I like this Chick-fil-A it's the closest one to my house but this morning I recognized what looked like a new manager and she was not your average Chick-fil-A manager that she would expect to deal with. I had a $50 order of chicken nuggets and french fries I added one water bottle and one Powerade the gentleman taking my order forgot to add the Powerade and when I got to the window I told him I was missing my Powerade. The manager then looked at me and very sarcastically said sorry my friend you were not charge for a Powerade so I looked at her and said well I asked for one she then proceeded to ring it up after I had already spent $50 and tell me it'll be $2.27 I looked at her and said no I'm not paying for it never mind I do not care for the $2.27 charge towards a Powerade what I care about is the fact that I just handed them $50 told her that her employee forgot to add the Powerade and with her tone invoice so smart ass took it upon herself to ring it up and look at me where any other Chick-fil-A in the world would've definitely given me that Powerade for free. read more

This visit was on 5/18/18. I came in at 11:50 AM to order catering trays to be picked up at 6:45PM same day. Daniel was polite, offered plates and cups for amount of people. He is very detail oriented since everything was notated in receipt. He also confirmed that bill will be paid upon picking up catering. Ok, easy enough! I showed up in the evening with my kiddos, had dinner and played in play place. At 6:45 PM, I stood at catering/pick up counter along with my receipt ready to pick up catering order. Right before me, a young lady standing and putting away and organizing utensils had never bothered to ask me any question or didn't make eye contacts. There's couple of other store employees taking orders and passing me by didn't ask any questions either. I stood in pick up/ catering for 10 minutes until one employee came and ask possibly due to my facial demeanor was showing impatience. Finally I got my catering order. They forgot to include cups which I had to go back to counter. The another employee apologized for my long wait even they notice me standing there, and apologized for not including cups; something I have to ask for. So what's the point of your receipt had red flag notes on it? I was already late for the party so I left without saying anything. I just wanted to let franchisee/ operator know that some employees still need training in chick-fil-a well known customer service. Just ask a question of "Can I help you?" and a smile will goes a long way in retail businesses. read more

Service is very friendly! Food is excellent! Order accuracy is pretty good, but I would recommend double checking. I have had a couple of experiences with items missing. It happens. They just rebuilt this location, and I am not a huge fan of the set up. First the drive thru entrance is not well defined with signage. You enter from the rear of the restaurant, and there were no signs by Walmart to indicate the drive thrus from that direction. All ordering seems to be outside. I didn't see a playground, but since Covid-19, we may be changing how we think about dining in or playgrounds. This location lacks the warmth of other Chick-Fil-A restaurants. The traffic flow is congested. Overall, I love Chick-Fil-A, but this is just not my favorite location to get my fix. However, everyone's preferences are different, so please do try this location and support Chick-Fil-A. read more

As a Chick Fil A super fan, I had been counting down the days since this restaurant was closed down for a remodel. I waited patiently for them to reopen, getting excited when I would pass by it because it means I can return there for lunch when they open up. Well, the day came when the restaurant reopened, except that it is no longer a dine in a restaurant. I was so disappointed. They knocked down the restaurant to turn it into a drive thru. I used to get lunch and dine in. But now, I have to either take out or sit at one of the tables outside ( which I can't imagine eating outside during the summer time in the Texas heat ). In addition, they got some of my order wrong (I asked for sweet siracha sauce but I got Polynesian instead. Also, I was missing the additional dry toppings that was supposed to come with my salad.) Time to write a long overdue review of one of my all-time favorite fastfoods. For a restaurant that rests its employees on Sunday to encourage church worship and family life, it is amazing how much it reaps huge profits on the other six days. The drive thru has not been empty since we came in. Their secret is chicken served a whole different delicious way. If you are looking for KFC style fried chicken ie. wings thighs etc, they do not have fried chicken like that. I tasted mom's chicken strips and you were like tasting dark meat when it is actually white. My favorite has always been their sumptuous chicken salad sandwich. Had one a few minutes ago but forgot to take a pic of it. Since their waffle potato fries is a must-have, I suggest you order a meal to save on the total. Of course never forget to ask for their famous Chick-fil-A sauce. They will not serve it unless you ask for it. Milk shake is not out of the ordinary, tasty nonetheless. Just had an awful experience here. After being cut of in line due no signage for the drive thru I was incorrectly directed to the online order after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The employees there were very rude and would not let my friend and I order because of us being in the online line. I asked to speak to a manager and Hannah the manager came over and called me "friend" multiple times in a very condescending way. Should could have fixed the problem and let us order in the line but would not. I would never go back to this establishment with Hannah as the manager. Very disappointed. read more

