I was taken aback by his statement, but decided not to harp on it. Today I went in for a Market salad. I always order this salad with the chicken on the side. The young lady ringing me up seemed confused, so she ask her manager for assistance. This time the manager happened to be the "Director." I knew he would take care of me. Boy was I wrong! He came over and my total jumped from $7.64 to $9.77. I then told him that I've never paid that much for this salad. His reply blew me away. He said "Well you've been paying the wrong price, they haven't been ringing you up correctly". I didn't say a word I just politely walked out fed up with this locations management. I will never patronize this location again! I now understand why this location is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. The Director is rude and unprofessional. Awful customer service! read more

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-a and I was more than excited to hear about a new one being built right near my home. Ive been to this new location about a dozen times. I've been meaning to write a review mainly because I want to see them do well and this comment may help! I noticed the first time I went there, the chicken nuggets were extremely greasy, more so than I have ever seen at a ChickFila. Then, I noticed the fries seemed to have a very bad texture as if they were cooked on the outside but frozen on the inside. They were not fresh what so ever. I clearly have been there many times sincee but I always seem to find something strange about the food, whether it is the flavor, texture, or level of greasiness. I just got back from this Chickfila and noticed the fries were exactly as I explained, and the place reeked of burnt oil. Maybe they have an issue with changing the oil. if it doesnt change, I see myself driving to the one off Westheimer Parkway because their food seems to always be fresh and delicious. On the flip side, employees are super nice and very polite. Also, I understand it's fast food so I can't be too picky and judgmental but I guess all I can say is that I have been to too many chickfilas to know the difference between when its good and when its bad. read more

I've never had a problem at a Chick-fil-a until now at this location. I ordered chicken strips and got chicken nuggets then when I asked for extra sauce after they gave me 2, they told me they can only give me 3. I offered to pay for extra ones but they didn't want to do that and instead only gave me 1 extra. Rather than arguing with me, why not just give me the extra sauce. After all, I'm a customer and I explained to them that my daughter loves the sauce and 2 sauces on 4 chicken strips are just not enough for her. They told me this location is run by an operator whose policy is to only give 3 sauces! For that I'll drive the extra mile to go to another chick-fil-a who'll treat theirs customers right. Or go to McDonald's where I can pay for extra sauce! read more

Two things impressed me on my first visit to this location. 1) Fresh flowers on each table (for a fast food joint?, fancy!) 2) very high employee/customer ratio. Just disappointed in manager. Person that doesn't eat meat and the kids and family wanted chik fil a so I had no choice. My whole family of 5 purchased food while I decided to go next door to taco bell to get a meal with beans. Came into the store and the manager told me I had to leave. I explained the situation of not eating meat and just wanted to have a dinner with my family and he refused. I've done this several times and never had an issue. Sometimes as a Christian based company, u should have Christian values above corporate policies placed because of money. read more