ChicfilA is normally really good. But this one isn't consistently good at all. The lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich are all soggy on the bun cause they are making them to early and letting them sit. Then when u order a large fry u get the large size but the amount of fries are the same. It looks like someone ate a few fries already. This location is focused on speed since it's no dine in anymore and it shows in the lack of. I've never heard a more rude manager than I do at this place in the entire service industry. I've not had chick fil a in years and every time I want it, it's Sunday. :P My wife and I passed by and well, why not? We stopped in and ordered spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and a coke. The coke was fine, nothing unusual but what you except from fast food fare. I've always enjoyed waffle fries due to their ability to hold so much ketchup. My sandwich, eh. Really? Total I think our meals were $14 and I find that far too pricey for food that isn't that much better than McDonalds. I think I'll not visit a Chick fil a for several more years. Let me start by saying that I am reviewing the ONLY thing I ever get at this Chick Fil A. The spicy chicken sandwich. Hands down, the best sandwich of any kind at a fast food restaraunt - if you like spicy food. The sandwich is always hot, fresh and deliciously spicy. I tried to think of a reason not to give it 5 stars because I don't like to give these awsay but honestly, I cannot say 1 bad thing about the sandwich. I would gladly pay twice the price they charge for this because the flavor is just tha tmuch better than anyone else's chicken sandwich. I am a fan of a piece of chicken and a buttery bun with nothing else. It's what I like. All the other stuff gets in the way. They do make some tasty chicken. I also love the salads. Can't really speak to the wraps as I don't eat them. Just can't get past the fried chicken. The fries are really hit or miss, generally miss unless they happen to be hot and fresh. The tea is always tasty as well. That Sunday thing is really just a ploy to increase business on Mondays. ;-P After all, it works on me! Horrible store configuration and even worse parking lot and drive thru organization. It was impossible to get a refill on my drink and there was not enough walking room in the store near the counter. Staff were too busy to acknowledge my presence or need for service. As great as the company morals might be the organization does not serve the customers. They did an absolutely horrendous job with the new remodel!!! Disappointed!! Its completely inefficient, I just pulled up to the order screen with 10 visible workers and no one to take my order (via the order screen or in person) I sit in awkwardness... I notice the ENTIRE building is the kitchen. No Where to eat inside???? This is Texas - it gets HOT here - its been revised to merely a walk up window with three or so picnic tables - who wants car exhaust and people in their cars staring at you while you try to munch on your chxn sammie in (soon to be) 100 degrees?? Guaranteed no one will do that twice!! The guy giving me my sandwich was chatting with the car in front of me. Then he chats with me about how much better it is for us (the customer.) I beg to differ, but no time to philosophize about it. This conversation alone slows down what was formerly a very very fast and efficient process for all. I prefer crispy chicken so this place isn't my first choice for chicken but it is consistently good. The waffle fries are above average but your preferences may vary. It doesn't feel like anything has been sitting under heat lamps like other chicken centric fast food restaurants. The service is always prompt and courteous. There are some religious/political reasons that depending on your views may sway you one way or the other in deciding to give the chain your patronage but at the end of the day, they put out a consistently good product at a decent price. read more

When I do eat fast food, I choose Chick fi a. not only bc of the food, but bc of the drive thru staff. They are always polite and professional. Not once have they messed up an order. My food is always hot, fountain drinks always great, not off as some can be. They greet you with a smile, ensure that you have what you need, and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. We all know that chic-fil-a provides excellent service no matter where you are, at least that is how it always been for me. But let me tell you about my day, and why I have decided to give this particular chic-fil-a 5 stars. I had a bad day, like so bad that it started as early as 8AM. I just finished my summer semester, and was given a bad grade that I know I did not deserve. So since I knew I did not deserve it, I sat and spoke with my professor to dispute. He was very rude that morning, and told me I deserved a lesser grade than he already given me, WHICH IS NOT TRUE BTW. So, anyways, obviously things are not getting done with him, so I had to take this above him. Fast forward to 11AM. I pick up my sister, and we head to The Domain to return my boyfriend's shirt because I got them too big :-( As I get there, I realize I do NOT have the shirts with me! Like, can my day get any worse? Of course it can.... I am leaving The Domain with my sis, and as I am trying to get on Mopac - BANG! I get hit from behind by another car, like BROOOOO why was my day so bad I am not sure, but it was man, it was. So, my sis and I got hit pretty hard, so now it's 1PM and we have a doctor's appointment at 2PM to be examined. I have not had anything to eat all day, and I just feel defeated at this point. I am having depressing thoughts, like should I even continue my degree to be a teacher? I was just ugh, over that DAY!!! Anyways, 1PM: I am not too hungry, but I have not had anything to eat all day as stated above, and I am ALSO trying to watch my weight and make better eating choices. I was not in the mood to eat my veggie meal prep, and thought, HMMMM going to Round Rock, and there's a chi-fil-a on the way, let me eat there! So, my sis and I are at this chic-fil-a, and honestly, nothing spectacular happened, but after the day I had, I NEEDED THAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed that LITTLE bit of positivity in my day. I have nothing else to say but that, I just needed it and THANK YOU for literally being the HIGHLIGHT of my day. I am currently 25; when I was 20, I used to work for Firehouse Subs and we had this big meeting with other Firehouse employees at Dave and Busters, they played a chic-fil-a sponsored video, that basically said: give your best happy go lucky attitude to all customers, you never know what they are going through. I understood it when I was 20, but I never actually been the other person on the other side. So again, thank you thank you thank you. This place is NEVER good. I don't know what the problem is, but it's overpriced for day old food I think. Their fries were HORRID, soggy and greasy. Those chicken nuggets looked like something my cat coughed up. Didn't taste much better either. Honestly, after this last time I won't go back.
